Avoid this shop at all costs. The estimator Zack was very difficult to work with. My insurance company approved paint repair work to be completed, but Zack refused to complete the work. I had to bring my vehicle back twice, because they did not properly install the plastic molding on my tailgate. I just took photos of my tailgate, after picking up my truck for the second time. The molding did not even stay affixed for 72 hours and the shop has refused to fix its mistakes. My insurance claim handler explained that Fix Auto Yorba Linda has refused to complete anymore work on my truck. Their Lifetime Warranty, isnt worth the paper it is written on.Know your rights as a consumer. If you have shared a similar experience, and Fix Auto is refusing to honor your Lifetime Warranty, file a compliant with Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR). It is a simple process that is meant to protect consumers.If you enjoy being treated poorly and shoddy work (see photos below), Fix Auto Yorba Linda is your shop.

Quality painting and body work. Excellent color match. The best work is when you can’t tell any work was done. This is the only shop I will use now.

I went to Fix Auto because that’s where my insurance recommends. This time, repairs to my Ford Expedition was out of pocket paid for by the person who hit us. But wow! Talk about paying through the roof to repair a minor bump in the bumper! The verbal quote was $1200 but after I dropped off my car, the written estimate came back closer to $2300! It wasn’t the parts price that went up, just pure labor. The tech quoted that it would take 5 days to repair the bumper, which is why I understand the price hike but it turned out they spent half that time. My car was ready in 2 days so if you ask me, the damage wasn’t that much. Though my repair was paid for by another person, I still feel like Fix Auto way overcharged her. I don’t think I will ever come back to a repair place that is that expensive for a minor repair. Can you imagine if I were ever in a serious accident?

Everyone at fixauto has gone above and beyond for us. They were so patient in waiting for the other lady’s insurance to foot the bill which took forever. I couldn’t ask for a better company to work with through all this.

Fix Auto Yorba Linda is great at communicating with you about timeframes and changes. The work they did turned out beautiful. Very happy.

Dont waste your time with their appointment racket. They went through the whole route coming out and looking at damage but wouldnt give a quote because I didnt go through their appointment racket.

Overall Fix did good work with a quick turn around time but I find that they lacked a certain amount of customer service. Check in times were slow, though they were courteous. When I called for an estimate they seemed bewildered by such a request, seemingly unable to find my vehicle. When picking up the process was also a bit slow and someone had taken it upon themselves to clean and rearrange my car.

When I called to schedule an appointment they offered to take care of everything for me, such as contacting the insurance company and setting up a rental car. Upon dropping off the car, we were promptly taken care of, offered coffee and taken care of in a very professional, yet friendly manner.I was kept up to date throughout the repair process and the car was ready exactly when promised.....two days later. My wifes suv was rearended on the freeway and her insurance company told her to just let the other company deal with it. So The company of the person that hit her sent her to Fix Auto in Yorba Linda. Kind of had no real choice.Dropped off her 8 person SUV and the only rental car they had available at their on-site rental was a tiny filthy Hyundai that had been parked out back with the windows down, and they were like take it or leave it. We needed a car for the night so we took it and would deal with it later. Another review.So off we go, told it would be a few weeks. No communication whatsoever, so we called and got a song and dance that the parts were not available because the more than a year old vehicle was too new. WIth repeated calls, we were told that there were liftgates available in other states, but that they would have to get that dealership to sell it back to the manufacturer and then have the manufacturer sell it to a local dealer that would sell it to Fix... WHAT??!?!?!?! What do they think it is a firearm??? We were told that if they bought it from the out of state dealer and had it shipped that it would be a grey-market part and we would not be able to insure the vehicle. We went through this routine for a week when we just went to the dealer we bought it from and told them what Fix said, to which they laughed hysterically. We ordered the part, using the claim number and had them deliver the liftgate to Fix the very next day.Another week goes by and we went down to Fix to see what is going on. The manager/owner whoever claimed to be in charge started in with his song and dance routine, that they think they may have found one available in San Diego, and that he himself was planning to drive down personally to pick up the liftgate. To which we asked why he doesnt just use that one, pointing to huge shipping crate with 12 tall letters of her last name across it.He looked at us like we were sorcerers and the crate appeared out of nowhere before his very eyes, when it had been sitting there for a week.He acknowledged the part was there and said a few more days to finish, which was actually somewhat on-time if you count that it was actually over a month longer than promised. And the vehicle was not even clean when we picked it up, with 2 month worth of dirt and dust caked on, but the back end looked shiny and new.Fast forward a couple months, I opened the liftgate and one of the 4 nuts that hold the liftgate to the vehicle frame fell off at the mall. I put it on finger tight and when we got home I tightened it myself, and checked the other 3 nuts, and 2 of them were loose. I would hate to think what would happen if I hadnt noticed or checked. Maybe someone opens the liftgate and it falls off onto my wife or kids?

I went to Fix It for an estimate, despite warnings from friends, due to convenience. I found them to lack professionalism and be quite shady.Before my name, they asked my insurance carrier..when I informed them payment method was not a concern until the damages were assessed...Getting an estimate became quite difficult...$1500-$2000 and many ifs, ands and buts...,with attitude, nonetheless...

I brought my car in to have the side mirror repaired. I was very satisfied with the work that was done on my car.

Brought my car in after someone slammed into my truck thinking this would be the one stop shop to get everything back to normal. After waiting nearly 45 minutes they tell me they wont work on the car because they can not match the paint. Ill never understand why they wouldnt even reach out to the insurance company. I guess Ill take my business elsewhere.
