Took my car in for a tire rotation and to patch a tire with a air leak. Initially they told me patching it wouldnt be a issue but after they removed the tire they found damage on the inside of the tire and told me that it couldnt be patched. So I had them put my donut on the car and they loaded the rim into my trunk. It wasnt until I got back home did I see the damaged they did to the rim along the edge. I ended up going to belle tire to get a new tire and they were able put it on without causing any damage.

The Meineke people always let me know what my car needs to keep me safe and mobile. If I do break down on the road, I can use Meineke repeat customer points to get it towed. I appreciate their friendly, helpful service.

Had some electrical issues come up on Saturday. My Lincoln was fixed Monday. The service was friendly and professional all the while their price to fix my problem cheaper than expected so that was a nice surprise. Would recommend to get vehicles repairs done here.

Made the appointment for header and mid pipe replacement ahead of time, they gave me all the information as they did the work. Had it all done in a timely manner. great shop to go to with friendly employees. I would recommend them to anyone that needs basic work done.

I Heard about them by SOS when they was promoting them on the T.V. Screens inside. So at the time I just Bought a Pontiac G6 and there was no muffler on it they fix it with no hassle and even brought the price down by a whole $61 dollors. Very professional place quick and easy.

I am new to the area so I’m not familiar with anything. I had a minor car emergency and I called up here to Meineke and Ed answered the phone so kindly he listen to my concerns and even though they close at 4 PM today he told me to come on up! I walked in and was greeted by a very Friendly female! I noticed a beautiful picture of a young lady on the wall and Quickly learned it is a family owned business. Well you can definitely feel that because they treat you as if you are a part of their family for sure!

They got me in quickly, were super professional, and reasonably priced. Took care of my problem and got me back on the road in a couple of hours. Awesome!

Great customer service from start to finish! I don’t recall who scheduled my appointment but she was very friendly on the phone and gave me a ballpark estimate to fix my exhaust which was leaking. Rick was very nice when I checked in, and I was pleasantly surprised when Brian brought me into the shop to show me the leak and explain that the original flange had corroded too heavily and that they would need to weld a new one in place. I’ve never had a technician or manager show me the issue, explain how they were going to fix it, and then give me a very reasonable quote for the repair. I suggest scheduling an appointment, these guys are busy, and now I see why. I’ll definitely be taking my truck back here for service!

It took less than a hour at Meineke to do what Express Auto couldn’t do in 2 weeks. The ladies behind the desk are friendly & professional. The mechanics are very knowledgeable & understanding.

They inspected my van brakes for free and determined that they were still good. Ill be back when they need replacement.

They are friendly and will take care of your vehicle. If you have any issues they will address it and make sure you are happy. Sometimes they even go above and beyond!

My husband took our van here to have the brakes checked and the mechanic didn’t tighten one of our wheels back up when he was done. So he left the shop with one of our wheels about to fall off putting our whole family in danger. The worse part is that the manager refused to own up to what they did. I definitely do not recommend anyone to go to this shop.

The only place to take your vehicle. Rick is the best! They always give it to you true. If its not worth fixing they dont hesitate to let you know. I take both my personal vehicles and work vehicles there.

This truly IS the ONLY shop I trust and will use.I came in a year to get my brakes and exhaust checked. After inspecting my brakes and exhaust, they actually showed me what needed to be done; brakes are fine, but considerable work could be done on my exhaust, but wouldn’t NEED to be done as the damage wasn’t hurting my car. Mieneke provided an estimate, but there was NO charge! This amazed me! I have finally found an honest, quality shop!I returned recently to check my brakes and tires going into the winter months, and again, they were true to form. They let me know my brakes and tires were fine, but there was a different concern that should be addressed. Again, other shops would have added brakes into it whether they were needed or not - but not Mieneke. They took great care in repairing what was needed, and got me on my way. I will be going here for all repairs, concerns, and oil changes.

Only place i’ll go for routine maintenance. Jen(the owner) is awesome along with the rest of the crew.

Oil change was reasonable however my shifter got broke. The manager actually tried to deny that damage but stop him in his tracks. Then had the nerve to suggest that i pay for labor if they fixed what they had broken

Friendly and answered all my questions only issue was I waited there for work and their parts supplier delivered the part to the wrong location and it took a couple hours to get it to the correct location which took longer to get the job completed.

Took my vehicle in for a coolant leak, let me know soon after I needed the water pump replaced and had me back on the road the next day!! I definitely recommend.

These guys are easy going only complaint is they forget to put small parts back on that dont effect driving but special rim caps are a big deal. Other then that they are quick mechanics

They look out for their customers always! I have a 95 truck that has seen better days. It broke down and I got it towed to Meineke. I was unable to get there before they closed, but when I called the next day, they were already working on the fix for me. They always have suggestions and have great pricing to match. I cant say enough good things!

Great price for an oil change. They also topped off my power steering fluid. Pretty sure they put a new bulb in for my running lights for free! I’ll definitely be back

I brought my 04 trailblazer in due to a transmission leak. Ended up being a trans. Pan gasket. Rick replaced the bad gasket, found that my battery was old/dead. I spent just over 350.00 which included parts. Labor. And a new battery. Thanks for the no hassle, honest and professional work. Great Job!

Examined my used car I was going to buy. It was easy to schedule. It took just over a half hour for the work. Saved me from a lemon. Lots of big things to fix. They know their stuff.

Made appointment and showed up 10 minutes early and my car didnt get looked at till an hour after appointment. Then another hour later when I thought they would be done, they said got you a quote ready, which was 5 times the amount I was quoted already on the phone. They said I needed work done on something I literally just had done by somewhere else. Been here for almost 3 hours for a 1 hour job, no end in site, no one updates me just here till I die... starting to wonder what horrible thing I have done to deserve this. Please someone come get me chances are Im still here.I do want to say though the brake work that was done is done very well so the mechanic that worked on my car is good mechanic

I was very nervous going to get my car looked at because I am a young adult that knows nothing about cars & have had very bad experiences in the past. This place is amazing!! They diagnosed my car and gave me a reasonable estimate and even took the time to take me back into the shop to show me what’s wrong. My cars air conditioner wasnt working so I took it to a place that was recommended. After paying almost $350 to have it checked,they gave me an estimate for almost $600 to actually fix it. It seemed too high so a friend checked on line for me and found this business that had good reviews. Im so thankful I took it here! They checked for the leak, found it and didnt even charge me! To actually fix the air conditioner, their estimate is over $100 cheaper than the other place( Bob&Daves).

Had to have my engine repaired after the timing chain broke and scrapped my engine. They are very professional and honest. I would definitely use them again.

Got an oil change and it was cheap and fast. No hassle.

I went in to have my oil change for the $19.95 full service offer. Everyone that I encountered was very friendly, talkative, personable, and engaging. I had a very pleasant conversation with Jennifer after my oil change was completed. I learned that her daughter went to the same school as my kids. That was pretty cool. Anyway, it’s nice to go into a place for service and have the employees engage in conversation and be treated like family or a friend.
