A great experience, I paid my bill and they answered my questions. Very good service, I highly recommend this location as the gals were very helpful.

The gentlemen that were working the day were great. They were fast at their job and very respectful. We went in to switch services and it took them a total of 15 mins to switch. I would recommend this phone store to anyone.

I stopped in for a simple screen protector upon walking in there was an irate customer yelling and cursing. Besides the long wait they chipped the first screen protector, they replaced it with a second that was full of bubbles and crooked. Needless to say I had a bad experience there today.

They werent really much of a help! And they just want it to move to the next customer.

Came here to check out and understand the new promotions metro is offering, since I wanted to leave my current cellular provider (sprint). After going over the promotions with Vince, he was able to have me port over and switch to Metro. Using their port over promotion I was able to get a phone and pay my first bill for the right and best price. I absolutely recommend this store they bare knowledge and patience.

Went in for a simple service question and the gentleman behind the counter with a man bun was very short with me an incredibly rude. Talked down to me and did not make me feel like a valued customer. Thankfully it was something simple I was able to resolve on my own after seeking assistance elsewhere, I cant imagine how it would have turned out had it been an urgent matter. I dont reccomend going there for anything. Call corporate metro before wasting your time here
