I am saddened by how quickly this particular location has failed. All the other locations are stacked with products THAT I, a professional needs. This store doesnt even have alligator clips. I literally can go to a local corner store and get my supplies before going to this location. I opened a salon 2 years ago and I am still waiting on my store opener kit for my 2 orders I made.

I always leave disappointed because I can never get everything I need I always have to go to Sallys to get the rest Ugh!

The women who were working never greeted me or asked if I needed help. I had to interrupt them for this to happen.Then the older of the two continued their conversation...how Kamala (she pronounced it like Pamela...also couldnt remember democratic VP contenders name)She said right in front of me how her boyfriend said Harris got to where she is on her knees. REALLY?Oh why am I upset? My husband is Jamaican.This store SUCKS.

My wife comes here only when she has too and every time she does it is another horrible experience. The staff is less than desirable to work with and they never seem to stock anything and when you ask if you can check the back for an item its like pulling teeth to even do that. What a shameful store to have that name.

I work as an assistant for a stylist and we arrived at your store around 1:45pm to discover a sign that read be back after lunch. We found this to be completely unprofessional. Being that this is a supply store, one would expect the store to be open during their listed hours.

Clean store and friendly staff. Unfortunately, they often have items out of stock. Staff is quick to try to order items for you; however, they can only PLACE the order, they cannot make sure the order is sent to them! Sometimes they get it sometimes they dont. They have even tried calling when an item or items have not come in. They definitely try to help though! Prefer to shop in the store but sometimes have to order online because they dont get items sent to them that other stores do.

This used to be my go to for all my hair product needs. Their prices have become outrageous. Definitely can find products online 100% of the time.

Always helpful, very clean,great stock. Only for professional . This use to be a great warehouse. Now I have to pay to have delivered, have of the items are out of stock and now they wont even order for you. What a joke.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Theyve always got what I need! The store is very clean and organized, I think they are pretty competitive with deals and sales as any larger supplier would offer.

Giving a one star and only because the store itself is kept clean. Staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional. The staff are always yelling across the store to communicate with each other and customers. No one is ever willing to check their stock if you need something that may not be put on the shelf.

The staff is knowledgeable & always try to accommodate .I appreciate the special order if they dont have a product in. Mostly the store carries all the latest items. It is neat & clean & has a overall nice appearance....

Overpriced $12 for a box of a hundred pieces of gloves I think thats outrageous its ripping off stylus so many products not on the shelf for months dont understand unfortunately this is the only place to shop in my area but believe me if there was another option I wouldnt go there.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE AWEFUL! AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Was in today with my 11 year old and walked into a woman friend of the employees lifting her shirt and showing her lift I needed help, walked around for 10 minutes with no help at all while they all 4 employees talked about plastic surgery and,then even got to the counter where they continued. Will be contacting corporate as I feel my $20000 I paid for my PROFESSIONAL LICENSING is a joke every time I walk in here.

Can be rude at times. They are sometimes out of stuff and they claim a truck should be in buy a certain. I had ordered or tried to order something took forever to get there. No one called to let me know whats going on.

Never have enough color in stock.
