Ran my credit without telling me my credit would be pulled and before asking what all we were going to do. Wasn’t very helpful or informative and basically ran my credit for absolutely no reason. A different T-Mobile location even complained about this one.

I have been going to see Mr. Jose Perez who has worked for sprint (now T-Mobile) for many many years. He is always very attentive to my needs and concerns. He always goes the extra mile and never tries to sell me things I dont need or extra services I dont want. Its hard to find someone you can trust and believe now a days to handle ur phone issues. And In todays world we depend so much on our phones, that its been a relief to always be able to depend on Jose to take care of my phone needs. I have followed this guy around to every store they ever place him at (not stalking promise) and have stayed with sprint/T-Mobile only because of him and not the over all service of the phone net work which I have not liked since the sprint/T-Mobile merger. which is why I gave a 3 star rating in stead of 5.

This dudes take a long time to take care of customers and when they finally do turns out they dont have what you need.. beware of your time and avoid this place

Jackie is the go to for anything phone related. She is super helpful and always in a good mood. If you go here make sure you ask for her because she will help you with all the Necessities that you need to buy a phone.

This sprint store is by far the best sprint location Ive ever dealt with. Huge shoutout to Hector and Javier who went above and beyond when I needed their help !! I will never go to another sprint location again! Thank you so much guys

Very shady staff here. I had my phone stolen so I went to them to have an old phone activated. When I brought them the phone they tried to tell me it had an delinquent balance on it. I knew it did not they just were trying to pad their sales by having me purchase another phone from them. I took the phone to the Sprint store on 54th and Division and had it activated in 10 mins. Avoid the Clyde Park store at all costs!

These people literally stole my money. After being there for a couple hours the guy sold me a phone I didnt want and dont even ask which one I wanted. I took it back the next day and returned it. The lady said money would be back on my account 3-5 days. Its been six weeks. After three weeks I went in and they said THEY NEVER SENT THE PHONE IN SO MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT CREDITED. This is a third party Sprint dealer that needs to be reported to the better business bureau for not conducting business as it should be done and taking money that rightfully should have been refunded. Dont go here, go to a real Sprint store and they will take good care of you.
