The service took to long. And inside of store was so hot i thought i was suffocating. And what kind of company charges additional 4.00 cash for pay your bill at the company store in cash isnt that unfair totally.

The experience in this store is amazing the girl who works her is an old high school friend. She is amazing and knows what shes talking about. You cant go anywhere else to get better service.

I had bad experiences at other Metro stores in the past. I decided to give them one last shot. I had an awesome experience at this location. Racquel picked out the iPhone for me, she even set it up and installed the case for me and had it ready from day 1. I really appreciate that kind of service. I was very happy to shop here. Way to go Racquel! Bosses if youre reading this, you got a great employee there.

The only Metro PCS worth going to downriver! Racquel really knows her phones and always provides quality service. I never feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything.

Always check around for price variations. I paid more here for accessories than other stores. Markup on cases $25 when same ones are $15 other stores. Sorry for no longer being my go to place anymore.

As I was being helped by this lady working at the wyandotte metro on ford ave I heard people behind me discussing how if she was not available, they would go to a different company altogether.. Im coming back to her for new phones and anything to do with a metro phone. Shes very nice too!

This store does horrible business. They sold me a phone that messes up constantly and it was not a cheap phone, plus a short dirty blonde girl took it upon herself to add on a $20 screen protector i DID NOT ask for after i just told her i would not even be buying a phone around Christmas if i didnt lose my phone, so she knew i was on a low budget. They sold my girlfriend some Bluetooth headphones,and the right headphone never worked, then wouldnt refund her money.

This is has gotten alot better. The blonde girl gives great service always helpful! Wont go to other stores.

This guy literally tells me I make people come in to know my prices you sir are at fault on losing a $799 sale I will HAPPILY take my money elsewhere Im appreciated. Dear metro pcs higher ups, please feel free to check out this location and tell me its preforming how you intended it other than the simple bill being paid. Because of that sales rep you provided me at this Wyandotte location I will NEVER return, spend my money with or have a line for. Sorry that your rep missed out on two pep starting a plan with two iphones your loss not really mine!

Not bad given the unlimited data plan allows you to share 15 GB of hotspot Wi-Fi to other devices, plus free Google One and Amazon Prime.
