Designs LTD is the place to go for quality printing. I had a sweatshirt printed with a digital photo I emailed. Summer told me how much it would cost when I called to order, told me when I could pick it up, and sent an email when it was ready. It was ready two days before I expected!Thanks, Summer!

To pricy for the quality of work they do. Customer service was ok, but felt like i needed to hurry and pay. I like to be treated with patience, and it felt like i was being rushed because they had other things to do. i did like the amount of ink they used on each shirt. i have used a shirt over and over, and it did not fade at all. Waited to write this review, and i can say as for the quality of ink A1. Super happy with that, and the artwork was 80% to my liking. Customer is most important for any experience. If this is improved, they would be a solid 4. Have a great 2020.

Our company has used Designs LTD since 2014. They are able to do large quantities of work for us and the quality and selection of items is always top notch. From screen prints to embroidered logos, they always turn out nice. We have ordered hats, shirts, and jackets, from there catalog and are very pleased. Linda will also embroider on any type of clothing we bring to her. Linda is also so helpful when it comes to decision making on what will look the best for us in the finished product. They do great work.

We asked them to make polo shirts for the Veterans Coalition and Linda did all the shirts for us. She was very timely and prompt. I would highly recommend anyone needing some fantastic work done to visit. The coalition is extremely grateful to Designs LTD for the polo shirts.

Didnt go in but I called they still not opened yet. So dont think you can go in yet even in phase 2 but not sure

Summer and her Mom, are amazing. They have been doing work for me for the last 5 years and I am never disappointed. I can give a vague description of what I am wanting and within hours, Summer has something drawn up for me. This is the only place in town to go. I highly recommend them, I have done large projects with them and little projects. Everything from Christmas gifts, to work shirts, hats and soon a new Jacket. You wont find another place in town that is friendlier, faster, and with competitive pricing!!!

I received excellent, customer friendly, service from Summer Cannon at Designs LTD. I took in a custom rush order and she didn’t even blink. I had my order within a day and a half. The shirt was also high quality. Thanks, Shannon and team!!

Great customer service, always do an amazing job on my orders, have been a customer for years.

If I could give a 1/2 star I would. We have given them a table cloth to embroder on May 14th and still not done today. Bad service and ugly attitude at the front counter. Would not recommend this place.

I’ve never had such poor customer service. The lady was rude and not helpful at all after she messed up my order. Told me I’d have to go somewhere else to get my stuff done she didn’t have time.

Ill agree with the rude phone etiquette. I called to get a price on some T-shirts and I was told, Your order isnt big enough we do a minimum of 15. OK. Bye. *click*Wont do business with them again.
