Not the customer service but the digital coupon system is horrible. I clip all coupons get home to find out it didnt even take some of my coupons second time this happened. Please fix I love to shop at dollar general great savings...

Today Id like to thank the young gentleman who gave from his heart.I dont see much of that often and when I do I am truly grateful for your act of kindness. Without saying too much he saw that I was in distressed and come to help.

I just moved to TX, and where Im from we dont have any dollar general stores. So this past Tuesday was my second time visiting a Dollar general store, and let me say, the cashier and the manager that worked the shift that morning were the best. I went for some stuff we needed at the house and ended up getting a whole bunch of Christmas stuff that was on sale for $.10. The manager was so kind and she had me go through a full bin of Christmas stuff, of course I had to take it all. Clean and organized, very friendly staff, and you cant go wrong with prices. Highly recommend this store. Thank you dollar general staff for the amazing experience. Im definitely going back. As always, be kind to others and they will do the same to you!

I stop here every two weeks or so and the staff are always friendly. The store is a little messy when I go in, but I think its because its close to closing time and they are bringing everything in.Like I said, the staff here are always amazing and super helpful if I need anything.

Had a problem with my order but Im very thankful with the manager Davin Smith for solving my problem and going the extra mile. You can see that he cares for the customers, great personality and excellent customer service!👍

After today if I could I would rate this a 0..Poor Customer service was in today getting my coupons went to my car to look at the receipt since the addition didnt add with the coupons (now that they change there system is harder to see what came off and what does not)told the gentleman that it didnt take some of the coupons off and that I needed to return the items I was answer by he didnt have the time nor money to reimburse me back and to come back tomorrow since it was getting close to closing there was nobody in line he could of done it he choose not to do it but yet 1 person come in 1min before closing time and he didnt have a problem to helpt that person first time that I have been told that.I have always gotten a reimbursement if any coupons have not came off and I usually always go in the evening since its when I have time to do the shopping

The clerks are helpful, kind, courteous and service you with a smile. They wear masks at all times. The store is full of product daily, something different almost every time you shop.

This place is always a mess! The last couple years since they remodeled! I only go there when i dont feel like going into Wal-Mart but this place is an embarrassment to wylie!

Friendly staff. Have what you need. Great experience. Thats where I go for my chocolate raisins! Keep it up.

Great place theres an employee named William segura he is so nice and he said he never wants to quit his job and he also manages the store himself when nobody else is doing anything hes the reason why I come to this store😁

The only thing that prevents the 5 star rating is the parking, easy to miss and trying to get there can be tricky. Besides that, great place with friendly employees.

They were putting up a delivery and isles were crowded. They were very kind and help us find everything we needed if it was not on the shelf.

This store is well stocked but seems to lack the shelf space to accommodate the product. As long as you dont mind narrow isles and the occasional cart of product this store has nearly everything you are looking for. Great prices and great clearance sales. Staff is friendly, hardworking and attentive to customer needs. The restroom is clean and well-maintained.

Needs to be cleaned was really messy so hard to find what you are looking for. Also the bathroom really needs to be cleaned!!!

Open relatively late and always there for us when we need snacks or forget something or other. Good location. Cheap. Short wait to check out. Can be pretty disorderly sometimes though, but that has never hindered our shopping experience. As far as dollar generals go, this one is pretty good.

Employees are always friendly, and are willing to help you find what you need. They are not nosy, so feel free to ask someone if you do need help finding something.

I love Dollar General. The only thing I do not like Is their inconsistency! One store in Garland...only ONE is open until 9pm. I went the other nite thinking itll be open...theyre all open until 10...but nope!

The store manager was very rude. He is not a coupon friendly person. He doesnt seem to be happy with his job there. If your going there to coupon be sure you know your coupon! He will try to talk down on you when your trying to use your coupons. He didnt even total my transaction out I was thinking my coupons didnt go through when they actually did. My total was supposed to be $2.16 but he didnt total it out so I paid $3.25.

Dollar General has almost EVERYTHING you want for a low price. Its extremely convenient, and rhe employees are very kind, helpful and welcoming.

I love my DG stores but sometimes they get a little clausrophobic when they dont put away all in incoming stock. Always quick in and out and friendly employees.

In wylie it seems the shelves are never stocked with sale items and digital coupon items. Cant get they the store for boxes ect.. cant always blame help since they wont hire enough people but I buy ps it go to another.. cleburne Is always dirty.. Ive been to most all of them from east to west tx lol

This location has improved in customer service. Occasionally store looks clustered and not always organized.

One cashier working a customer who had coupons. The line was getting longer the other employee didnt bother to assist with getting rid of the line.

It is always cluttered with stock carts EVERY SINGLE TIME I go into this store. It makes it hard to navigate, and makes you want to leave the store an quickly as possible.

The store is nasty, filthy, unorganized and ghetto as was the only employee mngr there. The elderly male manger is RUDE. He refused to help me after he gave me the wrong prices for the items. He said he couldnt and wouldnt correct the price and there was nothing he or anyone could do about it. I stood there for over 30 minutes because he refused to help me. I finally returned every item and I will NEVER go back to that store. Plus he was so angry and couldnt even think straight, he refunded me over 20.00 too much in cash and had no idea.I returned the money today but that mngr on duty thought I was crazy for even taking it back.NEVER AGAIN.
