Bought a part for my refrigerator the tech/salesman was very sharky and pushy. When the part arrived he refused to install it for me and did not provide a reason for why he wasnt going to do it. He simply did not feel like doing it. I found this very odd considering that I was fully prepared to pay full service rate. Overall horrible customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

On a day an appliance warranty company had horrible service- this business saved the day- just by being nice on the phone! Kindness can be found from people here! Keep up the good work.

Weve repaired our dryer twice and several things on our fridge. They are very knowledgeable and happy to help. Their customer service is top notch. They will answer questions about parts replacement and any tips they have for installing them.

Fridge I picked out was too wide so now I get to wait till one comes in. Only 2 days later they had me one that fit in my kitchen. Great customer service here, especially the two delivery gentleman.

I called to have my dryer repaired, they were able to get me in the same day due to a cancellation. My dryer was fixed very quickly and the technician ( I believe was one of the owners) was very friendly. I would definitely use them again!

Sometimes what you dont know can cost you...Today I contacted this store a few times after seeing the ad on Craigs List regarding a coin operated washer. The salesman assured me he had a stock washer that fit my needs.After a few calls asking for details, I rented a truck, pulled an employee from his normal tasks, and made the journey to the address given.The salesman I had spoken with referred me to someone inside, saying this person would take care of me.After a few moments of confusion, I was told they would not be able to help me, at least until the next day after they had serviced a used unit not on the showroom floor.Trying to explain that I had rented a truck, pulled an employee, and driven nearly an hour away from my own business, I seemed to have been met with an increasing level of almost hostility.All I wanted was to find some solution beyond nothingI tried to remain calm, and would even have accepted a tomorrow delivery, or would not have came to their store if I had known they could not provide the promised unit.Not a minor thing, we are talking rudeness, and being made to feel this was somehow my fault for actually showing up to buy the washer. AND, there were two ready to go on the floor, but those were suddenly sold and I could not even take one with me.Well anyway, after about 20 minutes of being made to feel like a second class person, and a false promise of delivering a different machine that was vetoed by the person inside, I decided to leave rather than waste more time (mine and my employee).So, as mentioned at the start, there is always more to the story. What they never found out, was that this was indeed a test purchase and that I have a total current need for and would have been ready to buy up to 4 or 5 Guest coin-op Washers and Dryers, as well as up to four oversize commercial washers and dryers for my hotel staff.I suppose someone else can have my money now... I would not advise any other business to even try to waste their time here.Fail... never again here.

We went looking for a dishwasher. The guy who helped us gave good detail about the dishwasher. He was professional and friendly. We are excited to see how the dishwasher works.

They ordered the wrong part for me even after I told them several times the correct part and they would not take it back. I came in with a very nice attitude and she was nothing but rude. It was their mistake, not mine and they said it wasnt the correct part even after I took the old part so they could look at it. You could clearly tell it was the incorrect part. Lady was very rude and had no customer service.

Very Knowledgeable they know what they are talking about. They are going to come and deliver it same day I bought it.

The lady didnt even know what was wrong with my washer & told me to bye a new one. Said you cant find parts anymore because its old. I went to Gordies & they said they carry parts for that washer and they also had the part I needed.
