My older model Samsung tablet screen needed replacing (a slightly more complex process than newer models). Stan explained to me exactly what was needed and what he was doing. He was meticulous in his repair. He was prompt with email and phone notification.The pricing was very fair. So happy with my experience at Repair Tech 360! I bent my work flash drive and thought I was either going to pay big or redo weeks of work. This is a truly small local business on 28th st that does amazing work. I had two pieces of electronics that were in need of repair and I did what most of us do and I went on the internet. It didnt seem cost efficient to send these in for repair due to the high repair cost and shipping on top of that.I accidentally happened to see Repair Tech 360 from 28th street and so I again went to the internet.Repair Tech 360 is a locally owned business with up front pricing, when possible, they repaired both of my pieces in 3 days as promised and they were much less expensive than the online companies.To sum it up, I didnt need to pay for shipping and then wait 3 to 4 weeks and it was substantially less expensive. Works for me.. Give them a try.

I made a bone head move and broke my IPad screen on a Friday night. When I called first thing Saturday morning after they opened they had a replacement screen in inventory and we able to have it replaced in just a few short hours. This was great because other places I called said it would be a 3-4 day turn around. They were extremely friendly and real. Highly recommended for anyone who needs repairs done!

Came in with my broken switch and was happy with how well the customer service was. They knew exactly what was wrong with my switch. It was not only a great deal, but they were also able to repair it the same day. After a few hours the repair was finished and the job they did was well done. Had a broken screen on my iPhone 7+ and called around for pricing to repair and this place had all other shops in the area beat by at least $45. They also had it done in half an hour while all the others estimated it to be about a two hour wait. Super friendly staff on the phone and in person. WOW, what customer service! I shattered the screen on my work phone and I needed a fast repair turnaround to call some of my customers back. After being told my phone wasnt worth repairing by a different company and that I needed to buy a new one I was in a bit of a panic. Luckily I decided to stop in to Repair Tech 360! I stopped by near closing time and one of the repair techs stayed late to fix my phone and allowed me to come back the same night for pickup! I couldnt believe how quickly the fixed my phone....it works like new again! Both employees were super friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever have any sort of tech issues I now know where to go. This place is amazing. Kind, caring and also not out to rip you off. Helped me with my almost brand new laptop that stopped working. The fix was simple so they got me in and out very quickly. I cannot recommend this place enough! I arrived late in the day and thought I would have to leave my phone overnight because they were closing soon. Laura the lead technician offered to stay late to repair my broken iPhone X and even finished it sooner than expected. I cracked the back of my iPhone X which is a very tough repair and now my phone looks brand new again. You cant even tell it was ever opened.
