Just fixed the frame on our Jeep, very nice work, very professional, done faster than expected! All GOOD!

Bought a truck from a dealership and found out there was some frame damage and the dealership offered to fix it so they took it there to have the frame work done and hes had my truck a damn week and havent even received an estimate!! Doesnt call back, no communication at all!! Do not recommend, very unprofessional!!

They fixed my frame on my 2004 Ford 150 it was rusted through on both sides. Good job. Would recommend.

Not impressed. I called to see when I could get my Jeep in for a quote and they just said swing by the next day. When I swung by the next day they tell me I need to make an appointment to get a quote so I set it up for the next day. We drop it off that night. I get a call the next day giving me a quote on it which was much higher than expected so I said I would come back and grab my jeep. I am told that I owed 47.50 for the quote. Up till this time I was never told about a quote fee. Well I paid the fee and went somewhere else to get the frame fixed.

Went there and the guy was completely unprofessional, swearing, refused to even look at my vehicle... Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Went in for an alignment and asked ifthere would be an additional charge to put it on a hoist and Inspect the rear axle area for anything loose. I had just had the rear axle reinstalled after a gear swap. They said it wouldnt be a problem. I asked them to call me if they found anything. I go into pick up my car and they said they replaced a missing nut on the axle stabilizer. Mind you I didnt receive a call asking permission to proceed with any repair. I probably would have but not for the $25 they attempted to charge me. Once I questioned Bill the owner on the charge he abruptly instructed the receptionist to void that charge. I explained I wanted to have our other vehicle in for an alignment as well to which he said I dont want your business. Well Bill, that makes two of us.

Unable to fix my vehicle. Left it unable to move on its own. Still charged over $200.

We had a minor accident that damaged the axle on our camper while we were driving through Michigan. Grapewood was recommended by a local RV dealership. Bill didnt want to estimate or speculate over the phone, but very quickly looked at our axle and provided an estimate once we were at the shop. Based on their workload, he estimated it would be done in a day and a half but, partly because we were from out of town and stranded in Grand Rapids, they were able to get us in quicker and had our repair complete the next morning. The cost was very reasonable, and the work was everything we expected. I dont often write reviews online, but am very happy to let people know about the good experience we had at Grapewood.

To start, they dont tell you about the $35 charge just to tell you whats wrong with your vehicle. Its written by the counter but isnt made obvious enough to see unless you look for it. They looked at my vehicle for ten minutes and told me my frame was scrap. The scrap they found was holes in the bottom of the body designed for wiring. The sway bar bushing mounts rusted off and that was all that was wrong. They refused to fix it. My buddy, whos been welding for 30+ years fixed it for free and found no other issues with my frame at all. The holes for wiring can be confirmed in the repair manual i have in the truck. Im beyond frustrated with grape wood and would never recommend anyone to them.

The guys at Grapewood Frame and Axle are top shelf. Prompt service, job is done right. I use them regularly with my business and would highly recommend them.

Horrible welding on a frame repair. Owner said he charged me less because it turned out worse than he had hoped. Still over charged me. Repair wont last a year before I will have to have it fixed properly. Do not use this shop.

I brought camper in 2 different years because of tire wear. I found out the frame was bent as well as the axle...from Gerber Collision. Fixed now. Save the $$$ go to Gerber.
