I’ve been coming to this starbucks for years. All the employees are incredible. However, last night I met a young man by the name of Zeke, and I have to say. This interaction I will remember for the rest of my life. He was beyond kind and caring, I just wish nothing but the best for this guy. Much love y’all.

This morning I went to this location and I had pre-ordered a Toasted White Mocha on the app. When I got there I was in the drive through line for 25 minutes. I was annoyed but not upset at all by this. I got my coffee and they were friendly as usual. When I got to work I realized it was not even 3/4 full and on top of that it was super lumpy and tasted gross! I ended up having to throw it out after a few sips. I called after work to let them know and the phone ranf endlessly. I made several different attempts to contact them with no answer. I will not be going their again.

The customer service here is excellent and my drinks have always been made well. When theyve been out of something they seem truly apologetic and offer up great substitutes or personal favorites, which often times Ill end up ordering! My last few visits have been met with extremely kind employees who seem happy to help, which is so nice to encounter these days.

I understand when business is busy, and I gladly wait for my coffee, but today they make me wait over 25 min for my coffee while all employees were chating about a party last night...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great inside but I had to remove a star for their horribly congested and poorly placed drive thru line entrance. It is located extremely close to a main entrance/exit to parking lot for all the surrounding businesses. Cars stack up from all directions trying to get into drive thru line. There is no clearly posted recommendation of how vehicles should approach and line up. I have had to park far away and walk inside to get my order the past 6 visits (at various times of day). I have gotten stuck in parking spaces anywhere near the line, as well as nearly being hit by other vehicles. Many near misses and fender benders have also been witnessed.This location is in desperate need of a redesign of its drive thru entrance. Relocating the menu and ordering closer to pickup window, and placing the drive thru entrance in back of the building with a clearly posted direction for traffic flow would help tremendously.

Starbucks always does a great job with their coffee, breakfast and other treat. Its a little more than local places but they never get anything done incorrectly.

This is a walk up or drive through only location in Wylie across from Wylie High School. I have gotten good service here and haven’t had any issues. Sometimes I request extra hot for my drink and it is warm only but that is most Starbucks locations not just this one. Staff has always been friendly and drive through moves along at decent speed.

This Starbucks is like my Cheers. I love that I walk in and hear Hi, Courtney from employees across the store and everyone knows my name. Even when Im in the drive thru,someone always comes to the window to personally greet me. Probably means I spend too much $$$ there but atleast the employees are amazing! Theyve always taken care of me, and i think I may need to get a part time position just to fund my coffee addiction. 😆👌

Not crazy about Starbucks too pricy coffee to bitter

All the employees here are extra courteous and polite. No matter how busy they are the always greet you with a smile... makes a huge difference. I really want to give a shout out to Lauren. They had a really busy day and I asked for the used coffee grounds. She went and got two big bags & even offered to take it to my car for me. Thats the kind of person that every companies that aspiring to hire... This store has customer service nailed!

Today I went to get my usual drink and the lady who took my order was asking me so many questions! I don’t ever get asked anything just give me what I ask for. On top of that my drink didn’t even have anything of what I had order, after that I came back inside because they didn’t put caramel on my drink, instead they gave it to me in a cup. Once I got to my destination I started drinking my drink and it taste like peppermint and I saw my label and they had added it, I hate peppermint I never asked for it. At the end i thew away my drink that’s 8 dollars in the trash ! I’m very disappointed.

Long line but nice staff.

This has to be one of the busiest drive-thru locations that I frequent. But the staff there is seasoned to the task and so the lines move right along rather quickly! The peeps at this location are always smiling and are on top of their jobs!

In the mornings, the lines move at a glacial pace. Perhaps a sign posted near the drive thru to tell people to wrap around the building in the morning would be useful?

SARAH was amazing !!! She’s so sweet and cute . She was giving orders in the drive through line, she asked about our days and was overall so sweet ! This girl needs a promotion for her sweetnesses and hard work !

This has always been my favorite starbucks to go to, but a frap with paper straws is a big no. Cant even finish my drink without the straw pretty much falling apart.

I actually dont know if this place is understaffed at all times, or what. Got a gift card to Starbucks in every time I attempt to even show up there it is a madhouse. I dont need that coffee that bad. Plus the lobby closes it seems at random. I like to go in for coffee instead of sitting in that line. Got to find me another Starbucks on the way to work...

My order didnt go through so when I arrived at the pick-up window they prepared it fast and efficient

This location is the worst Starbucks Ive ever visited. Chaotic and disorganized. With all the different locations around, go somewhere else. My order today was beyond ridiculous, and I used the app in order to prevent problems. That was a joke.

Pretty good on pickups. Was busy but workers smart enough to call out n see whose doing delivery to get them order asap. First time ive seen that kind of competence n efficiency.

Didnt know how to answer so I gave a two because when I drove back to the Starbucks they remade my drink wonderfully however I did not want to be late and called instantly after I and my two co-workers tasted our drink and asked if I could come back on break and have them replaced and was told we might remake one but not all three because I doubt we messed up on three drinks. After coming back and showing them that our white chocolate wasnt white and taste like coffee with creamer they fixed all three.

This is THE BEST Starbucks around, hands down. Staff is always very friendly, goes out of their way to know your order, even down to which cup you prefer for nitro! Almost always clean as a whistle!

Barista loves to argue over what drink I want to order. Manager didnt seem to care as barista continued to argue with me that I did not appreciate the hassle in ordering my drink today. I expect when I order a Starbucks drink, the experience should be smooth, but when they recommend a drink and I explain to them I want my drink Ive been ordering for almost 20 years, not the one they recommended that had several differences (wrong shots, wrong sweetener, much higher price, etc.) And she CONTINUED TO RING ME UP FOR THE WRONG DRINK!!! After ringing it up correctly, she makes the drink and dumps a huge amount of heavy cream into it, thus having to remake it. Plus, the remake was missing my sweetener and I had to add it myself. Paid full price, definitely not returning.

I have been through the drive thru at this location multiple times and every single time the employees are so wonderful. They are always so positive and upbeat and brings some happiness to my day! they also do a great job at making the starbucks drinks!

Worst Starbuks drive thru not enough one star

For the second time in a row Ive gotten coffee theyre asked for a hot coffee and gotten coffee on Ice I havent asked for that normally this isnt a problem but here lately it has and Im not real happy with it cuz that that coffee is not always that cheap. Every now and then I think Im going to enjoy a Starbucks. Not So Much Anymore probably wont be going back after this depends.

I ordered a hot Salted Caramel White Mocha. I received a white mocha frappuccino with caramel syrup. I used to be a Starbucks barista so I understand what goes on behind the counter and am willing to excuse certain things, but there’s always mistakes at this location, even with the simplest of drinks. I don’t know who’s training, but I’m highly disappointed.

Ordered a peppermint mocha and a hot chocolate i was expecting the hot chocolate to be sweet instead it was watered down and still payed the the amount for it.

Good service and latte as ordered. My only complaint is that after letting our two coffees cool for about 10 minutes, we opened the lid to discover the drink was at least 2 inches lower than the rim of the cup. We felt we were cheated of some coffee that we paid for.

I went here daily for several years. Service had been declining so I stopped patronizing the store and made my coffee at work. I stoppedToday since I was out of my Pike at the office apparently they were out here as well. Ordered an alternate drink. They managed to incorrectly make take the order and after clarifying it twice the orderwas still incorrect. Staff is always friendly, however service SUCKS here. I’ll stick with my $20 bag of Pike at Sam’s Club. Way to start a Monday morning. I never did get the correct coffee. Smh

Slower inside service I’ve seen

Quick service despite long lines and not ordering ahead. Order came out well. No complaints here.

I have ordered from this Starbucks almost daily for over a month. By far the most inconsistent Starbucks I have visited. I order the same thing EVERY single time, it tastes completely different EVERY single time. Sometimes it tastes like the vanilla syrup isn’t even in the coffee. I have had to get replacement orders more than one time because they cannot got it right. I order the same thing from any other Starbucks and it tastes the exact same, how I like for it to, but I rarely get a good drink at this location. I’ll have to stop going to Starbucks because I’m wasting money since it’s never right.

This store is the SLOWEST one I have ever been to. I will not be coming to this location any more because every time I do the wait is 15-20mins long.....for one coffee!

Never get my order wrong

It was my daughters birthday a couple weeks ago to get her a drink. I forgot my wallet, the staff was so nice to comp her drink. That goes a long way nowadays. Thank you Starbucks Wylie.

The best and most consistent Starbucks I have ever been to, every member of the staff is pleasant and works hard to deliver great service. We drive out of our way to go to this location.

Fast, efficient, and friendly staff whos main goal is to provide you with you favorite beverage ( be it hot or cold) in the shortest time without sacrificing quality.. The only reason I could not give five stars is the floor space near the counter seems awful tight, too many display shelfs...

I dont normally have an issue with this location, but today the service was pretty bad. I had to visit the location twice because my original order wasnt correct. Upon my return visit the server put my drink on the counter and never informed me that my drink was ready so it was sitting there until I inquired about my order-10 minutes later. Some other things took place which resulted in me contacting the corporate office and that experience was worse than my encounter with the store. Needless to say- I am over Starbucks.

Not like other Starbucks! I have never used this location before, but I will go out of my way to in the future. Everyone was so friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy working here. Great service!

Love our local Starbucks! The mobile app is a must, so when we arrive our order is at the counter ready for pickup. The line around the building can be long at times, and this makes navigating the parking lot a hassle. So I find it easier to just place the order online and walk in to pick it up. Everytime Ive ever ordered, its been made correctly and the staff are always very friendly and inviting. Now, with the addition of the Nitro Cold Brew, this place is perfect for an afternoon pick me up! Money cant buy happiness, but it can buy a Starbucks, and thats sort of the same thing

Slow! No system whatsoever and always do things out of order. Quite often drinks dont taste to standard. Always regret when I come here.

This location has never failed me. Employees are some of the nicest around! Always delicious. Just wish they were open later than 9 for us night shift workers!

Great place to visit and have food.

Nice people. Good drinks. Poor services. Waitress gave me a broken cup and went away, even though she saw it dripping. Turns out there was a long cut in the cup.
