I was completely happy with my most recent experience at Wireless World in Yankton. The staff couldnt have been more friendly or knowledgeable. It took a while to set up or new phones and we ended up being there almost an hour after they closed and they were very gracious about it.

Wireless world did a great job helping me out. Dalton is the employee that helped me and he did a great job answering questions. He was knowledgeable and if he was uncertain, he would get the correct information. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Was very pleased with the experience.

I needed a case for the tablet I received by mail. I called to see if they were available and was told yes. When I arrived the salesperson had it on his desk. He processed the payment and put it on for me. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Salesperson was professional, knowledgeable and cordial.What was very nice was that when I called the phone was answered by a person in that store. I also was allowed to walk into the store without an appointment.

We had a great experience with Gage. He was very knowledgeable, and very helpful and he provided a great customer service experience. He kept the time there that we spent there loose and light and he took the time to get a know us on a personal level.

Corbin was awesome! I only gave this 4 stars because they have a very limited inventory however it was a hugely safer and better experience than I had at the other Verizon store in Yankton S.D.. I would recommend this store, as well as Corbin to anyone that is looking for a new phone.

In a word, exceptional. We had, what was for us a minor emergency... with my 20 year old daughter leaving for a 20 hour drive, that was to start immediately following our stop at the store, and with her phone that had completely stopped working that day. This would be for an extended stay in Idaho with her older sister, and we needed to get her a replacement phone ASAP. We got to the Yankton store 15 minutes before closing, on a Saturday. The two guys stayed late to resolve our problem. My daughter left the store to start her trip with a new working phone. And, I was a happy father. Thank You

When I bought my smartphone I bought an otterbox glass screen protector than came with 2. They put one on and said they had to keep the other in store but it would be there when I needed it. When mine finally cracked I went to get my other protector put on. But instead of my otterbox glass one I paid for, they took out this cheap plastic one. When I asked where my expensive glass one went he explained they used it for someone else and no longer carry the one I had reserved. So when he put the plastic one on it broke as he was putting it on. The next one went on without breaking but lasted 2 days and cracked and fell off. Verizon world you totally ripped me off about $25. And that was a jerk move replacing a paid for prime product with cheap plastic..

Our experience was wonderful. We worked with Gage. We informed him what it was that we were looking for and he was able to find a phone to fit our needs. He was very pleasant to work with and held an immersive and friendly conversation throughout our visit. Getting a new phone can be a bit of a process, but with Gage he made the experience feel light-hearted and quick. He wasnt overly pushy when showing us phone accessories and was honest with his opinions on different devices. We appreciated working with him and overall had a fantastic experience.
