An amazing place to get a snowball! Being a Baltimore native I’ve grown up on snowballs and during the summer make trips back home just to get one. Now I don’t need to go as far because Aloha Snow will satisfy my snowball needs.The texture of the ice is so smooth. It leans more into water ice territory than traditional chunky Baltimore snowballs but that’s not a bad thing. I do tend to like mine a little “flakier” but that’s just me being picky. The flavor variety is ridiculous! I went with my old favorite, chocolate.I highly recommend checking Aloha Snow out. The prices are great too! An affordable place to take the family for a unique treat. I will be back any time I’m going through York.

This place puts a smile on my face every time. It seems there are always several young employees behind the counter, and these kids ALWAYS Hussle! Always friendly and have an excellent product. The only way to keep all the employees so happy is for the management to run a great shop. They will continue to get my business; it makes me happy to see young people so willing and happy to do a great job!

I drive sooooo far out of my way to get aloha snow - by far the best snowball around, staff is great, reminds me of my childhood in York!!! What exactly makes these snowballs worth a two hour trek, you might ask.1. TEXTURE - Smooth but not too fluffy - gives it a few seconds to melt in your mouth so you can enjoy the flavor2. MARSHMALLOW SYRUP - I don’t know how they make it, but not chewy marshmallow fluff, not thick syrupy goo - a perfect in-between3. FLAVORS - They have the most extensive list of flavors I’ve ever seen!!! I always come back for the Egg Custard though - sweet but not sickeningly so. Can’t find this flavor anywhere in NOVA! If that doesn’t suit your fancy, something else there surely will (piña colada is a close second for me - not watery, tastes very much like a virgin piña colada!!).Thank you Aloha Snow for making some tasty memories for me and my friends/family!!!

Google says theyre open till 9pm Sunday-Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday. Tried going there at 7:30 today just to find out theyre now closing at 7pm.Can you update the schedule so people arent wasting their time?

They are always friendly. Ive taken my grandkids there for the past couple years. The place is neat clean and their snow cones are delish.

Have always loved this place growing up, but its become a regular stop for my friend and i this season. the staff is always SO pleasant, and its impossible to not find a flavor youll like (you can combine up to 3 traditional flavors, btw). super fun, super cute, would definitely recommend.

Regular customers. Very disappointed over the last two weeks. Flavor syrup on snows has clearly been significantly reduced. We are handed cups which are still white with the shaved ice nearly the whole way through the cup. It wasnt like this when they opened this year or in previous years. Did ownership change?

Was great with service. However the flavors all taste the same. I got the Baltimore, its suppose to have custard in it. I did not receive custard. But the customer service was still good.

I’m usually not one to really complain!But usually I get a shaved ice with marshmallow on the bottom, and a little on top(just cause I love marshmallow) well I went in and got the same thing I usually get, and no lie the whole thing was marshmallow... there was hints of the shaved ice really... but it was like eating marshmallow fluff right out of the jar. Which is whatever had I not paid 6$ for it.

This place is the best on a hot day. The shave the ice fresh right in front of you and add whatever flavors you like. My favorite is Jamaican Me Crazy. There are hundreds of flavors and combinations to appeal to everybodys taste buds. I enjoy the sour flavors as well and you can even get this INSANELY strong sour liquid added to your ice. They only put a little drop and it kicks it up a whole other level. I also love getting the marshmallow topping added to it and there are other toppings to choose from. Make sure you get your loyalty rewards card to earn free ices with your purchases. Stop in and check them out you will not be disappointed.

I love this place. When I lived in village east I used to just pop over here to get one of my favorite shaved ice flavors, spider man. The staff is friendly and I have never been disappointed by their selection.

Shaved ice. Great tasting and awesome on hot days. Many flavors. And when getting at least a medium you can choose three flavors. Me and my kids love going there. People are friendly. Ten times better than a snow cone. Shaved ice is like snow. If you never had one I highly recommend trying them. They also have cards with punches if you buy so many you get a free one. Great alternative to Ritas.

Ive been coming here since I can remember and Im never disappointed. It was always a special treat with my parents and now I get to share my love for these snowballs with my kids :) theyre the best! And so many awesome flavors to choose from!

Been going here since I was a kid. Just plain good shaved ice. There is almost too many flavors! Im not a fan of all of them. My go to is Pina Colada with marshmallow topping. Try it!

They have the best shaved ice and flavorings and you can add anything you want to from marshmallows to nuts to cherries to cook with or whipped cream its all great

Fast, courteous service. Lots a different unique flavors as well as the traditional. A good number of sugar free options. Purple Moose is my personal favorite.

Not sure about the other review, other than they probably work for Ritas. The service was great and they have a huge selection of flavors (they actually have egg custard if you ask for it). Also they arent bashful with the flavoring or toppings like a lot of places.

I was not impressed at all. Once I got to my car & started to eat my snow cone underneath my marshmallow topping, I realized I didnt get a snow cone at all. It was more like sugar soup. I didnt even eat a quarter of it. They added so much syrup that it was all just melted. No ice remained. Its not even hot today. 65° If I would have given it to someone and asked them to tell me what flavor it was, they would have had no clue. It tasted like plain up sugar!

Showed up at 930 on a friday night closed up tight. Heard so much about this place. Disappointed completely!

Was there yesterday, they have numerous sign posted on the window, only 5 people allowed in the store at a time, wear a mask or you are not allowed in and you must be 6 feet apart, but in the meantime went to leave the and the girl who was shaving the ice came outside to ask people what size they wanted wearing her gloves and then went back and started shaving more ice and pushing it down in the cups using the same gloves that she just touched the door handle with.🤮

Aloha Snow is one of the best sellers of frozen treats that I have ever had the wonderful experience of being there. Its so good I wish it was opened all year round!

I had a large chocolate ice cream on one day and shaved ice after a week.Terrible quality and horrible service.Just go to Ritas which is 2 min. away, it has so much more quality and service for the same price you pay.
