Ive been to a few autozones in my day and this is one of the better ones. Usually staff will actively avoid you, but here the guy saw me looking and came and talked to me and helped me make an informed decision as well as have me advice. My only disappointment was that the part said it was in stock online but when I got to the store they couldnt find it. In the end they still made right and got me the same parts for the same price. Also it has been my experience at some auto parts store that recycling oil is often dismissed with the explanation that the tank is full, but checking the tank I found it was still mostly empty, which gave me the impression they just didnt want to fool with it. This store, however, has been available and supportive with recycling oil which is really important to me and I think reflect very well on the management and capabilities of the store and staff.

Well my moms can battery died. I went to this location and they were really helpful. They even help me price match which saved me 70.00. Tha is guy. Keep hiring guys and gals like them.

I purchased a steering wheel cover and the rep put it on for me. I appreciated it cause it was super hard for me to put on, I also found a Cowboy trailer hitch for my Jeep, they have Cowboys products which is at times difficult to find.

In an attempt to purchase new windshield wipers I encountered a clerk who couldnt figure out which ones I needed. Then he wandered off to help another cashier. Upon approaching another employee and asking if he could help me locate what I needed, I was abruptly informed that he did corporate accounts and wasnt he (pointing to first clerk) helping you. If I had been getting somewhere with the first guy, I wouldnt have asked for assistance from someone else. Rude and unhelpful. Got wiper blades - installed - from a competitor who was actually pleasant.

Disappointed, didnt have tool I needed, considering its for automotive.

I went in for windshield wiper blades. Chip was great. Told me the most expensive werent necessarily the best and the installed the for me. Very nice friendly service!! ILL NE BACK

Good help. Usually has what Im looking for.Inline fuse holder, relay, switches but didnt have dialectic grease.

This autozone seems to be better than the other auto parts stores around town. Having said that, this store suffers from the same problem that all auto parts stores suffer from... the staff arent terribly informed about the parts they sell (and definitely arent great at automotive diagnostics), sometimes it can be take a long time to be checked out or helped, and they can find lots of reasons out of helping with things like battery/wiper/light installation.

This is my saved store. I know several of the people there just from going there so much. The only thing I expect from an auto parts store is that the people are knowledgeable. I work on my own cars so when I go in and have a question, I expect them to know or at least know where to find the answers. The service techs at this store are knowledgeable.For the most part, the staff members are helpful but they can be a little friendlier. One of the employees, Steve, often seems and sounds like hes having a bad day. He knows his stuff but Everytime he helps me (or other people as Im in line), he just sounds very brash.

It was pouring rain, freezing and I thought the fuse for my bulb had fried. The man who helped me checked everything and let me know the new bulb I had just bought at Wal-Mart was working....but was for the back. Lol, he got the bulbs, replaced them and made sure I was all set before I even purchased. Tried to tip but it was refused. SUPER nice people, definitely worth more than probably paid but so grateful their there! :-)

Had to buy a new battery for my car. Made the purchase and drove away within 20 minutes. Great job installing the new battery!

Wow not only did they help me get a new battery they installed it without me even asking! I had already been to the 544 Wylie autozone and was actually turned away. My Tacoma would not start without a new charge to breathe life into its heart, thanks Jeremy! Like I said this is now my store.

The store manager changed my battery in the freezing rain and was NICE about it! GREAT service.

I had bought parts for my 2003 f350. I went into the store and bought 3 I joints and they handed 2 small I joints and a big u joint. I had a buddy go in and grab them so when I was taking off the drive shaft and changing them out I realized they were the wrong size. I went up there and they told me they only had one in stock so I had to go to another store to get the parts traded in. They sold wrong parts and they didnt even have the appropriate parts to fix their mistake. These guys think they know what theyre doing because they type in a computer. Do not buy from here.

I recently visited this store looking to purchase a part for my 2006 GMC Denali. The part was an o-ring for the oil pump sump tube. This part was not in stock. An employee said he had a box of aftermarket o-rings from a customer return that he wasnt able to return to stock and would be able to provide me a o-ring for free. the employee pulled a new sump tube from the stock, opened the end to expose the side that the o-ring goes on and attempted to match an o-ring to the tube. After trying a few o-ring he selected one and told me it would work. I was very thankful as the o-ring was free. After installing that o-ring finishing my maintenance, my wife took the Denali on a road trip. After 200miles the o-ring failed and the car lost oil pressure. My wife was not aware of this until the engine became louder and louder. The resulting damage was many aluminum shavings inside the oil pan and I will now have to replace or rebuild the engine.I have emailed customer support in hopes they help pay to fix or replace the engine. If you do not see any further postings, autozone took no action to make this right.Autozone has decided not cover any of the damage and wouldnt even reimburse the parts that I had to re

Usually has what I need when I cannot get it elsewhere for less money. If more than a handful of people show up looking for parts, the wait time to just get checked out can be painfully long. For that reason, I try to avoid this place.

Always friendly and helpful and their prices are the best. I use them often for parts.

Intelligent people do not leave negative reviews for a DIY parts store. Why would anyone even bother to leave a review for an AutoZone let alone read one.
