Had a scheduled Covid test using the drive-thru and its been a terrible experience. The intercom system they are using must be over 40 years old, its near impossible to understand anything being said. The employee picks up an old telephone handset on the inside and all you hear is garble. It would have been clearer with two cans on a string. I had to have her repeat 3 times just to make out the word receipt. Its 2021, spend some money and upgrade your intercom system. Now its been 3 days later and Im still waiting for my test results. I know several people that have been tested in the last couple weeks at different places and ALL of them have received results within 24 hours (for PCR, not rapid). Walgreens chat gave me the number of PWN Health to check on it. I called and all I got was a recording that says to wait 5 days before they will even check on it. I will NEVER use Walgreens again.

Staff is very nice and helpful! Everyone is very polite and friendly with smiling faces!

This pharmacy used to be my go to and I’ve been trying to stay loyal; however, they’re making it very difficult. I can’t pick up any prescription at any time -within the last 6 months or so - without an issue. I believe it is time for me to make a change to a new pharmacy. I don’t know what has going on or what is causing all of this but I am over it. The pharmacy doesn’t have the prescription or I go several hours after an appointment and they just received it and it will be 45 minutes. I suppose they set the bar high when they opened and can no longer hire and keep good employees on staff?

1 hour or same day pick up for photographs has been non-existant this weekend on multiple days. I will change locations for future orders.

I come here for photos and have a good experience. Last time I went however I was given the wrong photos. I got in my car and opened them and they weren’t mine so I had to go back in and deal with a refund and get the correct ones. Just kinda of a hassle when you just wanna warm up and drive back home but usually good experience.

The drive thru is always very very slow. I understand they are doing covid-19 testing at the drive thru window, so maybe they should have both lanes open.

I wanted to leave 4 stars for the effort by the manager. I cant though. I know right now things are are not always easily accessible. But when you order something same day and have a confirmation with a pick up time(1:45pm), you expect the order to be ready 4 hours after that ready time.I was told I should have been contacted by the morning manager that the printing machines were down for photos. That never happened. I was then told to change my order to a different walgreens close by. I did exactly as I was told with help and direction from the manager to complete the order transfer. I then show up to the other walgreens and wouldnt you know I cant get what I ordered because they have a machine down also.I will say this, Gabe the manager I spoke to could of lost his cool with me and he didnt he did try to help me and made sure everything went through correctly to the other walgreens. I dont know where this blame falls but I do knownits not one person. I got the runaround til past 6pm for a pick up that was ready at 1:45pm. Also I was offered a discount when I had to change stores I declined because it wasnt about the discount it was about principal and accountability. The discount wouldnt of mattered because I still couldnt get what I ordered. At this walgreens or the one on east market st

This pharmacy gives the slowest most lethargic drive thru service you could ever imagine and its definitely the current staff....also they dont open at 8 am like the website and posted sign says...they open at 9

The pharmacy here is an absolute joke anymore. Be prepared to wait in lines for at least 30 minutes. They even mixed up my sons prescription for mine.

First time in a long time I have used them. My insurance has them as an in-network pharmacy. It was an EXCELLENT experience. The pharmacy associates were polite, prompt, and even went above and beyond to help with my order. I will be coming here from now on, for all my prescriptions need! I will recommend them to everyone!!! Great Job!

I stop here often. They have a great photo department and friendly staff. They have more food than CVS so that is convenient.The store is always clean, organized and has clean bathrooms.Parking is easy.

I have had several problems with a pharmacist named Richard, belittling me, and accusing me of things I didnt do. As well as poor treatment also by Richard of my handicapped mother. The rest of the staff is extremely nice, and helpful.

Do not know what has happened to this pharmacy but it is has WAY downhill! Had prescription called in 3 days ago, never filled that day. Day 2 called and spoke to pharmacist and was told it would be ready that day... again..nope. day 3, now completely out of medication and come into store to hear, it is printed but not ready do you mind waiting?.. like really? Well after 15 years with Walgreens I will be leaving for another pharmacy as this has happened the last few months. So sad because Jen and the others were great!

I went in to get my passport photos at the lady that helped me was so helpful and friendly. I would recommend.

I’ve never had such terrible service. They stole my coupons from me and made me feel like a burden on society for trying to save money for my family!

Prescriptions are never ready even after receiving a call that they are. I always have to wait 30+ minutes or come back later to pick up a prescription that was supposedly ready. Switching to CVS!

One if the pharmacist that work there is extremely rude!!!!! He was very unprofessional over something that wasnt even my fault. Im done with them an will be going to a different pharmacy for now on
