Very proud to partner with the team at Willoughby Supply. From Dylan and the entire front counter staff to Justin, Ryan and Rob everyone has exceeded our expectations. I want to give a special shout out to the guy that ensures we have answers to our questions immediately, sets up trainings, stacks roofs out with shingles when we put him on a tight deadline and everyone else is busy and makes sure we are a priority. Stay away!! If they had an option for 0 stars thats what they would get from me. Very unprofessional to say the least. I ordered new windows and siding from them on May 29th and they told me 3-4 weeks on delivery for the windows. I called them yesterday (July 6th) for a status update and their response from the Manager (Chris ) was sorry it was a simple human error and your windows were never ordered. Mind you we called 2 weeks ago for an update and they claimed they were in route. He proceeded to argue with me and said mistakes happen. Literally ruined our whole summer, they took our money back in May and held it for this long just too say sorry they werent ordered properly. This is why you should always go the the reviews and notice the lack of reviews to be a serious problem. Buyer beware. I canceled my entire order and will never buy or refer anyone to this joke of a place. No accountability whatsoever.

I have had the pleasure working with Justin Hendges at Willoughby Supply over the last year or so on a couple different projects! They are a great company to deal with and supporting a local business like them is tops in my books. I highly recommend them for any type building project!
