Horrible customer service. I was a long, loyal customer. Would never go back there to buy anything. Gave me the run around regarding delivery for a bed for my mother. Two employees told me I could pick up the delivery at their warehouse and at the very last second told me I couldn’t pick up the mattress. The employees there are liars and have no clue what they’re doing. This company isn’t loyal to their customers.

He was probably no more than 24 years old and an expert in all brands of mattress, box springs, sheets etc. We purchased the mattress on the spot, something my wife has NEVER done!He gave us a great deal and gave us a free bed frame to boot! . I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking A no nonsense sales person who will give you the best price as well that’s all the information you need to make a decision.

I always go back to Mattress Firm (formerly Sleepy’s) for my beds. We have purchased at least 6/7 beds in the store on Central Avenue in Yonkers. I go back there because of the sales person named Nancy, she goes above and beyond to sell you the best bed for your value, never pressures you and makes your buying experience one that makes you want to go back. Went to Mattress Firm on December 16 th, 2020 to select a mattress after we were given a warranty credit from Kingsdown and the Matress Firm. I purchased the mattress 7 years ago. Kingsdown and Mattress Firm worked together to honor my warranty. My case was a little complicated because Mattress Firm had purchase Sleepy’s, which was the company I had purchased the mattress from and it was difficult to find my purchase.My Sales Associate was Nofel. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He also knew when to reach out for guidance from his superiors because the exchange was complicated. Delivery date will be December 27 th. I am very impressed how everything came together and now we can look forward to sleeping good again.Thanks Nofel, the Mattress Firm, and Kingsdown.I would definitely purchase another mattress from the Mattress Firm at 2357 Central Park Avenue again!

I am very happy with my mattress purchase from the Yonkers store. The staff member who helped me (Andre Gentles) was extremely knowledgeable about the different options that were available and did not place any pressure on me to buy. The delivery staff were incredible. I was given a time frame and they called me to let me know that they were on their way. All in all it was a great buying experience.

They only had like 2 brands of Mattresses. Advertised a big Labor Day Mattress sale...Beats me how with only like 10 options of Mattresses. On top of that all premium Mattresses. These are the old Sleepys stores which changed their names after realizing people were no longer falling for their shady sale misadvertisements. Am here to tell you, they are still at it.

I came to the store and was able to buy livingroom set, my children beds, marble dinning set, small couch, 2 marble TV stands and marble bar totaling close to $6600. The sales representative was phenomenal but when came time for delivery thats when it took a turn to the worst.Bobs warehouse from CT called me to confirm that I was at delivery location where I was in fact all morning, then over an hour I called to find out and were told that driver had communicated that he had drove to location but no body was home. I did ask the representative to call back driver have him turn around and deliver my items. Came to find out that the driver wasnt returning and they wanted me to reschedule, I proceeded to cancel my order, very disappointed.

I didnt want to buy a box spring because I was not certain the size, but was told that I could exchange box spring sizes FOR FREE by both employees! The day my order came in the box spring was too big and the store wanted to charge me $150 to exchange- but the box spring only cost me $90!! I called and called, waited hours and even spoke to the 2 employees who said it would be free. They said they gave me wrong information and that they were in training. Store management hung up on me and then refused to answer phone when I called back. I called customer service and corporate who said they would call me back- and never did!!!! I emailed customer service which was a FAKE EMAIL and spoke to the online chat representative who gave me a phone number to call. That phone number was a SCAM and it was to win a free family vacation. When I told the online chat representative that the email/phone numbers were a scam, they told me OH our numbers change all the time. Guess what?? I ended up selling the box spring myself and buying another from another store. LIARS LIARS LIARS and bad management! Store ID: 180008

Do yourself a favor a keep out of this store where the salesmen will try to patronize on what they think you dont know. Have a bed under 20 year warrantee, you will have to pay upfront out of pocket for replacement box spring or mattress yes upfront or no warrantee exchange. These guys are out to fool you into buying more expensive hardware rails that you technically do not require. They sold me a 1,000.00 firmatress and box spring stated full 20 year warrantee replacement free of charge, you just been scammed
