Amazing experience! Staff was very helpful without pressure. Delivery was ahead of schedule. We went 32 miles or it our way to get carpet at North Hills Flooring because Essis and Sons, M&Z Carpet nor Carpet and Tile Mart could come close to their customer service, ease of ordering or delivery.

Went in looking for tile for bathroom remodel. Susie assisted me in finding what I was looking for and was a great help trying to find exactly the look I wanted. Once I found what I wanted we found out that the one tile was no longer available. Susie went the extra mile to call the manufacturer to see if they still had it and they did. So highly recommend North Hills flooring.

We couldnt be happier!! Everyone at North Hills Flooring takes great care of their customers. The owner is very friendly and took time to listen to us. Our sales rep, Mike was a lot of fun to work with. He gave us great suggestions and helped us pick out just the right carpets & flooring for our townhome. Mike listened to what we wanted, then showed us what he thought would work for us, and then left us alone to decide. It took several days to install all of our flooring.Each day that was scheduled, the installers were right on time. both of our installers were knowledgeable, skilled, got right to work, but were very friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. Our place looks awesome !! its been almost a year since it was all installed and weve had no issues or problems with any of their workmanship or products. The price was very reasonable and the service was beyond compare. Weve had experience with other flooring companies in the past and we would never go anywhere else than North Hills Flooring in the future. Thanks guys !!

I had called in this morning looking to match flooring that I had bought somewhere else. The guy who helped me on the phone was so friendly and helpful. Although he wasn’t able to find exactly what I was looking for because the flooring was made specifically for a different store, he was very straightforward and honest. I felt like I could really trust him. I live an hour away and if I ever need more flooring, I know where I am going to go!! Thank you for all of your help!

The sales team at this store is very supportive and very patient to make sure that we got what we wanted. When the installation occurred, the quality was top notch. Quality here cannot be beat, but what happened during the installation is what really stands out. Our neighbor, an 85-year-old lady, fell and broke her hand during the installation. The installers noticed that something was wrong and went to help her. The installers are now local heroes in our neighborhood. They went way beyond what would be expected from a contractor. We will never forget how they stopped work and did the right thing. We cannot say enough good about this location. I’d give twenty stars if I could
