This store was a pleasure to do business with. The store manager, Cristo was a pleasure to deal with. He greeted me right away, and was very patient and kind throughout. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me in picking the best plan and phone that would work for me; he is very educated on the technology that Verizon offers. He took his time and didnt rush, which many other stores do, they just want to get you in and out. The other store associates were kind and respectful to the other customers that came in after me; it was truly a pleasure. I definitely recommend this store; ask for Cristo!

The worker at the front desk has a Napoleon complex. The manager same thing. Dont suggest going there if your doing a simple return under 100$ they will tell you that you cant do cash returns with a receipt. They will upsell you and if you decline theyll pressure you. Dont put your money into these short Mfs!
Apple was the problem the people at Verizon were so helpful andExplained everything. It wasn’t there job to help me butThey did. They go above and beyond the line of duty here.The young guy who was in the navy helped me and I can’t say enoughAbout How helpful, knowledgeable, kind respectful and honestHe is.
Watch out for hidden charges and unexplained charges, would not recommend. Also after calling to complain and asking for the store manager to call me back and also calling corporate and them telling me the manager would call me back, no follow up call was ever made. Poor customer service
These guys were amazing. I went in looking to upgrade my Android phone. They explained the pros and cons of the various hardware and also gave me a complete tutorial in all of the features I did not know I already had.Understanding, helpful and honest.

Went into this store about 2 weeks ago. I needed to go in here to get another Fios cable box, I tried to go in one day and the store was so crowded and it seemed like no one knew what was going on and there was no order. I went back the next day and arrived at the store about 15 minutes before they opened and took care of what I needed to and a nice gentleman helped me. It just sucked that I got a preview of what the store is like in the middle of the day very crowded.
Waited for over 40 minutes and the store rep did not acknowledge my presence. There was only one person working in the store and I waited for over an hour to be helped and was directed to go online or call for assistance. Other Verizon stores have a triage setup with employees at the door to advise of the capabilities of the store and assist. Very unacceptable business practice with customers waiting for 1 hour to 1.5 hours to ultimately not receive assistance. Id recommend going to another store, better equipped store with more staff to assist.
They never returned my cel that was supposed to be trade in. I keep on calling them to no avail. If they dont reach out, i will report them .
Sneaks. We worked with a man who went by Google. He seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. After being in the store for over an hour, he suggested to us that we upgrade our plan to unlimited data as we would save money. We made him assure us several times that there were no catches and we would not lose anything. He promised. We stupidly trusted him. We got home that day to find out that our new plan did not include personal hotspot. Guess he lied. Dont trust this store.
Came into the store bc it was close to home and I was surprised to find out from Raymond and team that I could not only drop off old equipment but set up a new account for home.The team was friendly, helpful and personable. Will def come back for the mobile portion.

Last Saturday Oct. 1st, I upgraded to a new Apple 7 Plus in the Verizon store in Ridge Hill, Yonkers. I was assisted by Danielle, who was incredibly helpful, professional, competent, friendly and patient. I am nearly technologically illiterate, but Danielle led me through the steps required to exchange my 6 Plus for a new 7 Plus. She processed everything expeditiously, and told me that she expected my new phone to come in much sooner than we had been told in the Apple store. Yesterday we received a call that the phone was already in, and today my partner Donna and I returned to pick up the phone. Once again, Danielle was extraordinary- responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, fast, focused, and supportive. She made what for me is often an anxiety-provoking experience into an easy, quick, and highly successful event. Im sure that Danielle isnt being paid enough, deserves a raise and a promotion, and has earned a shout-out for her exemplary service to Verizon and Verizons customers. My feelings about Verizon have soared as a result of the outstanding work that Danielle did working with us over the past week. Thanks Danielle, and thanks Verizon, for enabling me to get my new Apple 7 Plus- with a better plan and savings to boot.
These people are total thieves. Dont do business with them. They told us our ongoing monthly bill (all inclusive) would be $139.00. Its $166.00. They told us we would receive $200.00 gift card--we have received nothing after 4 months. Verizon makes it near impossible to reach customer service via phone once you state your issue is billing. What a joke. Never again for either Verizon or Go Wireless!
The customer service was everything you want and expect from Verizon. Me and my daughter walked away feeling like we know how to work our new devices and that questions anytime are welcome. Keep up the great work at this location!
Employees are very pleasant! Those guys are always happy and work as team. Had an amazing experience! Definitely will be going back and recommending my friends and family. I would recommend seeing the manager Abiel but honestly if he is not available his team is just as great. Go Wireless has done right hiring him and he has done right training his team.
Great experience.Been to this store numerous times before and they were ok. Came in recently and they have a whole new look and new staff! The assistant manager that was there before is now the store manager and he great he puts his customers first. He will do anything he can to make u happy just like he did with me. Actually looking to AT@T for coverage. Spent all of last week and hours on phone to get a working phone. Twice at this store, Eric was pleasant enough, but no help in getting my new phone turned on. Never called me back, as promised. Leaving the phone and Verizon.
This place saved my life this weekend. Passing through for a weekend visit with friends, and my phone goes dead. Wont turn on, I know its charged, Im freaking out because I have no idea where I am. I pop into the first place I can find, and Im immediately greeted by Ken F. At first, I was like oh great this guy is just going to try to sell me something, Im not in the mood. But he didnt! He was so understanding, and helpful with my phone; I think he could tell I was panicking. After some trouble shooting, it turns out I just needed to replace the battery, which he did for me. He did try to get me to buy a better case than what I had in the end, which okay yeah, I did. All in all, it was one of the better cell phone store experiences Ive ever had. Well done, 10/10 would recommend!

Went in to actually exchange my Verizon Fios router at home. Didnt even realize they offered this service for Verizon. Prompt and efficient service. Was in and out leaving with my new router with no problem. Would come back to this location if I need anything. Not that busy and was in and out quickly.
Amazing staff! I went with the intention of getting accessories for my moms phone which was a bit outdated. I was informed of a newer phone and Im so glad I listened to the sale associate because my mom was ecstatic when she received her new phone for Mothers Day. Customer service was great and I left with everything I needed!
I was recently in the area of this Verizon store and had the most fantastic experience there. I was travelling on business so I obviously needed my phone but for some reason it just stopped working. I also needed it for the GPS which made this even worse. I stopped in and Ken Fratazzi went to work. I was frantic, and truth be told, I might not have been as polite as I could have been upon entering. He took the time to calm me down, got me talking about my business and family, all while trouble shooting my phone. I still dont understand what he did, I just know that by the time he was done I was calmer and my phone was working again. He is a very nice man, extremely capable in what he does and a credit to Verizon. Thank you for hiring such caring people.

The lady that helped us was awesome! Richardo was very unprofessional. Richardo was on the phone with someone regarding his medical stuff, while helping 3 different people. It was super annoying, and again, unprofessional. Do your personal calling during your break... Dont make customers wait, and listen to your personal conversation. Anywhere I have ever worked, personal calls were not allowed, while on the floor. He made the visit annoying. Also, dont curse when something isnt working correctly. Unprofessional.
I went in about 3 weeks ago and I met Amelia she was very helpful in helping me get my Galaxy Note 5 . She was a big help I dont know what I would have done with out her help. She really understands what it means that the costumer is always right . I would definitely go back to her if I have future problems with my phone .

Honestly, save your time and go to the official Verizon store in Cross County instead. Its about ten minutes away and far more pleasant experience than youll get in this store.
This is my first time visiting the Verizon Ridge Hill store but it will not be my last for as long as Jordan and Tavon are working here. In an era where so many millennials lack costumer service (bias generalization, I know), it was so refreshing to be in the midst of these two gentlemen who possess old school values when it comes to manners. They were helpful, patient and Tavon especially made sure I understood all the intricacies when it came to my purchase. It was after 10:00pm when I left the store on a Saturday night when my transaction was complete and remained pleasant throughout the entire experience. #winning
