If you want to brave the S Curve this Walmart has a great speciality selection. I feel like they carry all the odd ball things I need for that 4 pm recipe I googled.

Store as a whole is great! But they have ZERO checkers. It is ALL do it your self. When I have a cart full I go someplace where I get help.

Contacted Walmart.com because I do Walmart+ and they said that my deliveries come from this store. I got a delivery yesterday, 1/26 with meat that had expired 1/21. Several times I have gotten delivery with items that go out of date in a day or two that I will quickly have to use or freeze, but this time the product was actually expired. I like using this service so I don’t have to do self-checkout, often the only available option anymore, and it gives someone in store a job and the delivery service a job. But maybe you should care more about the at-home shoppers getting your “freshness guaranteed” service.

Its clear that management does not know how to schedule a staff to appropriately serve the weekends traffic. Both Saturday and Sunday I counted one or two people in the store that work there. Everyone was using the self-checkout technology because there were no cashiers...at all on both days?? Maybe Wal-Mart is moving to full robotics? Luckily for that store they have an outstanding employee named Richa that was holding it together and handled my questions or this wouldve been a 1 star. Heres a free tip, make her the manager!

Making ALL of the registers self-service was not a good idea! I was recently in the store and requested assistance checking out because I am using a cane and have use of only one hand. I asked for assistance checking out, and the response I received from the employee was the worst customer service! She directed me to another register and said you should use that one so that you can fill more than one bag at a time! Needless to say I have not been back in my neighborhood store! How do you NOT assist a customer asked for help? Very disappointed in the changes Ive seen lately in this store.

I end up going to this store at least once a day and everyone who works there is very helpful and friendly which makes a big difference in customer service

I came in with a problem and the lady at customer service, Amanda, she helped me a lot. Dont think ive recieved that kind of customer service in a long time. She was one of the only people ready to help me, so thats what five stars is about. Raise her paycheck or something. Never seen a harder worker. Coming back again.

Walmart was fine,old lady customers out of control.

Its as advertised and a good covenant store . The reson for a 3 is every time I go in there there is only one cashier and the need to have more on. Maybe thats just another effect from covid.

Great place to shop if you have minimal items to buy v. the mega super centers. They are usually less crowded and offer the same products at the same price.

Easy to shop, clean store. Selection is smaller, as expected.

Clean, organized, with wide aisles. Good prices. Only place I could find hydrogen peroxide which my doc said to use for wound care.

Shelves are empty and the sewer line has been dug up and the store stinks. Im thinking of going to Kroger. Sorry Walmart but youre getting really bad!

This place is so so crowded now but they keep all the cashier checkout lanes closed, so all customers are standing in line for self check out lanes..

So horrible, 20 workers standing around with only self checkout lines open, with the longest lines ever. I will avoid going to this location and i recommend everyone should. 0 starts!

I dont like that you dont have check out stations for elderly people. The check out stations are are very crowded. Its not easy to check out. 😕

Very clean store and managed well with great customer service

Eventhough everyone was panic buying for the oncoming snow storm, there was plenty of people stocking shelves and asking g if anyone needed assistance. This is a very clean location and the employees are very friendly.

I love coming here. It doesn’t feel like a big store chain. The people that work here make me feel so special they know who I am and greet me every time. Love seeing Charlie he always give my kids a happy face sticker. Shirley is also wonderful and splendid. The cashiers are also nice. I moved farther away but I still keep coming to this store because of them and great service.

Organized and clean. The cashiers were very nice and professional during the whole checkout phase. Truly there was only one thing that bothered me. They were out of my type of drinking water. Over all, a pretty good store.

This Walmart is large. It is spotless. The store is very well lit and is inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful. The shelves are well-stocked and the selection of products is outstanding. I especially love the selection of vegetables and fruit. Quick Check Out Lines. I would rank this Walmart in the top 3.

I HATE checking out my groceries!!!

So convenient from our home in Creekside Estates; and upped their game of fresh meal starters such as more rotisserie chicken & sides & sub sandwiches reading the need of customers thru the Covid situation.Recent visits I have seen signage etc to guide ppl to follow a path while shopping. I dont know if that works, but I dont know.One more note; the store needs to have a Front Line Manager to call more cashiers beforehand the lines get long!!

Convenient location and friendly staff. Great for quick shopping of the basics without walking through the huge big box store, which is not far away, but not worth the effort, crowds, and parking unless you really need more specific items. Gas station has competitive prices most of the time.

All I can say is wow and I wish I had one like this where I live! I visit friends in the neighborhood occasionally, and always enjoy coming here to get my own provisions or something they need at home. Every time this place is spotless and the employees here go to great lengths to make sure it is clean and customer friendly. This place has got to win awards somewhere in the Walmart Hall of Fame.

Fresh, high quality fruits, vegetables and meats. They operate for long hours which makes shopping inside great. The customer service is also wow. Definitely the best!

Well tonight when I went there to your Walmart neighborhood shopping store I overseen a lot of activity of people sitting just in their cars then like I said these are ones that follow me around theyre from your store and their workers there and at the bus stop that was the man with the laptop can er for random things of numbers when I drove past him as I was leaving he packed his bags and started to walk off be careful of your credit cards here and contact information maybe for your cars because with certain apps they can find out where you live by running your plates these are not good people their felons tattooed up

I am ALWAYS happy to shop here. From the day they opened their doors to now, this has been our store of choice. The staff is fantastic, they have everything I need, and if I cant find something theres always someone to help. We are however excited about the new grocery pick up. With small children, this will be a life saver!

Im biased. I dont care for Walmart stores or the company. But, this is what I see at this local store. Its clean. Staff is generally courteous, though not particularly outgoing. Living in the neighborhood, its better than I anticipated. Generally, I dont shop here as Im looking for more specific and/or non-Walmart brand items. In this respect, they fall short. Then again, its a neighborhood store. In fairness, its a good place to go of you need to make a quick trip for some general items. In my opinion, Walmart has mastered self-checkout.

Nice grocery store, but under staffed. rarely anybody monitoring the self checkout, so you have to go looking for help when problems arise.

I stopped here on my way home from work. Quick in and out to get a few grocery items.

Always always always understaffed.They never have enough of the self-checkout lines open even when there are long long lines of people waiting forever to checkout. Quite often there is no employee doing any checkout. You can get what you need to buy in 5 minutes but youll spend 20 minutes in line waiting to checkout. I tried to buy a bottle of wine and it requires an employee to enter a code to allow the purchase. There was nobody out front and on older gentleman walked by and I waved at him and asked if he could help and he said no, Im going on break! and kept walking. I had to wait several more minutes until another worker walked by to help. Ive complained to their temporary assistant managers about being under staffed and they all said they are trying to hire a real manager but cant find anyone. They also said it would be up to the manager to hire people. Their gas pumps are always problematic to. You slide your card in and out and almost always there is an error reading the card. I talked to temporary management about that to and they acknowledged there is an ongoing problem but they dont know how to fix the problem. They dont seem to care either.Typical poor customer service from Walmart, what a shock.

Today was a great shopping experience since multiple registers were manned.

I went this store just because of its very close to my house.i asked customer service for $1 change to use get some toys from coin machine for my daughter but they are three people there with CSM but they told that cannot open register without purchasing.. they gave this answer rudely.......after I left they just laugh for what?????

I have liked this store in the past but recently the shelves stay empty, the employees that are standing around with stock are on their cell phones instead of stocking. Definite decline in the past year. I hate to see it because it is very convenient.

I used to come here nearly everyday for food or house items that I would need when I lived in the area. Very convenient. Ive always found it clean and stocked. It can be limited because its a neighborhood walmart. If you need something specific, Id recommend the big walmart.

My local Wal-Mart doesnt carry canned serranos but this one does. I stock up!

Not as good as the super Walmart but is nice to have in a pinch. Lines are terrible between 5 and 6:30 pm

I dont expect the best service from this place but is it too much to ask that someone be in the deli?? I just left 5 mins ago waiting and waiting...ringing a stupid bell they never answer for over 10mins....when you disabled standing still for any amount of time is painful as is but this was plain unnecessary

The staff here is very interested in you finding what you want and tries harder than most to get you checked out quickly. Very friendly, truely a neighborhood store.

I love this little local market. Its the Wal-Mart version of the old style supermarket. And its back in the neighborhoods so its not super crowded.

We only stop here out of convenience, regularly fine expired product on shelves and have had to return several items once we got home and noticed the items were expired. Staff is very nice and helpful.
