I bought a club cadet mower and John helped me he was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of great information and was very kind as were all the employees! i think it was bobby? and another guy helped me load my mower ! great place i will go out if my way to go there ! as im in allen.

I come here every few months to buy hay in bulk for my guinea pigs. I live a half hour away, but this is the best deal I can find. The price is fantastic. Unfortunately customer service could use a bit of work. I order online to pick up in store to make sure its in stock and ready for me before I drive all that way. In the store theres a customer service desk with a big ORDER ONLINE. PICK UP HERE sign. On the two occasions Ive bought from herehere its taken around 10 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge Im standing there waiting. (Im the only one in the line.) Id just get the hay myself if my arms werent so weak. When an employee does eventually come, they carry it to my car for me, which I appreciate. Id even tip a few bucks for the service if getting acknowledgement didnt take so long.

The experience of buying was great, they said they would put the trailer on for me, thr kid forgot to lock it. Man was that trailer whipping back and forth just held on by the chains... stopped and it ended up under the back end of my car and light dont work.. but everything else there was great..

Easy to locate off of Highway 78. Would give 5 stars but it seemed as if only one young woman was running the entire store. Bless her. She gets all 5 stars for courtesy & speediness, the store gets 4 stars because other than competitive pricing, and the great look to the store, they only seemed to have 1 or 2 employees on hand. That store with the foot traffic I saw easily needed 5-7 people on hand. Recommended but you might wait longer than normal

TSC is a great place to go for anything farm and yard related. They have stuff you wont find anywhere else. I actually came here to get feeding supplies for Baby rabbits that I found and they actually had what I was looking for. 3 Pet Supply places did not.

Seemed alright in most aspects. But it’s definitely the sort of place where people who need their tractors supplied go. The employees are mostly teens. The customers were all country folk. Me, a city slicker, got a few cross eyed looks. The guy who checked me out gave me a stank face instead of a goodbye. I wouldn’t go back, but it’s got decent inventory.

Kind young gentleman made a great impression on me today when I travelled there for my favorite brand of dog food. #daimondnaturalsI have a new 8 month old German Shepherd that’s already started training for becoming a therapeutic support dog. I suffer from debilitating anxiety attacks sometimes so bad I think my heart is exploding .

I purposely drive out of my way to shop at this location. The employees have always been really friendly and helpful when Ive requested assistance. Overall, a group of good people who speak on a personal level and show open support for military folk. The selection of Carhartt and Liberty fluctuates accordingly with the seasons and handling fees are waived with store delivery if an item isnt in stock. Tractor Supply is a good outfit with quality products. Maintain the quality service of service and Ill be a customer for life.

Cant understand why when they are the only ones around with fillable propane that they would stop selling it to families an hour before they close

Great selection. Prices are good. Place is organized, clean, and well lit. Every time I have been there, I get friendly and prompt help. Cashiers always smile, showing that there is good training and management. Items have prices marked and are in place. Check it out. Its more than a feed store.

Great place to find almost anything you need to care for livestock or your cats and dogs. Youll find items here that cant be found at the big box stores. Theres a homey feel and it includes personel who are very friendly.

This was our 1st time after tractor store and we just went there to pick up flea collars but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves walking around looking at everything. They have 4 health dog and cat food. Our pets love the brand. We also like to shop for our garden here. Prices are not bad.

Shop hear often. The store always seems clean and is nice. Only thing that I would ask for improvement on is to stock more grease guns.

This Tractor Supply is great! I like the variety of pet food and bird food they have. They pump propane by the gallon. They also price match! Check the website to see what the price match covers. They knocked $10 of a 40 pound propane tank because another place had it cheaper than they did with no hassle.

Called on the phone to make a product availability inquiry. The store associate was curt and dismissive and suggested that I come to the store to see what they have rather than trying to help me. Called the McKinney store instead and was helped quickly and efficiently. Drove to McKinney and got what I needed. Attitude makes a world of difference.

I love Tractor Supply! Employees are friendly & welcoming. You can bring in your pets on Saturday for discounted shots. They have our dogs favorite brand of dog food. And always has something new & interesting to sell!

Like the store, merchandise, selection. I purchase there several times a week for over 14 years as I have a working farm. They have had many wonderful staff and employees. However, the turnover of employees and management is ridiculous! Holy cow, they must keep the Texas Unemployment Commission very busy!!! If I had another farm store that had so many products that I need in our area I’d go elsewhere. I try to buy at another local feed store when I can.

Tractor supply is pretty awesome. If you have never been here before, check it out with your kids around Easter...they have tons of little chicks to see (also for sale).

We buy garden supplies, some maintenance supplies, our son’s shoes and clothing, protective eyewear for welding class at WHS, and I love when they have little baby chicks in the store. They makevsuch sweet sounds! 😊If you have pets, check out the monthly vaccination schedule. They have very deep discounts for pet vaccines.

Called and asked if they had received any hay and if they had any in stock, the employee I was talking to said yes. Then I asked what time they closed. He told me 8pm. Drove all the way from Richardson, pulled up at 7:10pm and the doors were locked. Very frustrating when you have employees that give you the wrong information and you literally waste 45 min of your Sunday evening driving around for nothing and can’t even get what you needed! I expect an response back from management.

Drove from Addison. First time to tractor supply. NEVER will I go back. I went for 2 50 lbs bags of litter. They were out. No biggie. I asked if they had more and they said no and walked away. My friend was checking out and I was talking about how upset I was that I drove all the way out there for nothing. The lady checking her out said she would go look and could get me a rain check. Okay! I wait with a 6 month old baby mind you, for 30 mins because she was the only cashier. They didn’t have it so she takes us to customer services and doesn’t know how to a rain check but she was trying. At this point my child is screaming because it’s 95 degrees in there. Another employee walks up laughs at my baby and she asks if he know how to do a rain check, he laughs at my face and says no and walks away. Come to find he was the friggin assistant manager!!!! Finally got the rain check figured out....4 weeks later and I’m still waiting on the call for the rain check. I will never give you my business and will never recommend you to anyone!
