Beware when you drop off at this location. The people there will tug and pull at your wiring and lecture that they know your vehicle better than you do. After dropping off a U-Haul trailer and being lectured I found my blinker light not working. The attendants tugging pulled the wiring free from the bulb! Talk about a pack of respect for my property. Choose any other location for you drop off if you respect your vehicle or your time.

Uhaul is a joke and a Rip off for people now.My husband and I used them to move from Bonnie Lake to Yakima a couple of years ago. I prepaid all of it including a storage unit when we picked up the truck in Bonnie Lake. When we got to talk ma and wanted the storage unit to store our things I Yakima charged us all over again. Yesterday my son went in to rent a truck, without me knowing and these idiots charged him 250.09 dollars a third time nowtheglovez come off. I will be contacting my attorney Monday to sue them. Ive been told by others here in Yakima that they have experienced the same underhanded sham by uhaul Better business bureau is my next stop.

After a certain misunderstanding (at another u-haul) as to where our trailer was supposed to be dropped off, Lindsay was very professional about fixing our issue and getting us back on the road. Saving here company some very valuable customers. Way to go Lindsay and thank you so very much!

This Uhaul is the HORRIBLE customer service! The manager is unprofessional yells, argues. Never would recommend Uhaul! Nor go back to them!

Brand new storage at this location is very nice. Its great to see U-Haul take over the building and re-purpose it so well.

I went to return a product. When my dad bought it the lady had opened it to show him the product. We didnt need it and we returned it. Upon entering the manager was on the phone and rudely said Ill be with you in a moment. She grabbed the package and said it had been used because a part of the product was not on but not damaged. I said is there any way she can return it or get a manager and she rudely said I am the manager nice try. I said ok thats fine. When leaving she said with a cocky attitude would you like my card. I have worked in customer service my whole life and know that is not a way to treat a customer or any person. A very bad experience

I’m giving FIVE STARS for Patrick he is a FIVE STAR person, i love his attitude, he’s very attentive and fast. He’s always respectful to his customers and helps you get everything you need for your move. Iv been renting from Patrick for last four months. I only like to deal with Patrick he’s the best. All and all Patrick is an outstanding man and makes all my moves go very smooth.

My trailer rental return today was incredibly quick. Before I even got my seatbelt off, an employee was already outside looking up my information. The whole experience took about two minutes.

There was only one staff member checking out equipment. There was a huge line of people in fron of us and that staff member took his time showing storage units. I will not return to this location. Unless I want to be late on the projects I need to get done on a timely manner.

Be careful what size you get, they changed their sizing. We ordered a 20 foot truck and they gave us a 17 foot because apparently they now include the moms attic has part of the length. This is our 7th move with uhaul and they have never measured this way before. We are beyond upset with this false advertising. The attitude of the lady inside did not help things. She claimed they had to bring the truck in just for us...um excuse me, we have had our reservation for three months so dont use the pathetic salesman excuse on us. And to top it off, the truck only has 1/2 a tank so now we have to get gas, taking up time from a busy day. All trucks should have a full tank to make the day better for the customer!

I have used this location numerous times in the past 2 months to purchase boxes. Each visit has been a long wait. Today I waited 30 minutes to purchase 8 boxes. This location seems to be understaffed. While I understand rental process for equipment and storage units is a bit lengthy, it seems like there should be a quick check for retail items. I would suggest purchasing tape and boxes elsewhere.

All of the negative reviews on here cannot be further from the truth about how I was treated. Respectful, helpful, and very attentive crew at this store.

This place was wonderful!

Andrew helped us out by installing a brake controller on my car. It took a little longer than he first thought because the car was fighting him. But he got it taken care of and we are very happy with the work he did. Very friendly and helpful staff at this uhaul.

I pulled into the U-Haul parking lot to meet with a customer so they can take me up to a job site so I don’t have to wait on the side of the street. They didn’t have any cars on the parking spaces I was the only one in my work truck I was there for maybe one minute when a u haul employee approached me and asked me if I needed any help, when I told him no he told me to get of the parking lot. Apparently I was crowding the parking lot or something there was nobody on the parking spaces I wonder why. Poor customer service and they just literally kick me out of the parking lot for parking for one minute I wonder why they don’t have any business. Going to find a different company to do business with. I guess if the employees kick everybody out of the parking lot and the store they don’t have to do any work. I don’t know what their policies are but I don’t think an employee should be smoking in front of a customer or in front of the store just a thought. Don’t waist your time with this location. Unless you like being treated like trash !

This is a great location. All workers are really nice and helpful. I was helped by Eloisa and she answered all my questions and was very professional. I’ll be coming here from now on!

We parked our pickup and travel trailer with our dog in the trailer way up by the fence so we could go have lunch with my brother. We did not see any signs and where they were parked was not hurting his business. When we came back our rig was gone. We were gone at the most an hour and he had the gull to have them towed. We got to the towing company and our dog was so scared.IT COST US $484 to get our rig.My brother went to talk to this guy at Uhaul and he called cops on him. I think this guy has nothing more to do but call the cops and towing company!

I came by the uhaul event today. It was really awesome helped with my services. All the workers were fun and energetic! Eloísa especially was doing that thang! I’ve never seen someone so happy and excited for work.

Good customers skills went in to buy boxes and eloisa was nice enough to take them to my car

Had the misfortune of meeting the general manager at this uhaul and he is a complete arrogant jerk😡I would highly recommend another company. Tried to give him a 1/2 star😖

Didnt mention anything about mileage when renting, allowed millage didnt allow enough to got to both houses, and back to drop off, Michael was extreamly rude about the whole thing. Will use a different company in the future.
