Best chicken youll ever find. Getting in and out can be tricky as its at the very busy intersection of Roosevelt Ave and Route 30.

Food is great, fast I dont think so. I wait for just fries 53 minutes by clock. The employees look like they are lost and they work very slow.

The chicken they sell is actually quite good. Problem I have is with the poor quality high expense sides like a mashed potatoes. Which tasted artificial like not real potato which has been seasoned and mashed. Same with things like their dinner rolls, best to buy them off the shelf elsewhere. Otherwise, as far as fast food chicken only, would have given five stars, except one still has to deal with staff that are not real motivated, and sometimes will go out of their way to agitate you.

Went to get 30$ worth of gas yesterday. Used a debit card and entered pin. Was charged a $70 preauth plus the $30 worth of gas I actually got. If all I had in my account was 100 bucks, I would be dead broke until the preauth drops off. Will never go there for gas again unless I am desperate and have cash. Have never been charged a large preauth with debit by rutters/Sunoco/giant/weis/dotties etc stations.

Everyone has been very friendly and food comes out very fast. I’ve been happy every time I stop here.

I used my card 11/07/2020 and got gas using my bank card at the pump which came to $23.25. I was unable to get a receipt from the pump because there was an error that the receipt machine was not working. I looked up my bank account information that evening and saw a $125 hold on my account. I spoke to 2 different Managers and the 1st manager said my money would be back in my account on Monday which is today and I spoke to a different manager today and she told me that it would be another 3 days before that money is put back into my account! I am extremely disgusted with the fact that I cannot call corporate as no one could give me a phone number and the fact that nobody warned me from your establishment this is something that could happen. I want my money Or I will file a lawsuit suing all of the Royal farms corporate! Its appalling to hear that this has happened to more than just me and its a very large inconvenience when someone like me that is on social security disability. Because of this inconvenience I am not able to see my doctor from my appointment tomorrow or pay for parking because I dont have any money in my account thanks to you people! Again I want my money!!! At this point you to reimburse me for my time, frustration and major inconvenience! People need to be warned that this is happening!

I was at the location on Loucks Rd July 4th for gas and pd. $39.00 well I got on my bank account and they charged me $100.00. I will be contacting my bank.

Ordered some chicken, went to pay, waited a good solid 2 mins and was not greeted by the cashier standing there, was not told, she would be right with me. Checked myself out. When my order number was called, I had 2 greasy boxes sitting on the counter, not in a bag. I asked for a bag, the kid behind the food counter said, give me a minute, with an attitude. When he handed me the bag, never looked nor said anything. I said wow, great customer service and his response was, Thanks. Arrogant, is what I would call it and a lack of really wanting to be at his job. I get the chicken home to my father and he said it was the worst chicken ever. Will not be patronizing this Royal Farms again.

Not only are you slow, but inaccurate. Was missing 3 items...was not offered a refund or comp.

Your customer service skills are AMAZING..I placed a order through door dash disappointed because I couldn’t order my chicken biscuits with provolone cheese and butter and the ice out the fountain drinks... settling for a breakfast sandwich and still Craving your ice sooo bad😑🤬, I said to my fiancéIma call... 🥺🥺swear to you not this man sent me a freakin cup of ice.. yes it was a little melted but still got to enjoy.. I go to this location often and the service and employees are generally good. Bathroom is clean most of the time. The one thing the location seems to have an issue with is allowing panhandling in front of the store. Many time in the last 6 months the same guy is pacing around the outside of the store to ask customers for money. I dont know what the company policy is on this and loitering but I can tell it makes a very uncomfortable situation for some customers. You would think management would have had this issue with this one individual delt with.

The fried chicken is generally on point, and is superb when its fresh out of the fryer. But frequently the accuracy of the orders received are off, either by missing an ordered side or biscuits, etc. Unlike the other two PA based convenience store competitors, Ive never seen any 20oz drink specials here.

The first pump would not read my debit card. I had to drive to the second pump and that finally read my debit card. But then and asked me if I want a royal discount card. Then it asked me if I want a car wash. No I just want gas and it shouldnt take that long to pump some gas. I wont be back to Royal Farms ever

You can not look out the window at the seating at the counter. Dark band blocking view. Seatimg is cramped in like a used funature store. Floors are dirty as are the bathrooms.Chicken is good but they ALWAYS mess up the order. There is ALWAYS something missing. Just stick to the chicken and you will do fine.On the plus side, they have ethanol free gas!

This was my first Royal Farm. Got some chicken and was blown away. I have no clue why it is so good, but took some back to the East side of the state and everyone loved it, even my cat (and she is crazy picky). I was doing work in York and was instructed not to come home with out chicken. I am no fried chicken guru, but this stuff was up there with the best I have had.

Holy salt, their chicken is 60% sale 40% chicken. Always only have one guy at the register even though there is 5 registers. And prices are no different than sheetz or Ritter which are both right up the road.

This is my third time at Monroe. Basically its become my garage of choice. Always great service and I can trust what Im told along with what is done to my car.

The location is convenient and right off of route 30 East. The prices are far and the food is alright. The staff could be a little more personable, if Im honest. I get that working a register may not be everyones dream gig, but it is, in fact, the job you opted for. Ill swing in again soon and see if they can change my mind.

Excellent, energetic cashier. Food I ordered required 2 additional trips inside to get everything I ordered and still wasnt correct. Extremely poor attitude from 2 food service staff, honestly felt like racism because Im a white male. So much so, ill be filing a complaint with corporate and never returning to this location. Too bad I didnt get a receipt to accompany my complaint...

Better chicken than chic filae or however you spell it. The customization really helps there though

Consistently a poor performer. The main advantage they have over Sheetz and Rutters is that you shouldnt have to wait for simple things like fries. However, they somehow always manage to be out. Thats made me late for work several times. Previously theyve put chicken in my fry box (not great since Im a vegetarian). They really need to hire people with better management skills as this location is all over the place.

Absolutely the best chicken ever. If you havent tried it you dont know what youre missing.

Chicken is good, fries is good, service good, but be careful with the “homemade style soup”. They are made ahead of time and have “used by” date. I received one today that passed the “used by “ date and only half full.

Car wash broken but you dont know that if you pay for one at the gas pump. They need signs at the gas pumps that the car wash is not working

Finish working at 5:30am, stopped by and bought a chicken wrap, lettuce was so less and look like the bottom of the container, nasty.I was really hungry, so I ate it, hope I dont get sick from it later in the day..
