I enjoy the products and the polite staff at my local Sallys. However I do have to lower my star rating when three times I have gone and they are to be open but alas the doors are locked. If there is an issue staffing and such I understand but it should be reflected somewhere as it causes inconveniences.

I went to Sallys Beauty Supply and the sales person ran up on me like I was about to steal something and asked me could I help you find something today, I said no you can cash me out. When I got to the register I told her remember my face, Ive been coming here for 20 years and I know this store like the back of my hand. I dont need no help finding anything. All black people dont steal from Sallys some of us are business owners.

Only 1 staff working

It’s pretty sad that they can’t get some knowledgable, friendly, decent employees here. They act like they can’t be bothered and are annoyed if you ask questions. They also recommended a more expensive product that didn’t work as well as the one I normally use. And really these employees look like they just crawled out of a dumpster. If I showed up to work looking like I just dragged myself out of bed, wearing yesterday’s makeup, with jacked up hair, I WOULD BE SENT HOME. If you work in a place that sells hair and makeup products, THEN GET YOUR LIFE TOGETHER AND PUT SOME EFFORT INTO YOUR APPEARANCE. Also, if they don’t like their jobs and helping people, then they should get another job!!

Love this place!

First visit. Shelves were empty in the shampoos and conditioners. Not much of a selection. I couldnt get a bag for my purchase unless I paid for it.

Went in yesterday with my two year old. She picked up a hair brush and they threatened we’d have to buy it if she ran it through her hair. Then they didn’t sell me enough hair dye. When I went in tonight to buy more to finish my hair the cashier said “I told you to buy two bottles.” A brazen lie neither my husband or I heard. Amazingly horrible customer service.

Great produtcs but over priced. The staff seems more annoyed with you when uasfor assistance then trying to actually help you.

Lets be honest. Defamation of character is a thing nowadays.

Website says the stores closes at 9:30 as well as the sign on the window. Get to the store @ 9:02 and the door is locked. I was told the sign and the website are wrong.

Its a smaller store with a limited selection, but they were open on Independence Day and they carry Manic Panic at a fair price.
