After hearing about a big ps5 restock, went and asked an associate who told me if they ever do get consoles he would buy them before the doors open so I shouldn’t even bother checking. Worst customer service of any Best Buy in my opinion to be that brazen.

Not a pleasant experience. I came from 50 miles away (because theyre the closest best buy to me) to look at either purchasing a gaming PC, or laptop. Im new to PC as Im coming from Xbox. So, I definitely wanted to get some advice or guidance from a best buy employee. I got in their waiting queue, and a few minutes later I had someone to help. I was immediately greeted by im in a rush right now willing to help me, but telling me I had to be quick. Which was an extreme disappointment. He ended up needing to look in the back and found something similar to what I was looking for, (acting annoyed because I was taking a lot of his time, or at least thats how it felt to me ) and I ended up buying the one that he found, which was a $1950 HP Omen laptop. Although I dont think I got a bad deal, I felt like I was totally rushed into making a purchase, and I was made to feel like I wasnt important as a customer. Which was extremely disappointing given how much money I was spending. I wish I would have purchased from somewhere else, however I dont believe I got a bad deal. Overall was not a pleasant experience.

Decent Best Buy, not a huge selection. If youre looking for help this would be a good place as everyone was just standing around and not very busy. Odd setup compared to other Best Buys. Lots of parking and clean restrooms.

It was out of a lot of stuff, probably due to coronavirus but also it seems everything I was interested in didnt have a price tag or sign. I wasnt really interested in interrupting the salesperson, so I just left without buying anything. Ill probably come back a different day and maybe it will be better.

I have no experience to share. As Im husband and I was there to purchase a notebook laptop top combo for our business. But we stood and then, walked around the aisle of the laptops for about 10 minutes. Saw at least 5 representatives and no greeting, no help, and no service. We walked out and next door to Office Depot. We were greeted and helped immediately. Got all my questions answered and I will purchase from them.

I took my laptop in to get worked on thinking I was only going to drop it off, but the technician was able to get everything done as I was there. It was nice to be able to bring my laptop home the same day. The tech was extremely helpful and friendly.

9/21/2021 (5 Stars)Had a problem with an annual reoccurring service billing that was cancelled last year. The in house store staff corrected / solved the problem for us by calling headquarters and getting everything cleared up, refund of this years billing (that was cancelled last year) with a credit card refund, plus an email stating the correction was caused on their end, that future billings have been cancelled. I was treated very well.

Lady selling the car stereos has no knowledge of what shes doing. sold me a open box stereo for almost the same price assure me everything was in there, missing harness go back a weeks later customer service said the stereo dont come with harness the bald man began getting angry and raising his voice made me feel stupid, so they made me buy a harness cause he said it dont come with harness. Still convinced it must have came with the stereo I call kenwood they assure me it those come with it, I go back and stereo installer for bestbuy agrees with me on the harness should have been in the box. he also agrees the lady selling stereos dont know what she is doing, morning customer service rocks.

Greater was incredibly rude. We walked in and they said good afternoon how are you. We didnt respond and he started off and said thats great have fun. My mom looked back and said my sister in law passed a couple days ago and my dryer caught fire. The guy was in shock and apologized. Very insensitive. You never know how a persons day is going so if they dont respond dont say anything else there after. We told another employee and they didnt do anything.

DO NOT DO CURBSIDE PICKUP AT THIS STORE. Two times already my husband or I waited for nearly an hour. I ended up just leaving when dozens of people who got there after me were getting their stuff before me. I am from out of town and used curbside pick up at other Best Buys with no more than a 5 minute wait, but this one is extremely under staffed. I realize it is not the workers fault, as they are going as fast as they can, but there isnt enough of them at this store. If you have the option to ship or drive to another best buy, I would recommend doing that instead.

Customer service here has always been extremely hit or miss. Today was a miss. I waited for about 10 minutes in line behind a gentleman who was also frustrated with the customer service. An employee was helping someone get a TV purchased. She then walked the customer up to the check out area then never came back to her area. After a few more minutes I began to wander around. I found her helping someone else (not necessarily a bad thing but this other gentleman was waiting in line to talk with her and she helped someone else....to me that is wrong). Second issue was an employee walked past me while I was still in the same area and I asked him (he should have asked me) if I could get some help. He replied with I have a list and I have to follow it showed me a phone and walked on by...that was the end of our interaction. Absolutely terrible customer service. I now remember why I rarely go to our Best Buy.

What an experience! Upon walking in I was pointed towards the radar detectors. The lady in that department assisted me in looking for what I wanted. Spent $700 and was outta there. It probably took me longer to type this than the time I was in the store and that’s how shopping should be, in and out. I’ll take that over Amazon any day!

Its alright employees are pretty knowledgeable. Could be better if they would just let you come in and shop without bugging people though. It seems every time I go there they asks what your looking for as you walk in sometimes I know what I want and also know where its at so I dont need help. But alot of times Im just looking so I dont know yet. Then theyll come up and ask u questions or want to help you when u dont need the help. Then of coarse that rare time when u have a question or need help evey employee is too busy always

Clean store, and the staff is kind of attentive. The store is also pretty modern with a great selection of televisions and similar electronics.Their computer part selections, (gpus and cpus, ram, etc) are slim. The laptops and tablets are a decent selection though.

I called for an appointment with Geek Squad as my laptop was giving me a lot of problems. The appointment was offered for that afternoon but I asked for one the next day. On Wednesday I was able to step right up to the counter, right on schedule. Thats not happened before!Fifteen minutes later I left the area with paperwork in hand and an appointment to pick it up on Saturday. Three virus and in need of a tune up.The Geek Squad has been my IT stop for over ten years now and have never left me wanting. We have two laptops and cell phones one tablet and a smart TV and they are all registered and serviced under our account. It is well worth the expense.

Well I was looking for a refrigerator for my parents. Found one here but ended up getting it someplace else. Big mistake. Big! We ended up returning the other one because it was delivered and it didnt work. Anyways, went back to Best Buy and it was a good move. It was delivered and my parents were extremely happy! HUGE thanks to Ash for their help in securing this business traveler the Apple power cord desperately needed. Sunday night, kuddos to Best Buy for being open until 8. Apple is prickly about a new cords for every product iteration so I was repeating myself about my need after realizing I left my cord at home. Argh! but Ash knew immediately with one glance at my laptop... going as far as unwrapping it once purchased to triple check for me that it fit and worked. It did. And This one will stay in the work bag.
