Every aspect of my buying to install experience with Jake’s was a 10/10. My wife and I received great in-store help in making our selections from Brian and the owner Nick. And when it came to the installation, Jason exceeded our expectations. Jake’s transformed our kitchen and gave us the fresh new home we were hoping for. Thanks guys!

We needed new kitchen cabinets and flooring and Jakes was able to accomplish this in a timely manner including some built ins that were needed to make the most of our kitchen space and lighting. They were pleasant and easy to work with, most accommodating to our needs and was always concerned how the project was progressing. As with all projects like this, some glitches arose and Jakes was able to resolve them most expeditiously. I would definitely recommend Jakes as your satisfaction is their priority.

Even though we had an initial issue with the installation and removal of the countertops, Jakes Cabinets and Flooring showed the true integrity of the company by honoring their agreement and even a little more. We dealt with a gentleman named Brian. He is a very down to earth and understanding individual that you will enjoy working with. We understand that mistakes will happen with any business and its to be expected, especially when dealing with people. In our opinion though, its not always about the mistake, but its about how the business handles that mistake with its customer at that point in time. And, I can say confidently, that Brian from Jakes understands how to deal with and take care of its customers. 5 stars all the way. You will be referred to our friends and family from here on out. My Husband and I just bought a new home and it needed work. Jakes was Recommended to us by the realtor whom sold us the home. I had a Grand Kitchen design in my head and Brian put it all together on the program they use which showed us the 3d image and I instantly seen my dream kitchen come true. Price was amazing, we had other quotes done and they were always way more expensive for a lesser product. I definitely Recommend Jakes.

I’m sure there are many great employees at Jakes who do amazing work. But, make sure you NEVER allow them to send Robert Urbanski to your home. I’m not positive whether Robert still works for Jakes or not but he stole thousands of dollars from me this past year while failing to complete renovations at my home. What does this have to do with Jakes?? A Jakes employee said that Robert “is known for doing this”. But yet the employee(s) don’t have the integrity to stand up and do the right thing in order to prevent this man from continuing to steal from innocent people.

Brian Repasch is extremely helpful with every need for your kitchen! They have a great team and they do fantastic work and take pride in everything they do!

Jakes cabinets has the best customer service around. Anytime we come in and are in need of flooring or cabinets, the employees are always there to help us anyway they can. I recently came in to pick up some cabinets we had ordered for a job and quickly realized they were not all going to fit in my truck. Brandon, without any questions asked, offered his help to deliver the rest of the cabinets for me. This not only saved me time, but made my life so much easier. This is the type of customer service that keeps me coming back and ordering material from jakes cabinets. Thanks again, Brandon!

If I could leave no stars, I would. Brandon came out to the house to measure. We went in to choose cabinets and countertops. It took weeks to get an answer on a quote. When we decided on what we wanted and gave them the go ahead. Brian never sent an invoice, so my order couldn’t be placed. My husband and I had to go in to get an exact amount. Brian was completely lost on what I asked for, which we told him what we wanted several times. We finally got an amount and paid. Two weeks go by and I call as no one had called me (when they said they would). My order had already come in and no one had called me. We also spoke about the amount that was owed. I wasn’t able to go in, so I sent a family member. Brian tells them that we owe $4000 ( which is NOT correct) and if someone doesn’t pay nothing can be taken. Granted, I had spoken to Brian a few minutes before my family member arrived and spoke especifically about the amount. Brian was rude and disrespectful to my family member. I had to call in and clarify to Brian that we DON’T owe $4000. As Brian was mad, he told my family members that the boxes were in the truck, that my family members should go get the cabinets themselves. NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. This treatment was uncalled for. Not sure what is going on with this company. We paid and did everything respectfully and for us to be treated this way is unacceptable. NEVER EVER AGAIN BUYING FROM JAKE’S CABINET!!

Great small family owned business. I stopped in to purchase a part for my refrigerator. They were very friendly and helpful with questions I had about the repair. They also have great pricing on water filters compared to the big retail stores in the area.

Best selection in cabinets( multiple brands with cheaper prices then other places), countertops ( granite, marble and laminate), and flooring ( hard wood, vinyl, carpet, water proof, ceramic and porcelain). The customer service was grate and they even did a 3d view of the kitchen so I could see how it would look before buying. Would really recommend if you want good cabinets and flooring at good prices.

Purchased new flooring and a cabinet from Jakes for our recent bathroom model. Absolutely love the quality and the price was cheaper than the two leading box stores in the area. Looking forward to working with them again for our kitchen remodel! Highly Recommended!

I have been in there a few times. They have been very helpful. Their prices are comparable to online suppliers and amazon. (Actually they were cheaper for the one item) And there was no hassle return when the part I ordered was not actually needed. As long as I did not open the bag it was in, which is certainly understandable.And they have ordered the part for me and there was no deposit needed.

These guys are amazing to work with! My stove broke and I called to get the parts I needed and they had them ready in less than a day. Great customer service. I will go back for any appliance parts I need.

After being told by two appliance stores that the part that I needed for my oven was no longer available I Googled the part on line and found, contrary to what I was told, it was available. I found a place that I could have it in a day. I figured Id order it if I couldt find one in stock. Read the reviews for Jakes and was impressed. Gave them a call and was told by an extremely courteous individual that he had two in stock. Half an hour later I picked it up and paid the same price that it was listed at online.which was less than the one I could have ordered from the other local parts store. I have only written a few reviews in my life. I reserve them for extremely poor and extremely good service. I would highly recommend this be your first call for appliance parts or service.
