I ordered a swimming pool. I received an email stating that the pool was out for delivery. I was sitting on my front porch when my phone went off and it said, your package has been delivered. Then it said if you cannot find your package ask your neighbors. Five days later and I still dont have the pool. I never have this kind of problems with UPS.

My Equipment was taken to this center to be shipped to Delaware on 9/1. FeDex will not transfer calls to the center as if its a crime trying to talk on the phone. Now I cant tell whether my package was actually shipped. Worst customer service experience!

FedEx is the worst shipping company!! Delivery always takes over a week! I Get things from China faster! And the drivers are lazy! Have 4 of them on camera throwing my packages over the fence. Have used all other shipping companies and none throw the packages!!

I’m terribly frustrated, my baby crested gecko came in. He should have been delivered in the morning at noon by the latest. He’s live cargo, it was cold outside, he should have been delivered first thing. It’s not 5pm and he is still not here, he’s now been in a package for over 24 hours. He is in a very clearly labeled box. I hope he’s been handled well and survives the trip. I’m upset they told me he’d be here this afternoon. He cannot go another night in that box.So his plane went down and it took them ten extra hours to get here, but no one informed me or the seller that he was going to be delayed because he didn’t make it into town and they had to wait for a truck to go get him. I thank the truck driver very much for going out of his way to go get my baby and for taking care of him, knowing he was live cargo. But this should have been something me and/or the seller were informed about. We were both very scared.

Called to report a FedEx driver. No reporting system for irresponsible driving.

It was my very first time at a FedEx and I had no idea what to do. The guy was nice and very helpful. I would definitely go to this FedEx if I have to ship something in the future.

We continue to have bad service and delivery... missing packages, boxes left on the street, and rude delivery people. Today was the last straw. I was walking down the driveway and made direct eye contact with the delivery woman, as she left a note on the mailbox saying there was nobody at home.

The clerk was her helpful and pleasant. I will definitely use FedEx again

Ive only been here a few times, but the place is very neat and tidy. The people are friendly and I havent had any trouble with them. Ive shipped packages and received packages, including a live snake, and Ive walked away pleased and happy. Even amused since one of the employees was very afraid of snakes. lol If you read this, scared employee, Im sorry for scaring you! You did your job to the best of your ability and I appreciate it!

Fedex sadly is more unreliable than usps for shipping. Like why have a scheduled delivery time and then switch it to pending and hold it for weeks to months before finally deciding to ship it.

Didnt have printing services at this location like advertised on the website.

The delivery lady threatened to kill my dog when I specifically said in the delivery instructions to leave it under the mailbox so they can avoid the dog. Never picking fedex for delivery again, UPS can actually follow instructions

The people working in the office are friendly and helpful. FedEx has definitely improved on their service to the area. They definitely out perform UPS now.

When I am in a pinch and need to get something mailed out quickly, I think FedEx! Its really convenient that this is located at the airport since you know that items will get loaded directly onto flights going out. There is a flight that goes out in the morning and another in the evening so that you can get your stuff mailed out same day or next day! make no mistake though, this convenience comes at a price! If youre looking simply for the cheapest option to mail something, FedEx will rarely be the option.... but when time is of the essence this is your best option in town!

FedEx sucks. Paid $100 for a bday package and delivery. They state it was delivered. I never received package. The CS dept and local office give me the run-around. And offer no fix or reimbursement. The Post Office and UPS have never lost or damaged a package. Trust UPS or USPS. Fedex you lost my business. I will share this to all I know.

Driving behind this guy/girl taking a left on Maple way in old naches is a great driver. Its snowy today and its good to know youve got these workers doing a safe job.

Terrible service i waited over a week for them to deliver my package, their answer was it was in the yakima office, i even talked to the driver who told me he was going to make sure that the package was delivered to me well it didnt happen! I had to drive to yakima and get it my self such a bad team of workers

I went expecting a struggle to get decent service. However, I couldnt have been more wrong. I was in turned my item, and out the door in about three minutes. That is amazing service.

First they couldn’t find my house then they come by a second time stating they couldn’t deliver it. I will never use them again. I have had better shipping with on trac and that’s saying something. Ridiculous. How does your driver not know how to find an address. Fire them please.

Just needed to ask a question

It was simple to drop off my prepared package (I didnt even have to walk inside). The only difficult thing was seeing the entrance when you are driving by at 40 mph.

I have been in here a couple times. I am from out of town here on business the staff is not the most helpful. They will let you stand around and wait. It makes me never want to use FedEx again.

We are able to pick up parts orders shipped overnight usually by 9am daily. Winter creates some delays.

They are very helpful when you go there.

Terrible, just absolutely terrible. They cant even deliver a package on time let alone explain why the package hasnt arrived. A child had to be sent a hospital due to their inability to do their job right.

Im absolutely livid not only did they let my dogs out of the fence keeping them from running off they decided to smack my dog in the face needless to say I opened up a case against them and will not be dropping this anytime soon!

The drivers have gone down hill drastically in the last couple of years, I almost died driving by their Place on Washington ave, 4 pm must be their shift end and they will kill you on the road to make it happen stay away from fed ex at this time for your own safety.
