The really friendly folks at the store help me out over the phone to find the right merchandise for a gift. They were very flexible to meet my schedule, and the gift turned out great.

I called to re-order some product we had previously ordered. The person that answered was very unhelpful. They stated they no longer used the old catalog we had but wouldnt tell us how to access the current catalog either! They also told us we could not come in to order because of Covid but yet almost all businesses are opened with reduced capacity. I asked how we could order and was told yeah, I dont know? Very unprofessional so we will take our business elsewhere!

If I could give less stars I would. I designed for them a few years ago and did various projects that they ended up printing hundreds if not thousands of shirts and other products. They ghosted me for months when it came time to pay me and kept lying saying that someone would soon get back to me every time I tried to get paid. Eventually I said I would report them to L&I and sure enough they sent me cash in the mail lol. Never met such shady professionals before, who knows who else they have ripped off.

Last time I went in to get vinyl stickers done and they begged for T-shirt business. They were late on delivery with my vinyl sign and I didnt have it for my grand opening so I didnt go back right away. Today, I went back to see if they were interested in my T-shirt business and the first thing out of there mouth was, Thats not a big order so its going to be expensive. Ok, so you really dont want my business. Thanks.
