Spent forever picking out games then waiting in line just to get to the counter and NO game was in stock. Corporate apparently makes the store display only the top 50 games even when they dont have them in store! Wasted our time.

Very Helpful, although now with the new rules i had to ask for a print out of all the games they had for the xbox one in stock bc they do not shelve them all anymore due to covid. They only show a couple, So it kinda sucks when your a person who sometimes buys games by what they look like and if they seem interesting.

1 star simply for the service. Games, head headsets, etc...not my issue. My issue is being talked to like I’m an uneducated teenager spending mommy and daddies money. To have the nerve to blame me for the issue when trying to checkout with several games and a preorder, because your system is busted...after trying multiple cards and eventually moving to another register...it worked. Oh but the code for the dlc also doesn’t work...because I picked it up less than a month after it’s release?...almost every time I go in here the staff either doesn’t know what they’re talking about or treats me like I’m less than they are. Credit to those on staff who know how to talk to people..this is for a few in particular that need a class on it.

My son goes here allot to get games for his Xbox 360 and his play station 4. Cheaper then most places for games but you need to watch the used ones dont have allot of scratches.

This place is still in business can you believe it. They buy back games for dirt prices and charge you a mint for them used. Then when you buy something they push there credit card on you and there pro membership. just give me the game and Ill be on my way.

Went in to buy a 1 Month Ultimate GAME PASS and the works there said I cant buy that they dont sale that I asked because I already bought 1 last month I say I already bought 1 before and they both just said ohhh and there was a older lady in there that wanted some stuff and they where trying to get her to spend way to much for what she wanted but I stepped they are crooks and dont know the Information they need for their job smh

Its a standard game store, unfortunately they do not carry any pc games at all, which is slightly understandable. The employees are attentive, and kind. I had multiple questions about games, and/or gameplay. If one wasnt able to answer they would find someone who could.

GameStop has lost its edge by treating customers horrible and trying to take advantage of them. Trade in prices are horrible and used prices are barely cheaper than new. Manager has lots of attitude everytime I would go.

CHECK YOUR SCREEN PROTECTORS BEFORE YOU BUY!! DONT BUY THE ONES IN THE PACKETS!!!! I bought a screen protector for my switch and when I got it home, the one side was shattered. I tried to return it, but the associate told me they were nonreturnable because people try to return them because they used it wrong. BUT it was broke already when I opened it! The plastic sticky sheet was still on the shattered screen! If I had broke it trying to apply it, how on earth did I get it all back on the sheet!!!! I even had the unopened wipes with it.

Nice little shop with awesome novelty items and game and pop culture collectables.Needs a much bigger selection of video game merchandise and collectables.Is better than spencers a million times and really show seize that market

So many times the employees have lied over the phone claiming a game has the original case even put it on hold. Turns out the game has a generic GameStop case and covered with scratches. Also dont understand how they can get away with selling a game as new when its been opened already. GameStop is a very shady company worse than a pawnshop.
