I can clearly tell that they didnt wipe anything but the front dash/doors and the middle consol. The interior was something I mentioned specifically and it looks unchanged. The inside of my windshield and 2 side windows were clearly wiped down with a oily rag and took forever to clean up.TLDR: Exterior clean 9/10. Interior 2/10*the more I look at the interior 😡... didnt even wipe under the back window. I suspect they didnt do anything but vacuum the inside floor*

Clean!!!! Like I just bought it! Even the interior sun damage on the leather is gone!!!

Its not very often where you find great customer service and impressive detail work. The fact that I had a fully chromed motorcycle and how they paid attention to the smallest details makes them honor their name as a Detail shopThey communicated the start and the estimated finish time, which is one of the most important factor with my busy lifestyle. The price is more than reasonable, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Took my car in for exterior detail first time at this detail shop the guys did a great job my car is like new again!! They spent time removing light scratches on my car and it looks great!! I would recommend this detail shop you will not be disappointed.

These guys performed the wash service great and the customer service was outstanding!The Service: The wash was very good and thorough, I always keep my car pretty clean but after bringing it here I was astonished on how much cleaner my car looked. Both the inside and out were shining. They had finished in the time they told me (about 2 hours) and there is a shopping mall close by that can keep you busy. The prices in my opinion seemed a bit high but Im sure its worth it, lucky for me I had bought a package deal prior for a discounted price. Over all great detail service and Im glad I have 2 remaining washes.Customer Service: Unfortunately there was a little hiccup where the shop had removed my parking passes during the cleaning process and forgot to replace them. This was stressful at first but Amber helped in every way she could and started helping solve the problem right when I notified her. It only took her a couple days to sort out the details and offered to pay for the replacement parking passes.Coming here you know that you and your car are cared for!

I decided to take my MB S550 over to them thinking that the establishment was just another Car wash offering Detailing packages.Oh, NO! The office Manager, Mrs. Amber took the time to go over everything that would be done to my vehicle and offered many other necessary optional procedures that can be performed in order to bring back that showroom look to my vehicle.My vehicle.was left outside of my garage for more than two weeks while I was out of town.She(my car) needed Pampering to be brought back to life and the Guys @ Elite nailed it! Baby looks Good and I am taking my wifes MB back for some Mich need cleaning as well. If you want an upfront and professional detailed work completed. Go to Elite!!

Amber is a customer service extraordinaire!! She was so incredibly helpful & kind to me, and she answered all my questions in detail! She even came out to the parking lot with me to take a look at my SUV and suggest what services would most benefit me to get it looking shiny and new :) Kudos to all the guys in the back as well, they did a spectacular job on my vehicle as well as my coworkers vehicle!! Will definitely be back!!

Love this place! Amber at the front desk was prompt to help me (Im sure I looked lost LOL) and guide me to what would be best for my car. This place is great for detailing or washing. The headlight restoration and superior interior detailing did WONDERS for my 2006 car. 10/10 reccomend

Wow is all I can say after my 2013 black Ford F-150 was detailed and polished to a remarkable shine and the interior was left like when I first bought it, had a great service experience also with Amber who was very knowledgeable about auto coatings and interior detailing.Great going Elite team!
