Katie was wonderful! I went into the store yesterday for an upgrade to the iPhone12 Pro Max and Katie made the process super smooth. Not only is she knowledgeable - she is extremely personable and even gave me one of her own phone cases that she no longer needed for free! Excellent customer service is hard to come by and Katie deserves all the praise. Going to these types of stores isnt always the most fun experience but she honestly made it super enjoyable! AT&T, give this girl a raise!

Met a representative and I belive his name was Forrest. He had to be one of the best repsentatives Ive ever had as far as customer service and care. He explained everything everything me in alot of detail to where I could understand and was extremely patient and even helped me pick my new phone and phone package. Well, I have read some of the reviews and theyve all been positive which is the reason why I went to the store. Im sorry to say I did not have the greatest experience!!!! On my phone one day appeared this little man in the bottom right hand corner & every time that I would touch it it would turn my phone to make a look like an X-ray was taken. All I simply wanted was to see if there is a way for that little guy to be taken off my phone so my phone would work properly. Not only did he remove an app that I didnt ask him to remove but he also changed all my settings as well as my texting settings so my phone doesnt work as it once did. So this is a very very dissatisfied customer and will never go back to the Wyandotte ATTstore!!!!!!!!!

Quick and easy. I decided to upgrade on a whim. Was able to so I walked in, got help and walked out within an hour with a new phone and all stuff transferred over.

I had some issues with my bill and I wasnt too happy with my phone. Forrest was incredibly helpful, thoughtful and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and needed. I went into at&t to look at upgrading my phone. The manager help me at first and was very helpful and nice. I was able to talk to him about everything I wanted. Then he had Danny help me activate my new phone and he was also great! I love going into that store because I know Ill get great customer service and they work with u all the time.

Anyone looking for any cell phone or cable service go see this guy because he is great! Secondly, after years of over paying to ATT we were able to save nearly $100 off of our bill AND get new phones. All because Joshua took the time to sit with us and rework our plan when we told him we needed to save some money with them. 15/10 An absolutely unheard of and amazing customer experience!!

Traded my Iphone X in for an Iphone 11 plus 3 months ago, December to be exact. My Iphone X was completely paid off. I was giving around 700$ for it and I used most of it for store credit, paying for accessories, phone case, and taxes on phone. At the end of the transactions I had over 200$ left and was told that I did not have to spend it, and they could actually send me a check in the mail for the remaining balance of $204.00. After 1 month of waiting for it I called the store and learned that this location is a authorized AT&t dealer franchise. So they said that the check would be sent by them, but however takes 2 billing cycles at the most. I said okay, no problem, check back in a few weeks. However 3 months later (today), I call the store again and was told that they had the wrong address on file, which I have no clue how because all my AT&T address information is correct on everything else. So he said that they must of sent the check out to the wrong address. (sounds like more excuses). So then he asked me for my correct address, in which I gave him. Then he said he will put this through. Before hanging up I asked how long it would take to receive it and he said a month or two, and also with this virus going on it could be even longer. I understand the virus issue, but your holding my money, and have been holding it for months. You already cut a check, so you say, but to the wrong address, so why would it take so long to reissue it to the new address. This is out of control.
