My husband ran out of gas and needed to purchase a red gas tank. The man at the desk pointed us in the correct direction and we were in and out in 5 minutes.

The employees here literally saved my life. Came to just have my battery tested and they found an acid leak. Informed me driving it was highly dangerous. Treated me as if I was family. Was able to borrow the store a/c while I waited for my tow truck. Great customer service. Very grateful.

Changed my 5 star review to a 1 star after the way things went down. I back into their little chevy sonic with my pickup truck cause I couldnt see it. I was told someone else had hit their truck recently... Maybe they should park toward the back instead of right next to the door which should be reserved for customsrs. Anyway I thought they had just replaced the $50 part themselves, cause I didnt hear anything for 6 months and, cause ya know its an autozone. But nope they decided to go after my insurance for a dealer repair. I used to shop their all the time, now I drive a little farther to advance. dumbest corporate policies. Id be happy to change this back to 5 stars if something is done about this

They dont really know what they are talking about when it comes to car parts. But staff is friendly. But your better off with a real mechanic. I went there for a new battery because my car was due for one and was told it was a transmission issue. So they referred me to a mechanic chain down the street who said it was my alternator which I knew was incorrect because I just put all new parts in this car previously so I ended up taking it to my normal mechanic to which he told me its not my transmission or my alternator in fact they both are working perfectly and it was in fact I just needed a brand new battery. And the only reason why theyre getting 3 stars is because of the African-American worker who is very kind on my previous visit for replacement wipers.

As of October 2019-I had a customer related issue, and the cashier told me that it wasnt their problem... not only did this happen several months ago, as of April, the general manager of parts completely ignored me 100%. After, I said, are you still hiring for any position at your store? He was with a customer at the time which I can understand holding me off. But holding me off means 1 second sir or Im going to be a while with this customer or something or rather Etc? None of these things happen. Just 100% ignorance and I held my patience. I was there waiting for a response from him literally five minutes plus and still absolutely nothing. Im reporting him to the district manager for sure.October 2020- no longer have the above ISSUES!!! MUCH BETTER..NEW STAFF

Parking is a little slim, but no difficulty in finding a spot when I arrived cause it was not busy. Upon entering I was greeted by an associate. Another associate was answering a customers questions helpfully. While browsing for the item I was searching for, an associate approached me and offered assistance. They did not have the item I was looking for in stock, but was able to tell me which store did and also helped me pick out a car battery for the make and model of my vehicle.

This location has kind and professional associates. The few times that Ive came here were a success. They answered my questions and provided me some tools to use to fix my car.

In area of other business; across from 1st plaza. Free parking. Helpful although analyzation (plug in) not always accurate or able in scope to read for all dash light issues ex: anti brake/trac off. Basic price point. Have found Park Ave., Woonsocket location better staffed & helpful.

The store manager, Reuben went ABOVE and BEYOND for my 19 yr. old daughter. Her windshield wipers broke in the rain...I was several towns away from Woonsocket from where she was and she didnt have any money on her. I called to ask if I could buy wipers over the phone on my credit card and have her go in to get them. He said they couldnt really do that as it was not their company policy. He asked me to hold, came back and said, Tell her to come in, I hv a cheap pair of wipers that I will give her and put on.All I can say is WOW and THANK YOU Reuben for being so kind and generous!!! Thanks for making sure my daughter was safe!

Very unorganized staff. Almost never have anything in stock, then they send you to another auto zone all the time. My question is how can they stay in business that way. I waited in line 1/2 hour + with family in the car so, I could return a tool I had rented. Just a store I dread.
