Large store, excellent selection in all departments. High regular prices but decent sales on some items. Good selection of one Dollar-priced products. Poorly designed checkouts make for long lines and it takes longer than expected to be on your way.

We dont live in Oklahoma, but this employee owned store is great. They dont carry quite as big a variety as nationwide stores, but if we lived in Woodward, this would be our grocery store.

I love their Deli as well as their baked goods. Personally their baked goods are THE BEST HANDS DOWN compared to Walmart. One thing I do really like about United is that they have fresh MEAT! I would rather spend the price for fresh meat any day & Im okay with that. They have AWESOME SALES that anyone should take advantage of!!! Their Buy 2 get 3 FREE ON NAME BRAND sales are my all time favorite. They can be a bit pricey with name brand items, but if you buy their store brand it is cheaper. Not quiet as cheap as Great Value brand, but United is a locally owned small town business which most locally owned business tend to be just a little bit pricier. Both markets have an AMAZING & friendly staff. They both have nice large parking lots as well..

Refills for water are twice the cost of everywhere else and the water machine ran twice as slow... And social distancing could be improved

No carry out. Difficult to find gluten free items. Not many options from bakery.

United has a deli that serves breakfast for $3.99. It includes scrambled eggs, 2 pieces sausage or bacon. These are served with an open biscuit covered in gravy. The coffee is free. Breakfast is served until 11 am. I have eaten their breakfast and it is good. I think the price is great. They have many other items in their deli including tasty, fried chicken. Their meal prices vary depending on which meal you choose.

I prefer the United on Oklahoma, everybody is great there. The manager sucks on 8th Street and several times Ive had to challenge them on items that are supposed to be on sale...very rude!

I bought a product there. A few days later it was in their sale ad. Every store I have ever shopped at will do an adjustment with 5 or 6 days of the ad coming out. I took my product back in ( it had been three days) and the little girl said no, we dont do that. Sorry United you just lost a customer. Customer service is everything these days and that wasnt it!

Coming from Texas, I was so excited to see United when I moved to Oklahoma. Wow... Could not be more disappointed. In Texas at United people talk to you throughout your visit through the store, and if you need something they don’t have, they will orderIt for you with no problem. However, they will not order anything for you at this United. They do not have the rewards program, the awesome app to load your coupons, kids club, etc. This store compared to the Texas ones couldn’t be more different.

Went to buy Highland French Onion Dip. They were all over 4 months expired! I brought it to an employees attention, only to see them hand it off to another employee, who then put them back onto the shelves! Disgusted, I have not returned.
