Very professional and fun man and lady working today. They handled a full house of customers with ease. We may have waited a bit but that wasn’t an issue because we were treated with as much attention as the customers before us. I came with a friend who needed help with her phone and may just come back to become a customer.
Just recently upgraded to a newer phone & tablet at the Yankton store. Brandee was the one who facilitated that double transaction. She did that with the greatest of concentration & efficiency. She certainly knew her product & the best way to get everything transferred. She was so pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this store for your AT&T needs.
Bob Shin, I totally agree with you, I went in traded my phone in and first Andrew told me, than Johnathan said yup it went through, that I would get $800 for my phone so I could get the galaxy s21 for free, it would take a couple months for it to show up on the bill. Well 6 months later Im still paying for a phone I was told would be free, I stopped in the other day and now Johnathon told me my phone was only worth $75 at most so I would only get $350 off my new phone. My daughter went in ended getting new phone they told her she would get between $500 & $800 for her old phone but not the case either not quite $300 is what it turns out to be. I never even received any emails about the price trade-ins. I have had AT&T for as long as u can remember, Ive been with them since before they were at&t, its sad and disrespectful of their customers. I am about done with at&t, it always seems to be something just so your paying more money. The only reason I got the new phone was because my bill wasnt gonna go up, phone was suppose to be free, its getting way too expensive to have at&t and tired of the lies every time you go there.
Great location. They went above and beyond to try and help us with our situation. We came to them because the store in Sioux City on Hamilton blvd. would not help us and just kept saying not to worry about it when we were charged for 2 months of service on a canceled line.
I visited the store a few times this week to inquire on services and accessories. Im from out of state and hands down, the staff is phenomenal. The store was busy and each customer waiting was kept engaged and entertained. The two men and lady who work there are knowledgeable and friendly. Ill keep coming back and will switch my service from Verizon to AT&T. Im so impressed. Keep doing what youre doing! Kudos to AT&T for employing highly skilled and caring staff.
Come in to store to see if I could get a new phone and learned I could trade my old one and get money off a new phone. Ordered my new phone and had a fun talk with the woman who helped me. I will come back when my new phone comes and have her help me set it up. I am very happy. Best store for new phones.
The Yankton store was so extremely helpful. Our salesperson did everything he could to help us. The service was excellent. So friendly. Excellent attitude, they truly cared that we came home with the right product. Definitely would recommend this store and the saleperson.
The staff in Yankton are true professionals. They have a passion for their work, are extremely personable and knowledgeable about the products and services offered by AT&T. I tell all my friends and family about the great service we have with this company. Hats off to all at this store!
I recently switched to AT&T. Andrew helped me with the transition & made it super easy. I got an amazing deal and a great new phone! Very pleased with my service.
I am beyond thankful and appreciative of the staff here. They worked diligently on my complex transfer account. Never gave up on us and went above and beyond.
Please read the other reviews about the LIES going on at the Yankton store because it is true and exactly what happened to us! This store is NOT a corporate location but an authorized reseller (although they sure look like corporate).I’m in currently in communications with the Midwest manager of AT&T’s Office of the President to not only resolve this situation but to have them investigated for fraud. This would never happen at a corporate store or with Costco because they actually have ethical standards and suffer consequences for such fraudulent practices.Initially, we exited the store very pleased, believing everything that BRANDEE had told (and sold) us was the truth, only to find out a week later that we were ripped off! My son even went so far as to write a 5 star Google review (Google, please remove the 5 star review immediately) praising this rip-off artist as explained below:On August 24, 2021, Brandee told the three of us (wife and son) that if we traded in my son’s phone he would get a new S21 Ultra for FREE (first LIE). We would only be required to pay the sales tax and pay off the balance for the phone that was on that line (we have 5 lines with AT&T). We weren’t even looking for a new phone, only wanting to get a hotspot, but Brandee recommended getting a new phone with hotspot capability as she was unsure if my son’s phone had it (another LIE). Brandee said the new phone would be free with trade-in because apparently Samsung was having a promotion as they were preparing to release their new flip phones (another LIE). Not once did Brandee mention trade-in value of our phone, NOT ONCE! (My mistake was not asking for a written copy of this so-called promotion.)So according to Brandee, it was going to be a “win win” for us because we were getting a free phone and a hotspot on the phone by just upgrading to the unlimited Elite plan ($15 more) from the Starter plan we were on. We fell for it, hook, line, and sinker, paid the sales tax, paid off the existing phone ($110), and even spent over a $110 on accessories because we were so grateful for what Brandee did for us, or so we thought…About a week later I received an email from AT&T stating the phone we had traded in was valued at $35 and we would only get a $350 credit towards the S21 Ultra, leaving monthly payments of almost $25 for the next 3 years! I thought there had to be a mistake and wanted to give Brandee benefit of the doubt, because she had been so nice, so believable, even discussing her personal life such as her previous job with Apple to being a rancher in Montana (most likely more lies). I then began having this sinking feeling as if I had just left a car dealership (no offense to car dealers because they’re much better now!).But before I called Brandee, I wanted to speak with AT&T customer service to get clarification of the trade and new charges. I was told the phone we traded in had a maximum credit of $350 so there was no way the new phone would be free. The maximum credit for ANY phone on trade would be $700 so I was told it was impossible for Brandee to give us the S21 for free. I asked to check for any other credits that may have been applied by Brandee on the 24th and was told there weren’t any. Instead, I was told insurance had been applied to the new phone when I told Brandee TWICE not to add insurance! After learning these new facts, I decided to give Brandee a call at the store, as I do not live in South Dakota.I was still naive to assume that there had to be a mistake and Brandee had actually pulled off this free phone miracle. So when I called and explained the new findings, she pretty much went mute and then said the promotion was available on August 24th (final LIE) but was now having difficulty finding it (the only true statement by Brandee, considering it’s impossible to find something that never existed!!!). Brandee said she would talk to her supervisor (ANDREW) and then call me back later in the afternoon. Coincidentally, I never heard back from Brandee. Sorry, out of space but for similar customers, contact BBB!
I am part of my sister and brother-in-laws AT&T plan. It was time for my upgrade but I live out of state and I wasnt sure how I would be able to get my new phone. Jonathan and Brandee were able to upgrade my cell phone and have a new Samsung S21 Ultra 5G shipped to me!l. Im also getting an awesome trade-in deal on my old Samsung. Theyve also offered to answer questions when my new phone arrives here, too - to help me restore my data and activate my new phone. Your stores ability to take care of customers in other states is pretty awesome!! Thank you!
Huge thank you to the staff working at AT&T. Stopped in minutes before close and didn’t have everything I needed to activate a new phone. The manager working told me not to worry and held the store open after hours to accommodate me and my needs. Customer service was absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend the Yankton store to all of you.
Had a great experience with Andrew and Brandi. Both were fun to work with and very knowledgeable about their products.
RIP off is what AT&T is they lie and get you to believe your getting good deals and your not all lies
Good service and people
Obviously newer staff. Did not know recommended offers.
Purchased the phone,, new phone holds less contacts than my old one,, lady in the store knew MORE than the AT&T chat help on the internet because i printed our chat - D***** and me - conversation and showed it to the lady in the store... Wanted to exchange the flip phone$69 - which is cheaper than a smart phone - to a smart phone$499 which means I would be paying AT&T more money per month in data charges but AT&T wanted $55 to restock a $69 phone back on the shelf and I did not even take the phone out of the store yet,, what a rip off. Where I work I need AT&Ts network till May or June, will be dumping AT&T and going somewhere else since they want $55 restocking fee - AT&T would be making that $55 in 2 months with the increase in my data monthly plan!! NO compassion to help the customer. And no - do not blame the lady at the store for not cooperating, I tried elsewhere... Lady in the store went ABOVE the help I believe that she would give anyone else trying to increase the capacity of the phones contact list,, but the information about the flip phone I bought from AT&T is not adequate from the information that was in the box and even on the internet there is inadequate info about the phone, so you cant blame the lady at the store. You would think that something new - the flip phone - would have more capacity than my 12 year old phone.
The young man that helped me was fantastic! I was tired and many miles from home. He was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to make my problems go away! And he had the best sense of humor to help me laugh. Over all he saved me money on my new phone and my over all monthly bill. I can’t brag or say enough good things about this young man. Definitely the greatest experience I’ve had away from home! Thank you so very much!!
I waited for 45 minutes and after that while I was waited on he was waiting on other customers. Never got anything resolved. Im going to Verizon
Andrew and the other guy working with him that evening were extraordinary and went up and above our expectations. Very knowledgeable and friendly down to earth guys that do an excellent job of explaining phone services. Thanks for everything!
I went in because I had ordered something online and after a couple days the status, dates of delivery, and order had been postponed. Jamie was great with cancelling my order and making sure what I had ordered was exactly what I needed. After discussing options I realized it was probably a good thing my order hadn’t shipped because it worked out better to get another option. Unfortunately, the computers were running slow but Jamie made the time fly by quickly with our conversation. Thank you Jamie for your amazing customer service!
I had to go in two days. Heidi was great both times.
Great customer service!
I was in this store today and received GREAT service. What I needed took a while so I was able to see and hear the interaction with other customers and was very impressed. Thanks so much for your help.
I was in Yankton S.D. at AT&T store. The staff is just wonderful they go above and beyond for me every time I go there.
Not enough staff available, so service was not very helpful.
People were knowledgeable and friendly the store was also very clean
The people at at&t in Yankton are great to work with.
No service last two visits because theyre understaffed. First time I waited 5 minutes before walking out. Today, I waited 10 minutes before walking out. This never used to be a problem at this store.
UPDATE: I have now been with AT&T and this store for almost 10 years! They are always very patient and helpful while answering all of my questions. I
