Bunch of thieves trying to scam people out of repairs not needed. My boyfriend took his truck to get a smog check. Used a coupon. Was told his truck didn’t pass and needed $2550 worth of repairs. Went to another smog place for a second opinion and passed with flying colors. Do not go there unless you want to get ripped off! Should of read their yelp reviews before going there.

I had to tow my parents car over to this shop and the service was SUPERB! I felt Eddie had really taken great care in explaining to me what was wrong with their car. Apparently the engine was overheating and they had a major leak coming from the radiator. They finished the work in a day and my parents and I are very very happy with the outcome. Thank you and I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know.

They advertise STAR-certified, but they arent.They offer coupons in Val-Pack which they dont honor, or--even worse--they honor the coupon and then invent thousands of dollars of work that suddenly needs to be done.Perhaps worst of all, they used to be Purrfect Auto in Placentia...and they had to move in an attempt to run from their criminal and terrible reputation.STAY AWAY!!

I called before I went over this morning to see how long the wait is for a smog check. I got lucky and was told less than 30 minutes. My car was brought in for smog check not long after I arrived and it was done sooner than I thought. They honored the coupon and both gentlemen were very friendly. Thumbs up!

Excellent customer service. Came here per recommendation from a friend and Ed was able to take me in right away despite going on a busy weekend afternoon. It took a little longer than usual but it was to be expected. Got an awesome deal on fluids. The manager was really knowledgeable and helped a lot with explaining what each service is for and what is necessary.

This place is a racket, with horrendous service. We have been here with multiple vehicles, ranging from new to old, and every time they will tell you that you need full synthetic, no matter what.The last time I went with a car that has never taken full synthetic, and the man working the counter straight up refused to put regular oil in my car as I requested (rudely brushing me off in the process).DO NOT FALL FOR THE $15 OIL CHANGE. THEY WILL ONLY TRY TO UPSELL YOU.

Got a Synthetic Oil Change for my 2011 PriusIf you get the coupon from their website, make sure you bring it in.Eddie and his crew will take care of you as long as you are nice to him.I will be coming back for future car inspections and services.If you have a long wait, you can keep yourself busy with the tasty taco place in the center of the plaza. Or just bring a battery pack with your phone to pass the time.

Went here to get a smog check. Mechanic was out to lunch, was told he would be back in 10 minutes, well the snap on tool hit pulled up blocked our vehicle in so they could t get to it. After an hour I asked the manager if they could ask him to move it. Well they didnt after 2 hours I said its a violation to have that truck blocking the parking spaces, our wish a handicap plate. I thought about how they didnt care about the customers time. We were there for 3 hours to get a smag check. They obviously dont care about their cucumbers!! Never again!

I would say this place provides bad customer service but that would be giving it too much credit. This places provides no customer service.I came in for a smog check. The person there told me I was behind 2 other cars. I asked how long that would be and he told me 1 hour. So, I asked if I could leave and come back in 1 hour. He said yes. I left to run an errand and came back in 1 hour. When I came back, the guy basically ignored me while answering his cell phone multiple times. After waiting 15 minutes, I finally got him to talk and he told me I was still behind 2 other cars. That was enough for me.The place was conveniently located near my home and I had a coupon for the smog check. But, the poor non-existent customer service and wait time was definitely not worth it.

New Shop to the area and they have a great Crew. Took it to 2 Different shops in town and nobody could figure out my issue but Value Auto figured it out and had it done when they said they would for a reasonable price. I will be back Value Auto and Thank you AGAIN

This place is shady. About a month ago I came in looking for the previous owner (Dominican guys were honest all the way) but found out it’s a whole new shop.. well let me tell you I came in wanting a diagnostic and the man wanted to charge me $200 for the diagnostic because my car was a “Volvo” (not even a new Volvo btw) went to another place and got it done for free. To me that’s a red flag ⚠️

If u see a guy name eddy . Run run away ur car will be worse than when u came in and ur bank acc. few hundred less if u dont. Thats all i have to say . The rating system should change to + & - star. Cuz some places like this dont deserve to get even one star .

Eddie and the team were great. We came in for a seasonal smog check in our Kia Optima and they took care of us right away. Opened promptly atv8:00 AM and had us out within 30 minutes.My baby Kia passed with flying colors and we were on our way lickety split.I will be back for my check ups and more.

Criminal bait and switch operation. Avertise they are STAR certified smog station but the state removed their STAR certificate because they lie and cheat customers!

They straight lied to my face. Went in to get a smog done because I’m selling my car and they said their “system” wasn’t taking it because it’s already been done. He told me it was within the 90 days but it was already past the threshold. I wasted my time.
