Stores always understaffed and appears to be always being stocked. Still a convenient place to shop quickly.

Our Family Dollar is a little small but they have just about anything you need at a good price. The cashiers are very nice and helpful and do a good job. Also I like their products that they have out. Homeland its called and it really does a good job and works as good as any of the big brands. My grandson and I had fun shopping today!

Its alittle hard to shop, there were many freight carts full of full boxes all throughout the store, good luck getting around if using a cart..

Got there at 9:50 just needed one thing. Of course doors locked and closed. All lights still on like they’re open.

Pretty nice place. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Little pricey but thats the way dollar stores are. Hard to get around in the store cause they have carts full of merchandise in the aisles. Not to hard to find what you want though

Family Dollar (Mount Rose Avenue)Store was in total disarray floors throughout where dirty.Customer service was excellent and the cashier very friendly and attentive.I have been going to this location for years dont know what has happened absent management maybe?

FAMILY DOLLAR MT ROSE AVE.Most ignorant and disrespectful employees. Had to use restroom and was rudely told when the back storeroom I thot was bathroom n told why you back thereI explained he said we dont have a bathroom.Store was a mess. Total disrespect. I will never go to a family dollar ever again and will be posting on every social media account Im on. I put everything I was gonna buy down . this store not customer friendly. Also the store stank. Storeroom door wide open no sign saying employees only or do not enter.

The store is tremendously better since the interior makeover. Things are much better organized and easier to locate within the store.

If i could put a zero i would no room to walk everywhere was a tripping hazard mop with dirty water was left out smelled like weed and cigarets and was smokey when you walk in

This store has been completely remodeled and is much more organized compared to last summer.

Sent my husband here for 4 Sunday papers told him to make sure coupons were in paper he forgot and guess what NO coupons, we live off his income due to my health and I get my household items by being a smart consumer and using the coupons that we pay for, out of the papers, Ive heard from store employees how bad this store is, I shouldve known better they better make it right tomorrow.

Love this store just wish it was cleaner n there are always boxes sitting around in the store they need more help

Fast some days busy but not in line to long

This place is so unprofessional. Besides the fact that cashiers talk on phones and play loud music while they have customers in line, they apparently cant handle having the store open until its supposed to actually close. They close at 10. I get there at 9:45 and the doors are already locked.

Staff are nice, the store itself can really use some updating. Its very crowded and needs organized.

Store is trashy, the employees are useless and not friendly. They watched me struggle to bring a cart with a pole on it into the store. Told me to tip it, i had my infant son in the carseat
