Yesterday we went to choose a mattress. The seller was a young beautiful girl (sorry I do not remember her name). She told everything in detail and answered all our questions. She gave us enough time to make a decision. In two days we will receive our purchase with delivery to our address. We are satisfied with our purchase and the work of the seller. After searching with frustration for the best new mattress to help relieve my back pain, I came to realize how important it is to find the best bed/mattress that works for each unique individual. I also discovered that it was much easier to shop for a car than a bed.I visited Mattress Firm in Yonkers NY and found the friendly welcoming staff to be extremely knowledgeable of the mattress selections in the showroom as they directed me to specific beds in the showroom which met my personal sleep needs.I was also quite impressed with how patient they were with me as they answered my many questions and concerns eventually finding the perfect bed to allow pain-free restful sleep.They also have an excellent test drive option if I find the bed is not perfect for me after sleeping on it at home for up to 120 days and were able to help me with my financing needs.I have to say that the managers and sales people in Mattress Firm Yonkers were professional caring people who provided me with a seamless experience finding my perfect mattress.Thank you all very much.

The store is great and has a good selection. The problem I have is that I bought a bed from this location and it was not the price for it. I went to location across the street and got the second I needed for 100 dollars less. I called to tell them and was told that location was priced below the sale price and he doesnt know why she would do that. That response didnt make sense to me so I checked online, the location across the street priced me the correct price! Save yourself the trouble and go to the location across the street next to GameStop. You would get the accurate price and Mrs. Nancy was wonderful!

I had posted previously but only gave options for ratings.I went in on the 4th of Sept. looking for a good mattress cause the one I have now I get lower back pains. Eric Darko took care of me and let me try several mattresses until I found the right one. He also went above and beyond to explain the ins and outs of owning a mattress, was there close to 2 hrs till I got it right and also getting an adjustable frame for it in which I tried in store and felt awsome, gave us a great price. Eric Darko was amazing in helping me choose the right one. He is really polite.Thank you Eric.

Great place to shop! The sales guys Craig and Charlie were great. Never pushy like the typical sales people. We went in looking to spend a certain amount they never pushed us beyond our price point. They just explained the mattress type and we chose what we like..after all was said and done we spent more than we wanted, but was 100% our choice. And got our item 3 days later. First I have to say I have never purchased a mattress from anyplace else. I go way back with this company from when it was Sleepys. I have purchased maybe 5 mattresses from them. I went into this store and dealt with Charlie. He basically told me he was giving me an extra discount of $200 and this was a lie. He quoted me $200 higher and pretended to give me a discount. I didnt realize this until I went online to read the reviews on the product. It clearly had the discounted price. I felt cheated and went to the store to cancel the order. The manager tried to tell me I did get a discount. Then got offended when I pulled it up on my phone to prove he was wrong. I went to Raymour and purchased a similar mattress and they discounted the upgraded adjustable base with free delivery. I wound up paying less there with no lies. They even threw in the kit to attach the base to the headboard. Mattress Firm was charging $40 for it. I will never shop here again. I am attaching a copy of the order from the store and the order from online. You will see the only difference is $50 not $250 he said he was giving me. The extra $50 was to write a review. So heres my review.

Eric Darko was a great salesman. He took time to make sure I tried different mattresses to make sure I picked the one that was best for me. He provided great input and was very knowledgeable about the products. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress. I had a good experience so far buying a bed from Jake from the yonkers, NY mattress firm. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars only because when the bill came two items were slightly higher than discussed so I had to call him back and he adjusted them. I did get the feeling that he knew the items were put in wrong in hopes I wouldn’t notice. So check the bill. Other than that he was quick, efficient, personal and pleasant. I would purchase from him again.

Best experience ever, I came in thinking all sales people are sharks but I was wrong. Jorge assisted me in selecting the right mattress. I recommend everyone here. Not to mention Jorge made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I told him when I came in I couldnt spend too much money he said dont worry we have a wide selection and a mattress for everyone. Our whole experience at Mattress Firm Clearance was very positive. The sales team is knowledgeable and able to work with any budget. David Castro is especially helpful; he was very accommodating with replacing a damaged remote for our adjustable bed frame. He even shipped it to our address (we live in a remote area of the Catskill Mountains) and followed up with a phone call that it was on the way. I would have gladly given this a five star rating, but there was a VIP Setup Service charge of $149, even though I had to set everything up myself. When I asked about this charge, I was told it was because of the large number of items in the delivery and because of the adjustable bed frame, which was heavier than most items. Neither of these explanations really satisfied me, especially when they had previously waived the $99 delivery fee when I placed the order.

Today I had the most amazing experience at mattress firm. I had the pleasure of being assisted by David with my purchase. With not knowing what I wanted, David was well versed and patient in helping me decide on a mattress tailored to my sleeping needs. I’d highly recommend him to everyone I know. I truly appreciated his help.

I had an amazing experience today at Mattress Firm in Yonkers, NY. The store was clean and easily accessible. But by far the best part of my experience was my sales professional Andre. I say professional because of the level of care that I received was beyond my expectations. His knowledge and willingness to partner with me during the entire process was white glove. I felt like I was at the Ritz-Carlton. He provided me with enough information to make a buying decision but also the space to analyze the purchase.
