Great company. After they have your logo on file they can put on any article of clothing for $7. I think thats an amazing price.

If you feel like being verbally abused by a 48 old hag, than this is the place for you. My business has been using NW Embroidery for quite awhile now, so I was shocked by the service at the front desk. I brought in some shirts to get them embroidered and was immediately told what cant be done, not we can try or its hard to do that, but instead just a rude attitude. I will never be back and will make sure that anyone who asks knows to try another route. I am a small business owner and if I treated my customers like this, I would not be in business long. I do understand that everyone has there days but to me it just didnt sit well knowing that my business was not appreciated at all. They will hopefully correct the problem and do well in the future, but for now my business wont be theirs.
