During an oil change and tires balanced and rotated one of my hubcaps was lost. Rodney Manager and Chris in automotive help to resolve this issue. Thank you guys again

Not to bad if you choose the right time of the day to go. I went between 10.30am and 11am and it was only 1 car in front of me getting an oil change.

Covid19 protocol makes you feel safe. Bad part was no seating in Automotive waiting area.

Asked to have a trailer tire changed. They took my appointment and after waiting outside in the heat 25 minutes a mechanic came out and told me they couldnt touch it unless it fit in their bay. They did let me borrow a Jack and a t-bar to change it myself. The mechanic made this a four star, without that it would have been a 1.

Great service, quick and thorough. Staff was prompt and courteous. Service was completed much faster than expected. Will return for future work.

I received very good care in the car care center. I purchased a new set of tires for my rv. The staff did a great job making certain I received what I asked for.

Great tire prices online but super sloooooow service. I got verification that tires where in. I dropped off car and was told 2 hrs finish time for 2 tires. Three hours later I got a call that the tires were not actually there. They scheduled a 7am appointment two days later to expedite service. It still took 1.5 hrs to put two tires on, 4.5 hours wasted at this point! They gave only $25 credit but I will spend more $$ in the future to have another tire shop that can do it typically in 1hr or less for all four tires.

Best Walmart automotive experience Ive had. All of the technicians were hard at work and seemed to enjoy being their. Great place very rare to find a Walmart auto care like this one.

I actually enjoy having my Kia serviced at Walmart/Wylie. The people are always friendly, service is quick, price is reasonable and i can get my weekly groceries, etc. while they do their thing. That multi-tasking makes me feel good.

We have been here 2 1/2 hours and not a single car has moved in the center. We went to go and ask them how much longer it will take and they said at least 2 more hours. This is ridiculous, their customer service is awful, and have no respect for the customer at all. Strongly do not recommend to get your tires or lube done at this place. You will regret it.

The location appears to be under staffed. A job quoted at taking 1hour and 15 minutes turned into almost three. They were just replacing the passengers side low beam headlights.. I have had better service from this location in th past....

Great pricing but that would cost slow service many times.If they are busy it’s better to come some other time to avoid lengthy wait which could be a couple of hours sometimes.

The staff here always take care to make sure our automotive needs are met. They have retained many staff members over the years, so theyre familiar with us and our vehicles.

They broke my care tire sensor and lie about it that it broke before I came there. I ask all people from car tire shop, they said if it have been broken then the light (!) have to be on which it was not on when I brought my car to Walmart to change my tire. Will not go there anymore.

Quick and easy. I was able to get my shopping done while my oil was being changed...

Really great guy who manages auto care helpful knowledgeable friendly although i got screwed by discount tires i was trying to get tires from them the guy gave me a good quote and everything.

The guys patched my tire for $10, PLUS it was super fast. Very pleased with the service.

Omg. I was the first in line for an oil change. I got my tires rotated also. It took over 2 hours. There wasnt a lot of cars here either. There were a couple of people standing around watching. I thought they were customers also waiting on their cars. Then They came in and started looking at the computer. Turns out they work here. Im glad they were supervising everyone and not actually helping get cars finished. No one moves with any purpose, everyone saunters around like they have all day. My tires were finished, but it still took over half an hour to get it off the lift. Hope my groceries arent spoiled now......

Had service on 08/19/2016-Oil started to leak on my car. None of my cars ever leaked before. My driveway is free on any oil stains!

I was warned by my mother in law not to do an oil change because she said they don’t do anything to it at they made her wait for an hours and when she got it she drive home and she has a car that tells her how much oil she has and it showed she had 1% left and they refused to refund her but instead of listening I went anyways waited an hour and a half and finally got back and what do you know as soon as my husband checked nothing was changed was still as bad as when I took it there I would not recommend anyone getting anything done because they have you waiting for nothing give you your car back the way you brought it
