I hate leaving less than perfect reviews for good business. They have great customer service and pricing and they have always worked with me in the past with equipment rental times. However, loading times are long even though there are no other customers. The actual loading is always sketchy. Rebar is not bundled before loading and the operators dont seem to have much experience loading carefully onto steel truck racks.

I have been renting from this place for years and i drove to the location in Wylie where i was refused service. Had to go rent from another place where they did rent me the equipment which i always rent a rental one.

In and out pretty quick. Very courteous and helpful staff. Needed a power trowel and a couple of tie downs. Didnt hurt the budget. Will go back there again.

It was good went in good service got what I need . Got out pretty fast. 1st time will go back.
