Just the place is a bit ridiculously expensive thats all I have to say about it. I get the cloths and all are nice but its just way to expensive almost $30 dollars per shirt, I can find that same shirt off of Amazon or eBay for much cheaper price. The staff however were very nice and kind. The environment was great too. I just wish those prices to be lower, they need to be lowered.

I love coming here but sadly, they dont have a variety like most Hot Topics do. I like the aesthetic and the atmosphere though, and the staff is super helpful! If you want something and need a second opinion, they will definitely lead you in the right direction. 4/5 would recommend.

Wanted a small ring for one of my piercings. The sales lady was very good at helping me out.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. If they dont have what you are looking for they will try to get it for you.

Not a fan of the store in general. Ordered a Christmas gift online. Didnt recieve before Christmas and it was the wrong item. Thought well I can just take it back to the store and exchange. No such luck, I was given a phone number. Im pretty much stuck with the gift.

It’s a 50/50 shot at this Hot Topic. Store employees hold onto items that they want instead of putting them out on the shelf. Change rules to benefit themselves, terrible attitudes and poor customer service.

We love our local HT ! We are frequently there and have gotten to know the core staff. The manager there is super cool and always there for help as is the other staff. He will give us coupons if he has them and talks to my daughter about new cool stuff coming out! Never had a bad experience!

For nerds and anime fans or emo-centric wear, you cant beat it.

Hot topic. Classic place to get all of your goth alternative indie punk gear. Even though Im over 40. I still feel comfortable shopping this store.

I have been to.plenty other Hot Topics, but honestly this one is Topps! If you happen to stop in when the Manager, and I think he may franchise the place, is there, he is always such a great guy to talk to :) I think HT used to carry a particular niche image with it that was more uninviting, but this store has really been excellent every time I visit!
