They used almond milk in my coffee even though I asked for coconut since I’m allergic to almond and I made sure to mention so that I am, didn’t blend it, and added way more coffee then flavoring. I didn’t want to be mean about it, but they seemed very annoyed with me. I felt uncomfortable and didn’t want to ask again since I don’t want to be rude, so I left. Really hope they improve on their customer service and coffee...it used to be better

I enjoy this place, they have wonderful breakfast sandwiches that are hand made on site with fresh ingredients. Coffee is very good too and atmosphere is great for visiting, unlike starbucks that has uncomforatable seating and background music so loud you cant hear yourself think let alone visit with others.

Not worth driving from Selah! Only one, out of six, was not freezer burned! The Salted Carmel was delicious so I bought two pints for $7.50, each! The young man had trouble with scooping the Gelato into the pint as well as filling them to the rim or giving full scoops.

Costumer service was amazing and the drinks were so yummy! Would recommend!

Amazing sit down coffee shop, great atmosphere. Knowledgable baristas, Im very picky about my coffee and they did a great job, this well definitely be my new favorite place. I dont usually make it out to that side of yakima but i will now just for their great coffee and and amazing service!

I used to recommend this place but I cant anymore. Customer service was subpar and their ingredients for white mochas now include fake sugars. With competition less than a block away, there is no reason for me to go here anymore.

I gave this place 4 stars because I wanted people to read it. I wont be going back the coffee tasted terrible, I ordered an Americano with heavy whipping cream and sugar free syrup and it just tasted like burnt coffee. I really wanted this place but be my new spot but I cant. The baristas where not friendly at all. Sorry

My friends rented the place out for an event and the staff were extremely gracious. I ordered a Chicken peste with bacon sandwich and it was very delicious.

Service was great! Mad a mean Vanilla latte. ALSO made a great Blue Raspberry red bull with cream drink. If you havent had one you need to try it here!

I went there for the first time not really knowing what to expect. When I got there, there were not many people and the service was fast, though I dont know whether that is usually the case. The coffee itself was OK. However, what I really liked was that the barista gave me an extra 30 minutes to hang out and continue reading while she closed up the shop. This was the first time I had that happen. As such, the only word I have to describe the customer service of this establishment is amazing, theres just nothing else that could describe that small but quite significant detail from the staff member. That alone makes this business get a five star review from me. 👍👍👍

Honestly, I really wanted to love this place since I live right around the corner. The vibe is neat, and it’s decorated decently... But, the coffee. The coffee is so terrible. I have lots to give critique on so management feel free to reach out to me. But if I could offer one piece of advice, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE contract a professional barista from Seattle, Portland, or even Walla Walla Roastery to come out and calibrate your machines, and teach you how to pull a shot, and choose a better bean in the first place. Please..... I really want to come here everyday, and I’ve gone through 2 punch cards... but I just can’t do it anymore. Fix your product before you go out of business.

Sunday morning at noon came here and only one lady with a frozen drink in front of me, the lady ordered one frappucino type drink. It took the girl and guy working 10 minutes to figure out how to make it. I had a 16oz mocha, I waited almost 20 minutes for a mediocre drink that was made with ingredients that they obviously got from Costco. Tasted good...just took way longer than necessary. Maybe it was the employees first day? Maybe they were both hungover? The world may never know. 😶
