The employees here are phenomenal. They are dedicated and hardworking. I see a lot of reviewers on here who lack the empathy to understand certain circumstances. 1. There a lot of new employees coming through as jobs are opening due to COVID. Be patient. These drinks take time and are not as easy as 1-2-3 as one reviewer has suggested. 2. As for the traffic wrapping around the parking lot, it is extremely hard to change the parking lot to suit your needs. Consider trying an alterior method of actually coming into the store to order as there is plenty of parking spaces available and most dining rooms are open (especially at this location!) To the ladies and gents who work here, thank you for your charisma and your understanding. You are doing a wonderful job. Some people like to complain and that isnt your fault. Do not let their negativity be your downfall. 🖤

I love this store not all of them are great but this particular one the employees actually care and make your coffees or whatever exactly the way you want them. My all-time favorite is the caramel ribbon crunch youre doing a great job watching him I can hear him playing on the steps

Mason is my favorite employee. He is always giving stickers to my children and literally makes my experience going to Starbucks a lovely and pleasant one every day. There was one person who tried charging me $2.60 for a SMALL side cup of oatmilk but other than that EVERYONE at this Starbucks is friendly and always a pleasure to see in the morning!

2 days in a row I order no whip and both times I get whip. If I’m paying $6 a coffee I want it made right. I waited 15 min this morning for my Order and was late for work. I even ordered mobile 15 min prior to being there. Won’t go again.

Quick service, phenomenal staff, and coffee that never dissapoints. The location is a little weird and traffic gets fairly backed up at the entrance, but that is not the employees fault.This is a great location otherwise and worth a visit. The indoor seating is open again and theres lots of seating for work, reading, relaxing, etc.

Always a good experience here. Drive thru is quick regardless if theyre busy. And drinks never disappoint.

Daily this facility will allow its customers to line up into local traffic. Managers have disregarded this concern and the traffic flow continues out on to main roads. During the beginning of covid they had their drive-thru wrap around the parking lot instead of out onto the oncoming road I dont know why they went back to not caring but it worked then and people cannot get to the other businesses due to this issue at times.

Clean and friendly Starbucks locations are my favorite and this location did not disappoint!Stopped in around 9 am and was greeted promptly. Our drinks were up in a jiffy and the coffees were delicious and made to order.

Slowest service ever. Dont go unless you got time to wait. Jesus. It was not busy. Employees are too relaxed. I guess their texts are more important.Edit: After waiting forever my drink order was wrong. I had to turn around and go back. I felt like crying because I had already waiting too long for the first drink, but I couldnt drink whatever it was they gave me. It tasted like straight vanilla syrup, which we all know taste like chemicals. The dude who fixed my drink order was nice, and saw they didnt make it correctly, but I guess he was thinking it was close enough, by his facial expression and mannerisms toward the lable. Anyways. I dislike this Starbucks. I could careless how polite you are if you cant even do your job properly. Its a simple job.

Drive thru is always busy. Use mobile app and pick up inside if you dont want to wait forever.

They’re kind of a hot mess here. They do not have their stuff together. Lol. We ordered a grande pumpkin spice Frappuccino and a venti caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with almond milk and they tried to give us a venti iced chia latte and then they tried to give us a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with regular milk when my boyfriend is literally allergic. So they remade that. But then gave me a regular pumpkin Frappuccino (which is different than pumpkin spice & not nearly as good in my opinion), but I didn’t notice till we had already left so I was stuck with it. Lol. We only went here because the other one near us is closed today. I’ll be going back to the other one in the future. Lol.

LOVE my Starbucks, and they make my complicated drinks perfect 8-9/10 times so thats a 5 star for me! Mango dragonfruit refresher, no water, double blended, with strawberry puree! Yummy!

Very disappointed! Wait time for two drinks more then 13 min. $10.00 + order and my Caramel Ribbon Crunch was the worst Ive ever had. Very limited cream on top, watered down flavor, and not a full drink...total bummer!

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks regardless of how busy they are! I have to be dairy and soy free for my son who I breast feed and the lady even looked into what food I can have for breakfast this am (a bagel but was yummy). I always appreciate the great customer service here!

I usually come here on the weekend for my coffee. I mostly use the mobile order or drive through. They are always very quick with the mobile order. Its so nice to store my favorite drinks on the app and hit order and less than 5 minutes it will be ready inside the store or in the drive through lane. The only thing I would say is make sure you dont forget the food items you order. I have ordered a bakery item a couple times through the mobile order and it was missed multiple times. Other than that, this place is great for a quick coffee stop.

I absolutely Love this Starbucks! I have an annoying Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino order extra this extra that and this is the only location that never makes me feel like its annoying and my first sip feeling is always amazing! They even know my order! Excellent Customer Service everytime whether a long wait or a mistake Customer service is always on point!

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The parking lot only has one entrance and exit and the traffic from the drive-through spills out onto the road causing dangerous traffic situation. Then I go inside and wait 15 minutes for a cup of coffee with ice in it. Piss poor customer service. Piss poor location. Do not visit. Go to the one inside the Target on Carlisle Road.

I ordered a week ago on the app at 5:30pm. Got to the Starbucks 10 minutes later and they have signs out saying they are closed at 5 today. So now I’m out $6. Why would they even let you order online if the place is closed?

One of the most disorganized starbucks i’ve ever been to. employees pay little attention to customers and i waited 30 minutes after my pickup time for a mobile order. i get they are always busy but the way they treat customers could improve. i guess i will stick to dunkin’.

The West York Starbucks can get *so* busy, but this never seems to stop the staff from smiling and working hard, even putting up with my (annoying) custom orders. Thanks as always, yall!

Just went threw the drive threw.was fast and easy, there was a line too.

There was a long, slow moving line on BYGO day. I was in line for over 12 minutes and it was past 7 pm by the time I placed my order, but, they still honored the BOGO!! There were still several cars behind me.

Every time I go to Starbucks they always seem to know how to treat their customers very well will definitely be a future customer always

Best starbucks Ive been to. They always make an effort to be personable and remember who you are if you come often (Im probably here twice a day on average) Ive only had one bad drink experience and considering Im here all the time thats pretty good! Love love love everybody who works here!!

This Starbucks was AMAZING. My friends and I showed up around closing for three frappes on me, we were tired and excited so we almost forgot our cake pop that we ordered. When we asked, she originally offered us 3 since she insisted she forgot, but then another worker-Ian- generously offered to give us all so they would not throw them away. We ended up receiving a total of 20 cake pop and we are grateful for the greatest night of our lives.

Asked for little whipped cream. Not even half full and sandwiches were kind of bland for the cost!

I literally love coming to this Starbucks! The employees are super nice, and they are so quick with orders. They always have everything I need unlike some other ones!

This Starbucks is clean and the employees are super friendly. I gave it only 3 stars because my coffee was not good. I got a café mocha with an extra shot. The flavor was there but the texture was way wrong. After each sip there was a powdery residue left in my mouth. It was quite unpleasant. All I can compare it to is powdered hot cocoa. Like drinking the last sip in your cup and all of the cocoa powder has settled. But this experience was with each sip. I couldnt finish my $6 coffee😟.

My husband who works at the york roasting plant and I went through the Kenneth Rd drive and ordered 13 venti drinks for a small business daycare staff to brighten their day! They made them right all in less than 10 mins, and very friendly! Even though their drive was extremely busy! Plus the person in front of us gave us $5 towards our bill and we passed it on to the person behind us!!!Thank you to the whole store staff! You all kicked butt! I love Starbucks but this has to be the slowest Starbucks! And it’s always around 615am. I should haven’t to sit in line for 8-10 min when there is only 3 cars in front of me.

Its a hit or miss with this store. Good drinks, but the girls get way too distracted. Was there last Sunday and they were more concerned with a cute puppy at the drive through then making my drinks. I had sonewhere i had to be. To say the least i was late and now i wont be going unless i have enough time to wait.

This Starbucks location is fairly busy at peak times. My experience had friendly staff willing to answer questions, a drive-through, and both adequate and comfortable seating. My only complaint is that I felt the sounds of the place were a bit loud and cut into my conversations, but that cant be helped at a coffee place, I think.

I’ve been to this Starbucks location quite a few times because it’s closest to me but I’m rarely happy with the service. I will say the staff is very friendly and inside is decently clean. Other then that I can’t really say anything good about it. The service is very slow (inside and drive up window), the music is so loud it feels like you’re in a bar not a coffee shop, drinks are typically very light in flavor or made wrong all together and they give straws out with every drink (I thought Starbucks switched policy so that you have to ask for a straw in efforts to reduce waste?). If you’re from the area you are better off going to the Starbucks across the street inside of target; you’ll be in and out of that one in half the time.

The customer service was pretty good however I ordered a mango dragonfruit tea and it was pretty light, way lighter than usual. I get this drink very much from this exact Starbucks. It was very flavorless and it tasted watered down. I also left a 3$ tip and no one said thank you or anything. I probably will not be attending this Starbucks again.

Great place gets you in and out fast which is really nice but one day I went and I got a hot mocha drink and the lady put it in like a soft cup not a sturdy one with that white plastic lid and it spilt all over me and my brand new car. I had the car for only 3 weeks and that happened I was mad but couldn’t be mad at her at least I have a car you know and It’s minor just coffee in the perforated seats easy clean.Still go to this location here and there
