First rate design, customer service, and installation. We were looking for a complete kitchen remodel and we visited quite a few places. We chose Rodney and Michelle for a few reasons. Number one; they helped realize our vision for a new kitchen. They listened to what we wanted in a kitchen and delivered on that with their design. Number two; we are a detail oriented couple and they patiently were attentive to every detail and every question we had. They spent a lot of time getting it right for us.Number three; they helped guide us with offering good feedback on patterns and colors which we really needed. The products are very well made and installed very professionally by Don Fuqua. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone without reservation. This place is awful. We did without a sink and countertop for 7 days and it was their fault they didnt have countertop cut to fit. And they will not even compensate for the inconvenience they put us through. They wouldnt answer calls. And when they did they said it was done in a timely matter. What A JOKE!! BUT IN CONTRACT IF ANY DELAY WAS OUR FAULT IT WAS A 300.00 FEE. Told them about this fee and their excuse was that they dont inforce that. But its right in the contract!!! The manager was no help. SO AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT THINGS DONE RIGHT AND ON TIME FURTHER ACTION WILL BE TAKEN!!!!!!!!!

Fanastic!!! We started this adventure with Travis and Rodney. Both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Rodney knew exactly what we wanted and Travis put it in the computer. He made some great suggestions which, of course, we hadnt thought of. Don Fuqua and Tim did the installation of cabinets, blacksplash and hardware. They did a phenomenaljob. Sorry, this took so long but I had a remodel from hell but my experience withKabinet King (Michelle Miller) in the PA was the best. Not only did she help and guide me with building my very own custom bathroom vanity with a makeup area but she actually gave me other helpful pointers while in the middle of my master bath remodel. I could not find this vanity anywhere online that would fit my area. This all took place during the middle of the pandemic and I felt very safe inside the store. Her knowledge was very impressive as she took down my measurements and built this beautiful vanity for me. The cabinets quality was great and very affordable. After looking at cabinets in a store we were told had the best prices around, we were shocked by the price tag and the salesman’s lack of enthusiasm. We knew we could do better, so we searched Google and found the Kabinet King. The reviews were great so we drove an hour to check them out. Michelle Miller was our salesperson and she was nothing short of amazing. To start, she literally saved us thousands of dollars compared to the prices we had received. The cabinet quality was better, had all the upgrades we wanted and it was significantly cheaper! As if that wasn’t enough, Michelle’s enthusiasm and attention to detail was unmatched. She went over every inch of the cabinet design to make sure it was right. She helped us design the kitchen that we needed and we didn’t know we needed it. She explained where we needed drawers vs cabinets. Where we should place things to make it more efficient and ensure it was set up to assist me in food prep. Then she showed us a 3D model and went over every detail. She made our contractor’s life easy too by writing notes for him and giving him his own paperwork to use. He loved it! The cabinets arrived as promised and everything went perfectly smooth. As if that wasn’t good enough, when I noticed one of the drawer faces was cut wrong, I called Michelle, sent her a pic, and a few days later I had a replacement on my doorstep. I have never had a better experience working with someone and I can assure you that I will continue to use Michelle and Kabinet King for all of my cabinet needs.

We thought the process of choosing and purchasing kitchen cabinets would be overwhelming, but everyone at Kabinet King made the process simple and smooth. We mostly worked with Rodney, who was great. He patiently and expertly answered all of our concerns, had solutions to any potential complications, and was always available to take our last-minute questions. Best part? The price was WAY better than we expected. I cant imagine we wouldve gotten this kind of service, quality, and communication from one of the big box stores. Travis was great to work with and knew his stuff. Delivered as promised. Had a few issues with a couple doors, but they were able to get it resolved quickly with no hassle. Called a few months after I installed to inquire about a part and Travis had it ordered in no time and knew exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely use them again.

I recently downsized to a small home. I loved it except for the kitchen. It was designed with a very strange corner which resulted in the refrigerator door hitting the peninsula counter. I went to Lowes and the designer was not able to improve the corner even with flipping cabinets upside down. I searched the internet and found Kabinet King in York. Michelle Miller was my designer and she was amazing! I provided her with measurements and pictures of my kitchen and she was able to create the perfect kitchen for my house. Sight unseen! She was extremely knowledgeable and wonderfully creative! My contractor said he never had cabinets install as perfectly as those designed by Michelle. The cabinets and stone, Michelle helped me to select, are beautiful! To top it off, her price was several thousand dollars less than Lowes.

Knowledgeable, Friendly custom design staff that assists you through the entire process. Any issues are resolved right away. They have the best prices for both the cabinets and the counter tops. I chose the RTAs (ready to assemble). I installed all the cabinets and then the counter top guys installed the granite. Easy process. No issues. I highly recommend Kabinet King and will definitely do business with again in the future.

Don’t know how this place still remains open. Overpriced junk is a good general description with a rep who is pushy. I had the work installed and the cabinets themselves for more than half of their quoting price. Save yourself money and go elsewhere

I needed a remnant piece for an antique restoration. Lindsay was very helpful in answering my questions and is very thorough!

Redid our total kitchen. From the initial consultation to the final product we felt like we were well taken care of. We did our own install and found it to be an easier than expected process. Cabinets came within the time we were quoted. Looked just as we imagined. Quite pleased with our end result!

After price and quality shopping all over York and Lancaster county, we landed on this place for both our cabinets and our countertop. We found everyone there helpful, but for us the star was Michelle Miller. She did a fantastic job of listening to our wants and suggesting options that would both please us and stretch our thinking. She then went the extra mile to get us parts for a custom corner we designed. We absolutely love our kitchen and she made the often daunting process smooth, and actually fun.

Michelle Miller has been fantastic to work with. She really listens to your wants and needs and makes good suggestions along the way. We actually ended up at Kabinet King just by chance, after our initial cabinet vendor was extremely slow and unresponsive to give us a quote. Our contractor heard about this fairly new place and suggested we check it out. What a difference customer service makes! Michele and Rodney are fantastic to work with, no small task when we are trying to talk business with three crazy kids under 8 running around the show room. We LOVED the 3D renderings that brought my wifes ideas to life. It helped her make decisions on molding, cabinet layout and what extras we wanted.Initially there was an incorrect measurement and Michele was quick to jump back in and re-render to make sure we were still happy. All of the costs were clearly broken down and they walked the fine line between giving us what we want/need and upselling with ease.The only issue we had was the cabinet manufacturer did not send enough hardware to install all the shelves. After waiting a month for her kitchen to get here, my wife was very frustrated after being told it would take over a week to get extra brackets. The Kabinet King team went outside the box and offered to disassemble their showroom cabinets so that we didnt have any additional delay.A kitchen is a huge expense but if you are ready to dive in, Kabinet King is the ONLY way to go in York.

Kabinet King is always my choice for cabinets.The associates are very helpful and courteous. They aid you in design and fit if youre not familiar with the process. They can even print a view of what your finished project will look lik ... a visual is always better than a thought.They may not be the cheapest, but when undertaking a big cabinetry project, it is advisable to go with quality and not cheap-out and regret later.The RTA cabinets are easy to assemble and can save a substantial amount of money if youre willing to assemble them yourself.I advise anybody looking for cabinets to check them out .

I read several articles about Ready To Assemble (RTA) cabinets, reviewed several RTA suppliers on the internet and got several estimates before selecting Kabinet King USA. Kabinet King provided the same or similar cabinets that other suppliers provide, but at considerably less cost. Sabrina at Kabinet King was extremely helpful in putting together my cabinet design. She was very patient and courteous and answered all my messages in short order. Time of order to time of delivery was less than a week. There are Kabinet King videos on YouTube that demonstrate the assembly of the cabinets, as well as instructions with the cabinets. Once you assemble the first cabinet, your learning curve is peaked and the remainder can be assembled in short order. The cabinets are beautiful, solidly built and well designed with hidden European hinges that softly close the doors and drawers. I replaced all the cabinets in my kitchen and three bathrooms. Assembly and installation of these cabinets turned out to be a very gratifying experience. I enthusiastically recommend Kabinet King as the supplier of choice.

We worked with Samantha and Michelle throughout the process of selecting and ordering our cabinets and then later ordering our Cambria countertops. The support we received from them was outstanding throughout the entire process. We couldnt be happier with our Cinnamon Glaze Forevermark RTA cabinets. The quality is phenomenal and we found the price to be about one-third of what we would have paid at Lowes, Home Depot or another cabinet store. Michelle even went out of her way to track down a drawer front in cinnamon glaze for us to be able to use on a different cabinet in our design that we had not purchased from Kabinet King. We also love our Cambria countertop and the professional friendly installation by Classic Rock countertops, one of the contractors that Kabinet King uses. Michelle is WONDERFUL!! We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon WITHOUT an Appointment on a hunch. We had been working with a Custom Builder and we didnt like his design or his cabinetry. Michelle put together a Waypoint design that looks GREAT,,,and her pricing was THOUSANDS LESS than the builders with better cabinetry, nicer hardware, nicer counters, lots of large pull out drawers, extra molding, and nice big corner cabinets...she is AMAZING!!! Thank you Michelle for your help!!!

I worked with Rodney and Michelle to design my built in book case for my living room. They did an amazing floor plan mock up which helped me to see my room as if the project was complete. Pleasant to work with. Good pricing. I would use them again for my next project.

I had a slight problem with a couple cabinets but with Steve’s help received some replacement cabinets without hassle. I bought the Waypoint cabinets and they are absolutely beautiful. I am very pleased and would highly recommend working with Kabinet King.

Over all, my experience with Rodney as my kitchen designer was a very good one. He listened to descriptions of what I wanted and we were able to get a really pleasing result. Also, He took care of any problems if a piece was damaged during delivery - so I would rate him fairly high when it comes to customer service.

Stopped in one day with the drawing of our Kitchen. Travis introduced himself, asked what brought us in. Than before we knew it we were deciding on a cabinet color. We sat down, Travis loaded our measurements into the computer. Before we knew it we had our new kitchen design. We went with the Forevermark RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets, cherry glaze. We picked out our counter and sink.I just got through putting all of the base cabinets together today. I took it a step further and glued them. The hardest cabinet for me was the lazy Susan. Forevermark has a good assembly instructional video website though.Had one piece on a cabinet that had wood splintered. Called Travis and he took care of it.So far I would purchase these cabinets again. Travis was great to work with.

My friend recommended me to Rodney to help remodel my kitchen. Overall, I thought he was a very good person to go to. He helped me design my kitchen and the result was very pleasing. When we had a problem with some delivery situations, he helped us as soon as possible. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who wants their kitchen remodeled.

Came to Kabinet King at the suggestion of a friend, and after another consult with a cabinet store here in York Pa. I worked with Michelle who completely and totally knew her stuff. She drew up a plan for me that worked immediately, all in just little over an hour ! We had a large wine refrigerator as part of the design that she Incorporated beautifully. When the cabinets came there was a small issue with the wine refrigerator and Michelle was on vacation, her coworker Rodney filled right in and the problem was resolved immediately! The cabinets are beautiful and the customer service at Kabinet King is unheralded! I worked with a large contractor and I have referred him to Michelle and Kabinet King and he has been so impressed as well. Can’t thank them enough.

I cant say enough good things about them. From the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I signed the paperwork for the cabinets, it has been nothing but the best. Im a first time homeowner, and doing a DIY kitchen remodel. Matt, and Rodney, eased me through the largest purchase of the remodeling, and helped me stay in budget. The design Matt did absolutely wowed me, and he did it with relative ease. When I was unable to return a phonecall for delivery, due to being busy at work, Matt jumped right in and confirmed it with them for me; based off an earlier conversation.The only negative thing I have to say is that the instructions for the cabinets are horrendous. I dont fault the store though, that is all on the manufacturer. With a little bit of thought, and planning, they go together with relative ease.Thank you guys so much for making me feel comfortable with my purchase.
