They do solid work for an honest price. Hard to find in California!
We had an accident with our trailer & called OCRV to see if they can fix it. We stopped by so they can check out the damage after we got a tour of their shop we knew they were capable of fixing it. We got our trailer back sooner than we thought and it looks as if it never happened. If youve damaged your trailer, stop by ocrv. They do everything under one roof. We recommenced you checking them out before going anywhere else. Thank you!
These guys are amazing. Our 1998 Bounder was in an accident and rear ended. Additionally we had other items needing repair. They fixed things like new for a reasonable price and timely, especially during the Covid pandemic. Special thanks to Thomas and Brad for a job well done!
Dont, go here. Beautiful perception, not for general public. Its a different kind of greed going on here. At least they shew away the jobs they look down on. Like being around your fake friends. Any way. Nope, they did not service me, & Im glad.
Swapped out my old 12 volt deep cycle batteries. Great staff and amazing facility.
After our generator took a dump on us on hollween, we decided to stop throwing money at a faulty generator so we decided to go with a brand new one. The guys at OCRV recommended a Cummins RV Generator. The generator showed up on the 4th, we dropped off our coach, and we picked it up less than 24 hours after. Smoothest experience that we have had with the generator. Everything is working again and we are back on the road until new years! I recommend OCRV Center. Thank you Art & Tony!
Extremely nice and competent staff!
Needed to have our leveling system repaired. They worked with me to get the replacement parts at a better price. I found them for $300 cheaper from the manufacturer. They were able to get the parts directly and saved me the $300! They are very knowledgeable and will work with you.Mike S.Orange CA
Parts manager Chris was very nice, and helped me with my concern.
Great place and speedy service also great staff thank you Art
We thought this place was just a normal mechanic shop that does RVs. Nope! When we showed up, Bonnie was there to greet us with a smile and made us feel welcomed. After a few questions, she mentioned that giving us a tour of their place would better help answer some of our questions and help us become aware of how much work OCRV can do for our coach. They do EVERYTHING all at one place! When they say when you can dream it, they can really build it! They have common rv parts, they have a full on upholstery room with lots of fabrics, two full paint booths, lots of tools to do metal work for any collision repairs or upgrades like adding 40ft awning, they have the world famous Woody that you can walk through to see all the potentials that they can accomplish. There was a whole front end collision that was there while we toured the place, im glad the owners are safe, but WOW! that was an intense looking front end collision! We got our carpet pulled out and wooden floors installed. We are in love with the new look! No more outdated carpet! Thank you Bonnie & Art! You guys are awesome!
Josh our service advisor is great to work with. His knowledge of the scope of repairs necessary was spot on. He kept to his word on repair time and with great communication throughout. The only ding was several issues that involved incomplete reassembly of propane, electrical and windows that I was able to correct in 3 hours myself.
Im new to leaving reviews online but this place is well worth learning how to leave one. The staff is well educated and helpful, we just bought a new RV and it needed some work, the staff was quick to answer my questions, they build a quote and we are in the process of saving up to have our floors, interior, audio and blinds upgraded! Thank you for being patient and answering my many many questions! We will see you soon.
Great place to go! They answered all my questions and they custom fabricate everything on location. They gave me a tour and educated me on all the options we have available to us. Well be back again after the riding season is done to get some upgrades to the furniture, replace the carpet with wood flooring & have solar panels installed with led light upgrades. Thank you for the amount of time you guys invested. Well see you soon!
Thank you OCRV! We just picked up our trailer after an emergency drop off because we found a leak from the rain. We called and dropped off the trailer on Saturday. We stayed local for another week more days until they finished fixing the leak. It actually worked out because we got to visit some more of our old friends while we were here and we got to enjoy the snow that we though we were not going to be able to see while we were visiting. We are now back on the road with a repaired and newly sealed roof! Thank you Art!
This place rocks! These guys know how to trick out your RV...think Extreme Makeover - RV Edition. Super talented folks. Sadly, my project (and my RV) were small, but nevertheless, they treated it as if it was the most important to them. Everything was completed on time and the quality was excellent. I was sprucing up my RV before selling and they did an outstanding job to help me get top dollar. I cant wait to come back here in the future so they can turn my next one into my dream one!!!
These guys are top notch! They thoroughly answered all my questions and then some. Just from the first call, I knew this was the place to go. They educated me on so much. I had no idea how many options I had until I stopped by. Josh, Bonnie, AJ & Art are very competent. All i had to do was stop by with my RV, they checked it out, gave me a ball park on what it might be to get it repaired and some energy efficient upgrades to the RV, left it there for two weeks and picked it up, washed and detailed. I am in love! Thank you so much guys! Ill be telling everyone about you!
We took our 2008 Berkshire to OCRV to have the interior overhauled. I first paid a visit to his shop was given a tour of coaches in progress and finished. It was clear Art has the team to get the job done so our decision was made. OCRV removed all our carpet and replaced the floor more suitable for our Grandkids. His team put in new lighting, new carpet in the rear room, completely and expertly re-designed the dining table and cushions, installed a new chair, upgraded our couch cushions, and installed a new cabinet. Then it was off to his body shop where his expert crew re-painted the forward and aft caps as they had weathered. Again, perfect job. I cannot say enough kind things about Art and his wife Bonnie. Both worked closely with us to meet exactly what we were thinking. The job was flawless. Thanks to all of the OCRV crew for a job well done. Highly recommended. Ed H.
We were some 1500 miles from home and had serious mechanical issues with our RV. After a 23 hour trip from San Francisco to LA, (yes it took that long) we finally had to be towed. After many desperate phone calls to many RV and truck repair places, we finally found a listening ear and all the help we needed at OCRV.We had our rig towed to their shop and they immediately made room for us. Their main mechanic, Matthew, and others worked several late nights and day off to make sure we were up and running again. It was a team effort to solve all of our problems, and I cant say enough about Joshua (shop manager) Matthew, and Joel (shop foreman). Their care for us, and careful attention to detail, not to mention skill and resourcefulness is what got us back to Edmonton, Alberta. It was a joy to work with their team, and to meet Art (the owner) and the others who work there... they all had the same goal... to make sure we were well cared for, and to get home with no more issues...Their warm and friendly approach really kept the stress down while work was being done...I also appreciated the follow-up phone calls by Joshua on our trip home to make sure everything was going well for us.Great job guys, it sure was appreciated!I cant say enough... Ill be dropping by every time Im in Anahiem to say Hi. what a great team!
WARNING*****DO NOT TAKE YOUR RV HERE FOR REPAIRS.Dropped off my RV for an insurance repair back in Dec, after picking up my Rv and driving it for just 3 miles I noticed there was an issue, I called there for 2 months with no help so and the run a round, I drove it to them and they suggested that I contact my insurance company, which I did. Once the insurance adjuster showed up and inspected it, it was clear the damage that was caused from OC RV Repair. I called them back and was quickly transferred to ART the owner...Let me tell you this guy is a real class act...He was rude and denied cop-ability from the start. All I was asking for is for them to make the repairs to the damage they created. They have denied that the damage was from them and blamed my RV for being older and in poor condition (as per Art).If you want Poor service and a Hack job then this is the place for youIf you want quality service and treatment for you and your RV then go ANYWHERE else. I was better off letting a homeless guy repair this then having OC RV do it.I have contact the BBB and have contacted my attorney. I will be bring this issue to for front so this does not happen to anyone else. Its dangerous and unsafe.
First let me say I have been getting my various trailers and 5 different rvs serviced for 15 years. We all know you get a to know the service centers more then you want to due to the units you own.I needed a quick check one on my small pop up trailer as I am going to sell it and of course out of the blue the refer stopped working and the ac was not spooling up.I worked with Art initially to schedule the drop off on a Saturday and Josh who handled the service and the pick up.I was very happy with the service and advice they provided me.I feel very confident with them based on this simple and small project, clearly it was no money maker basically an hour of their trouble shooting. However they handled it with excellent customer service and the right attitude.even after i opted to do the work myself they offered some guidance and advice.I was impressed and they have won my business moving forward,I also have other trailers and a diesel coach and I will be having them service it when needed.Clearly if they take care of me on the little pop up trailer I know they will take care of my coach. I Highly recommend....I will post in the near future as I have some retrofitting I need done with my interior on my coach and I will have them do itbut so far 2 thumbs up!!
I have been bringing my RV here for several years now. They have always provided top quality service, and on several occasions accommodated my tight deadlines to ensure I had my RV repairs completed before major trips. I highly recommend them.
Great staff here. Competent and accommodating. OCRV has come through for my RV in a big way on two occasions so far. Once was to repair the RV under an insurance claim, a second time to solve an electronic issue. I came away very satisfied both times and I plan to continue taking all of my RV business, both routine and not so routine, to them.
I just pick up my RV yesterday, and i was so happy. Art and the crew did a wonderful job on my RV, the service was great, i couldnt ask for mor . ..thank you so much again. OCR .
I have a 45 Monaco Executive, been bringing it to OCRV for the last 5 years, they have handled everything from the routine maintenance to heavy customization. They are always ready to partner with any challenging request.Work is done quickly and they are always happy to explain any other options available.I would recommend them for your general RV maintenance, any special custom work that would make your RV experience more enjoyable and those small emergency situations to keep you on the road.I have criss crossed the country numerous times and always feel comfortable bringing the Monaco in to OCRV to deal with any major issues and the whole host of small annoyances.Highly recommended...from my experiences
My wife and I were involved in an accident with our toy box hauler and we found OCRV online and read the reviews and decided to take our RV here and I am sure glad we did. We received impeccable service, you cant even tell we were in an accident and our RV was demolished from the front to the back and it was returned to us looking brand new and they even waxed it for us. Very grateful for the wonderful way were taken care of. We have recommended OCRV to all of our RV friends.
I am a long time customer of OCRV. They have done both service and paint work on my Beaver Marquis over the years. They are now in the process of doing a huge interior remodel. Art, AJ, Bonnie, and Josh are always such a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend OCRV. They do great work and I wouldnt go anywhere else!
To much bad stuff to list. Never new an oil change and generator service could take 2 months. The they reply 5 months later with the response about they are trying to be better. I had to get the BAR involved to get this resolved (Bureau of automotive review)
We had an issue with our slide out getting caught on the carpet so we stopped by OCRV and had them check it out. Turns out it wasnt the carpet, it was actually a bird that some how got under the slide while we were camping, and the poor thing got stuck and we smashed it under where the track is. So yea, we learned something new and were going to be more cautious abut the birds and animals when we pack up from camping. OCRV was able to get it working 4 days after we dropped it off. Well be back again to putt the carpet out and put in wood floors. Thanks again Art!
What a great experience! Made an appointment and they got us in and out in under 2 hours! Professional and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
This place is awesome! We damaged the back end of our trade show trailer when backing up. We called to make sure they had all the right tools for the job and sent our assistant with the trailer to get fixed. It was about 11 days until we got a call saying it has been fixed and read for pick up. They did an amazing job! The back end is completely flush and all everything lines up again. It was embarrassing driving home with a damaged trailer. Not anymore! Thanks to OCRV Center for repairing our trailer.
OCRV did an outstanding job repairing/painting our Blue Bird Wanderlodge. Their CAN DO demeanor is exceptional! You can believe what they say and they back up what they say with excellent workmanship, great timing, and follow through. The staff is very friendly. I’m a hands-on guy and enjoyed stopping in to see progress made and watching the workers. I requested to be kept in the loop from start to finish and that is exactly what took place. Josh is super to deal with. He made sure everything was done right. I highly recommend OCRV for your body, paint and service needs.
Ive been going to OC RV since 2010 for any repairs i have for RV Trailers. Last week i purchased a new trailer that had a broken sky light cover. With heavy rain the water was leaking right through the roof. I called Josh to see if he could order the cover for me. He said he had them in stock and would stop by my office to drop it off on his way home. True to his word Josh brought 3 different types of cover to make sure he had the correct one to fit my trailer. The amazing part of this entire situation is the fact that he spent 2 hours helping me put this cover on the trailer with heavy rain. Josh had his head sticking out of the Sky Light barely fitting into it getting soaked while helping me. This type of service and help is unheard of now a days. He saved me thousands of dollars in damage to stop the leak as the tarp was not working with heavy winds. Thank you Josh and Art (Owner) who i called to thank also for allowing his employees to go out their way help. You guys are greatly appreciated. I look for my continued relationship with OC RV.
I was scheduled to have body work done on my Rv and they assured me that the parts had been ordered. I live in my Rv so I was waiting around till they arrived. No one contacted me the whole time to give me any status updates. I contacted the owner a couple of times and he assured me that the parts had been ordered. After approximately 3 weeks I finally got in touch with the manager who informed me that the parts were “delayed” and would take another 2 weeks to arrive. I don’t believe they ever ordered the parts. A complete waste of my time. I don’t know why they just didn’t tell me initially that they didn’t want to do the job. So disappointed and still in need of having my Rv repaired.
We had an electrical issue on our new fifth wheel. Art and Josh were extremely helpful in immediately identifying the problem, then fixing it in time for a big summer trip. Everyone from the office to the shop is helpful, professional and courteous. Definitely recommend for any RV repair.
These folks saved the day for me and my family! We were heading out for a long weekend in San Diego earlier this month, when a big rig clipped off the top of my passenger-side mirror. Good Sam Roadside assistance directed us to OCRV. Josh first said hed have to order a replacement, but when I explained the situation and asked if he could do something on the spot, he was very obliging. His employee, whose name I believe was Joel, spent the next hour getting us all fixed up and we were back on the road again! Ill be using them again for sure.
After a refrigerator problem delayed our vacation, we were desperate to find some help. On an already busy day OCRV told us to bring our 5th wheel in, they would have a look and they would even stay late in order to fix our problem if necessary. Four guys, including the owner, trouble shooted our refrigerator and got us on the road. We are forever grateful! Everyone working here was more then nice to us. We cant thank you enough!Chuck Razo
I had just purchased a used class A diesel pusher RV that needed some TLC and I needed to replace the awful(worthless) cellulose day/night shades that came with the coach. I called OCRV Center and Art (owner) told me no problem and I came in....I cannot tell you how thankful I am for making that call...They not only replaced the shades, but they rebuilt and upgraded my TV set up, installed and cut in an outdoor flat screen outdoor entertainment system, CUSTOM built a interior dresser in the rear closet, updated the outdated window valances, fabricated and installed a beautiful Corian dinette table top, and redesigned and reconfigured the entire dinette with new foam and reupholstered the cushions! They also updated my entire indoor entertainment system with surround sound, and navigation! Its basically a complete custom coach now...The difference is nothing short of amazing! There are very, very few shops (if any) that do this kind of work..And its all done on site....They even manufacture their own custom RV furniture to fit your rig right there at the facility! You wont find this kind of service anywhere...believe me....Ive searched! The price was extremely fair and Art fit the upgrades into my very tight time schedule.I am just blown away by how my coach turned out and the difference is nothing short of amazing. Now my rig is the envy of all my RV buddies!!!.....I cannot thank you enough Art..I highly recommend OCRV!
Worst experience ever. Went to pick up the trailer and guy was drunk. Didnt even give me all the parts, when I called him on it ; he cursed at me. Save yourself the stress and go to a different repair facility. They cant even wire a radio correctly. Absolutely no customer service. Asked to speak to the manager or owner and that was an even bigger mistake, he wouldnt even get out of his seat to come and talk to me. If possible I would do a zero star and have google Block this business from even coming up for a search for rv repair.
Art and crew were professional and provided me quality service. They listen to what you want and give valuable feedback on what you need. I was very impressed with their workmanship.
We had a small but very annoying problem with our fridge. Eventhough they were super busy we could come by to check it out the next day. They took care of it right away and let our kids watch cartoons inside their office. Because it only took a few minutes they even made us a nice deal on the price. Great place, if we would live here (were just travelling through), this would be my place to get my stuff done!
I had my electrical cord pulled out of my Prevost coach 3 years ago by a driver moving it at rv park and shorted all my electrical systems out. Over the next 3 years I’ve had it back at the conversion manufacture 3 times and two other shops along the way, and spent in access of 70 k trying to fix it.. We were headed to california after just picking it up at the shop for the 3rd.time. and problem after problem . Generator starts and stops for no reason. Blowing breakers, Batteries going dead and entire system shutting down. Even shorted out our new amps and touch screen again . Called ocrv and talked to Bonnie and she then had her husband Art call us. We left it with them and and they assured us it would be left inside and plugged in. And it’s was, our ice cream didn’t even melt. Over the next 3 month they went to work, lots of research and testing and dioecious, THEY FOUND THE PROBLEMS. We been back on the road now for 3 weeks and everything is working perfect. That turned out to be the best phone call ever. Oh and I forgot to mention that the stripes on my windows were coming off and I had them repaint them and it came out perfect . Highly recommend them ... they did get the job done.Eddie Yaklin
OCRV saved our vacation. Josh and his team helped us out when our pop up had problem. They were able to order a part and have us fixed within 24 hours. They were very busy, but still squeezed us in and did a great job. They were very friendly and reasonably priced.
I brought my class C RV to OCRV after having water damage inside. I spoke with Art and he is extremely knowledgeable and patient! He took the time to show off his spectacular work and explain the process in detail. He then negotiated with my insurance company, (which is a real hassle Im sure) and they came up with a very fair amount to cover all of the damages. I definitely recommend OCRV to anyone needing any type of work or upgrades to their RV!
After using OCRV in the past and satisfied with their work, i came to them for another job. Check in was fast and efficient without a hitch. I will update this review after work is complete.
I was so excited, I had just purchased my Dream RV, 2005 Georgetown...I was ready to take my family camping across the country. However, before I had the chance to make it happen I backed into my Brick & Concrete Mail Box, tearing apart the rear fiberglass. I was devastated!I immediately started calling RV Auto Body Repair Shops in a desperate attempt to save our family summer plans. The first 2 shops I called gave me initial appointments 10 days later, I would never get my motor home back on-time for our trips. Then, I came across OC RV Paint & Service, I called them and Art answered, he immediately asked me to send him pictures and asked me how soon I could get in. He told me, he would do his best to get my Coach back to save our vacation plans. He understood the urgency, and was jumping all over it. In less than one hour, I had already dropped off my RV at their shop which was very impressive....they even drove me back to my home. Josh was assigned as my point of contact, giving me update calls and emails throughout the process. They did everything they could to calm my nerves, and assure me that my Coach was in good hands. By the date others were ready to see my RV to I was back picking up my GeorgeTown....It was perfect, as if my accident never happenedDo not go anywhere else for your RV needs. These guys are the best!Mario Fernandez, 8-20-14
Just picked up our 2011 Forrest River class A diesel RV from this place. They had the RV for almost 3 weeks and only replaced our water pump. They did not fix some minor carpentry (said they would fix it), did not fix a window closure, did not fix a window shade, and never called us to tell us they hadnt fixed any of this. I would never go back to this place again, and would counsel you to avoid them as well. The service was overpriced, poorly done, lacked completeness and attention to detail. Very poor service.
Highly recommend. My new LQ horse trailer came with a couch in the slide. I decided I needed a dinnette instead. They removed the couch and custom built a beautiful dinnette in only one week. It looks like it came from the factory. I will definitely use them again for all my service needs. Great staff. If I could post before and after pictures I would.
We had OCRV do a complete repaint job on our 34ft., 1997 Monaco Dynasty. Great staff and Art is a true professional. All work was on time and as expected. Super result and I have had people ask me if our motorhome is a new coach.I will return to Art Ashley at OCRV for any needed repair in the future.
We were on our way to San Diego for an RV trip when our side mirror got sideswiped and shattered. We were given OC RV by calling Good Sam in hopes they were able to fix the mirror ASAP so our trip would not have to be cancelled. Upon arriving, Joel and Josh immediately came up to us to find out what was wrong, found a mirror to replace the broken mirror and had us out of there in about ah hour. They literally saved our trip! We will plan on taking both family RVs to OC RV in the future due to their great customer service and skilled technicians.
This place is awesome. Ty picks up the phone when we called and answered all our questions over the phone. We dropped of our motorhome and picked it up the next day. Everything is tuned up and ready for our family tip to the desert! Thank you!
Fantastic! Josh and his guys went above and beyond in every way. I needed extensive work done that had been building up (because I have had such poor experiences at virtually every other RV repair shop). They not only did what they said they would, but identified issues I wasnt aware of that would make my life easier down the road. I am a fulltime RVer and will not get work done anywhere else going forward!
Good and fast service!!!
I took my Monaco in for repair to remove the protective film on the front and rear because it was turning black underneath, Also to get the sofa recovered, the driver side window repaired (cloudy) and what ever paint repair that would be required after the film was removed. I was quoted that the work would take about 10 days. I was do receive a sample of the fabric by mail.Weeks later I was advised that the film removal was very slow, and I had to pick out a fabric from a e-mail picture. Finally after 5 weeks I received a quote on the paint repair over $10,000.00. I went to look at my coach the next day and the appearance was not that bad, and nothing had been done on the sofa, or the window so I told Art, the manager, to stop work, and I would pickup my rig a sap so we could take it to our kids graduation in Colorado. I received a call from Art the next day that the shop had already primed the front end without my approval, so I had to pick it up as is looking far worse than when I brought it in, I had to pay for the paint that was ordered ($600), plus $2,000 for the film removal, plus the sofa fabric $500, which we did not like (good for bar stools not a sofa bed).I have no idea what OCRV painting looks like, but my advise is not to take your Rv in for service during the busy season, and have plenty of cash.
The Number 1 place to go for upgrading or even just a paintjob to your RV or vehicle They are all so helpful and talented.I would highly recommend it to everyone.
We took our 2009 Newmar King Aire to OCRV after crashing it into a cement boulder in a parking lot. There was extensive damage on the side that got into the frame. Art, and his crew made it look better than new. There was one plastic tray at the bottom that Newmar would not supply a replacement part so OCRV went ahead and fabricated a custom aluminum tray which made the compartment better than it was the day it was brand new.
Dont take your RV anywhere else. Quality work, friendly and knowledgeable crew. Josh, seriously, thank you!
They did a number on my Coach! I have had great work done by the guys at OCRV on several of my RVs. I took delivery last year on a complete interior restoration on my motor coach. I worked closely with them to design and pick out an all new interior with many system upgrades. We went through and changed the entertainment systems the refrigerator and a lot more. The coach came out so nice, my wife and I fell in love with it again- It was literally like a brand new coach but better. I was completely familiar with the unit without a new coach payment. Plus now it was custom to suit our style, more then ever it is like our rolling home. After Art and his crew did such a great job I wanted to address the DC power system.I came to Art and discussed a complete system for Solar & DC power storage upgrade. I told Art I need something that would allow us to minimize the use of the generator. We do about 85-90% of our trips to sites with no hook up. We prefer no generator in the background when possible. Well, Art said no problem and he laid out a system for me on paper to contemplate. We said go and they installed a full Solar system with 6 full panels and 6 new L16 AGM batteries and a Solar charge controller. I was very happy with the results of this system, it worked perfectly. In fact, so much so that I almost did not have to turn the generator on at all!I turned it on for an hour or two to top off the batteries before going into the next evening.Since I was so close to not using the generator at all, I came back from the desert trip and I spoke to Art. I asked if he could crank out more power with the solar and add 2 more Batteries. There was no room in the battery compartment for more batteries. Art looked at the unit and said no problem he had his guys put up 2 more panels and ended up fabricating an impressive and sturdy battery mount welded into the engine compartment voila 2 more batteries and we were off. Our next trip was to South Carlsbad State Beach for a week and I did not need the generator at all.. My wife even used the microwave to reheat some leftovers for lunch each day and no generator - whoo-hoo !I have to say I love this system!!!!! It makes plenty of power and I can enjoy a quite camp with no generator grinding it out in the background.I mentioned above last year we did a complete remodel to give a bit of perspective we converted the refer to a Samsung counter depth Household refrigerator. We also put in two full home entertainment systems in the coach a 7.1 in the main parlor and a 5.1 outside both are kicking with 12 self powered subs and they sound great. Also we I had the guys put in a complete network both wifi and lan enabled. we did many more upgrades that draw power So I pull quite a bit of amps with all of this going -I have to say I have used many RV shops for years. It has pretty much been the same thing you have experienced, a mixed bag right. I am sure as I talk to everyone when we are on the road I hear about so many disappointments and frustrations with the way shops work and how they deal with us. it like they think we dont have options.I found OCRV and have not left. They do all my stuff now. I have have had great experiences and service. The work is well done and thought out. I can talk to Art or any of his guys to discuss the plan or progress. These guys are the real deal. I run a service oriented business and I am very critical of anything less then type of service I demand for my clients so I am a tough client to please, Art and his team have not let me down.in my opinion they are the only game in town for RV or trailer work. They will continue to get my business and my referrals.
One of my good friends that lives in Newport and recommended that I get my coach remodeled here at OCRV. They did a great job on his coach, so I decided to get mine updated at the same place. I stopped by with a list of stuff that I wanted added to the coach. The main things that I really wanted was the solar panels, led lighting, add an awning for shade, outside stereo system with a flat screen inserted into the outside wall under the awning, add a power outlet in the undercarriage for an extension cord so we dont have to use the ones inside, we also had the carpet pulled out and replaced it with some high quality wood flooring so we dont have to keep vacuuming out the sand when we go riding, we also upgraded the refrigerator an, the TV up front and the tv in the bed room, we upgraded the shower and upgraded the counter tops. We took out the cloth couches and replaced them with a long L shaped couch with a pull out bed and upgraded the seats at the dinning table. Over all, I am excited to travel the new year in our newly upgraded coach. We are waiting until Dec 15th to book a few campsites at yosemite to then travel all over the country. I am very satisfied with the results and the fact that we can use the batteries from the solar panels instead of a noisy generator. Very worth the travel and investment. If anyone asks me where I went, I will be sending them to here. Art, Bonnie & AJ are awesome people. Thank you guys!
They got two locations. I took the tour bus here to get some new couches and after they inspected the whole thing they found out that why our slides didnt pull out the way out and we needed new tires. Josh edicated us that 90% of accidents are caused from lack of maintenence and the fact that most tires will blow because the rv sits to long. we got new tire covers with our coach to make sure our tires stay fresh while its parked on the road. Were ready for out tour this winter n spring. Thanks, you guys are part of our fam. Well be back for more upgrades!
Oc rv remodeled are interior in our coach and did an excellent job.I recommend Oc rv for rv upgrades.
We took our 2007 Rexhall RV down to OCRV for a refurb inside. We had a time schedule they knew about. After we finally went thru and picked out colors and flooring, etc. We were told we would get an estimate the next day...not...after a few emails I finally got one but because of time, we had to do some eliminating..the day I got their estimate, I sent a revised list to them the same night and asked for a revised estimate...again we waited...when we finally got the final estimate a couple days later we asked what the deposit was so We could get the money to them the nest day..we live in Bakersfield CA and I was going to drive down to give them the money.(We were told in the beginning the deposit would be price of materials)...they sent me an email saying the estimate was 1/2 the total cost of the entire refurb (materials plus 1/2 labor)By this time they have had our RV for 3 1/2 and my husband had enough . He told them to FIX WHAT YOU BROKE and well pick it up . Their guys broke the floor and bent the post between my French doors to my bedroom.I asked AJ if they could please have the RV out front and open so we could see the repair...they did not...but they charged us 1,000.00 for storage of the RV and for materials they say they ordered.(I have an email to the contrary)...we drove around the corner to a level spot and opened the 2 24ft slides on both sides only to see that the floor was repaired but one door is so tight to close and the other has a BIG gap and wont close....and the top of the post looks like a child glued it together..if I could post a photo here..I would...I am very upset about it. I took my RV to them for refurb inside and I end up with a horrible repair job on something THEY damaged..NOT ONLY THAT ...But they unbolted my dinette seats and never bolted them back in ....
We took our 2000 Fleetwood Southwind to OCRV Center because we had some roof damage and needed to have it repaired quickly. We had an upcoming reservation at an RV park that is very hard to get into, and we were worried that we would miss out on our vacation with our grandkids. Our insurance agnet recommended OCRV to us because he had worked with them before. Even though our insurance company wouldn’t cover all of the cost for some of the damages, Art (the owner) and Josh (the shop manager) worked with us to keep the cost of repair within our budget. Josh worked closely with our insurance agent and us to make sure that we were very well taken care of and all of our needs were met. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. Josh knew that we were on a very tight schedule and made sure that all of the roof repairs, and other issues that were uncovered during the course of the work, were done by the time we needed to make our trip. The repair was not only quick and efficient, it was a great job, well done! My husband and I are very satisfied with the job that OCRV did and we will definitely return to them for any future repairs we need. We highly recommend them, not only for their quality of work but also for their friendly and helpful staff. Thank you again, Josh and crew, for everything you did for us!
