Came in for a SIM replacement which was a 30 mile drive, Bonnie rushed the process and didn’t do it right. Had to drive another 30 miles the next day and they made me pay for the replacement again, terrible service. Pretty sure they’ll hire just about anyone.

I had originally ordered a phone through Vermillions cricket store. It was days later that I had not received a call so I called myself to see the updates on the phone I ordered online to find out that they closed down and moved to Yankton. So I had to reorder my phone to Yankton. Yankton called me immediately when my phone was in to come pick it up and I drove the 30 min. drive to find out it was not even the phone I ordered and they still expected me to purchase the phone after I drove 30 min to purchase a specific phone I ordered. They then added a new SIM card to my account which cancelled my current phones service, which Im now having difficulties with and have to wait till my new phone comes in.
