Great frozen yogurt. Lots of variety, unique flavors. Toppings are fresh and abundant. Always have a good time here with the family. The staff is great - very friendly. If you arent sure, ask them for suggestions!Oh if you have dietary restrictions they do have gluten and dairy free.

The yogurt was delicious I did have a problem with a 100 degree day and they had no water bottles for sale on top of that they had cone cups out at the end in a self serve fashion with the regular cardboard bowls and some lady took when changed her mind and put it back - ewww! ppl eat those cone bowls and now you got someones unwashed hands on it. They need more attentive workers in here and they definitely need some standards. young teen girl was in the back most of the time with a restaurant full of customers.

I got 1 single cherry in the entire bowl, that’s all. no yogurt and it was bussin. Highly recommend. Also the service was great and the cashier had a fantastic smile. Great experience.

Loooooove this place..... my favorite is the mango yogurt that I usually top with fresh fruit and tapioca balls. Theres so much options to choose from so theres always something there for everyones favorite taste.

I love this place and Im a regular customer. I come here for their original tart yogurt. That is all I get from this place, but lately ever since November of this year I feel like that particular flavor is no longer consistent. I think they switched the mix to something else but it is not good! Not at all comparable to the original! Please change it back!!! :(

My 4 year old loved the fact he could get gummy bears on his frozen yogurt! Overall fantastic experience. It was our first time but well definitely be going back!

I took my 9 year old for a treat after school. We both enjoyed it, even if it was a little pricey. Since they price by weight I guess that was my fault for letting her put a bunch of stuff on top. It is self serve, so you can make it exactly how you want and there is a nice selection. We will go back again. Thanks.

I wish I had a better review than the one Im about to write but as a business owner myself, I believe strongly in customer service. My children and I usually go to Ritas. However weve wanted to try Sweet Frogs for some time now. They were very excited when I told them last week that we were going there after dinner. Unfortunately, our excitement came to an end, shortly after walking into the store. Even though it was messy inside we were willing to overlook that if everything else would have went well. When we walked in, there were about 3 young ladies who looked at us and went right back to giggling and conversing with each other. There were no greetings and no smiles. When I approached the counter to ask how the process works, the answer I received was short and rude. Followed by another young lady cutting us off to continue the conversation they were having. At this point Im ready to walk out, however my children were so excited to eat frozen yogurt that I let them get what they wanted with toppings. I couldnt get myself to eat anything from the store and would absolutely not be returning there again.

Sweet Frog is a unique experience. They have a variety of frozen yogurt, even some sugar free and non-dairy selections. Its all self-serve, including the toppings. The price you pay depends on the weight of your dessert. I also appreciate that they have Christian roots. FROG = Fully Rely on God. The Christian radio playing in their store is a welcome touch.

Normally I love coming here but today was not one of those days. Make sure to always be careful never to drop your cup by mistake because you will have to pay for another. I was very surprised to hear this especially because I was with two little kids and accidents happen. I hope they change this policy for the future as it was a huge disappointment.

I enjoyed sweet frog for the first time. I thoroughly enjoyed it but someone else had paid for it. I feel it could be a little pricey. I thought the options were awesome and was impressed with the variety of both flavors and toppings.

Good selection of self serve frozen yogurts. Plenty of different topping healthy and not so healthy, all of the ones i have tried (which is quite a few) are great tasting. Friendly staff nice place to get to go or sit down and outside seating is available in the summer

The best FroYo in town. This clean place has seating and a wide array of flavors and toppings. Everyone is sure to find something for their sweet tooth here. Also the rewards program does help you find coupons or savings every now and then. Im also impressed they usually do have a few sugar free or No Sugar added items

It was Stupendous... Ive not been here before. But I enjoyed every single bite.

Love this place. But the kids that work here are incredibly rude. They’re taught no costumer service. I come weekly & am not gonna come any more due to the rude girls at the counter. They need to learn respect to costumers.

Was excited to eat here after a date. I got red velvet ice cream because its my favorite. I took 2 bites and new it was sour. When I told them I did not like what I had gotten and would like something else, they told me I would have to buy another one. Every place that I know of will make it right for the customer if they dont enjoy their produce. Not sweet frog at gueensgate.

The yogurt here is great, and the prices are affordable. The only shortfall this location has is that it can sometimes appear a bit messy, this could simply be that Ive always seen it after a high traffic hour, but I do think it could use a bit more cleaning occasionally. To be clear though, it never appears dirty, just that there are things spilled or cookie crumbs around. All in all I still love this place for its yogurt.

Fantabulous--ish. Clean, super tasty yogurt. Staff was a bit slow to help us out at the counter, yet we were the only people in the shop.

The tables are very creative and there is LOTS of flavors and toppings, you can even mix some colors together! It can get a little messy though but it is still a great place

Havent been here in forever, but decided to go over the weekend. Theyre more on the pricey side than I remember.(cost me $3.90 for 1/2 full small cup of pineapple whip and 5 pieces of fruit), but its a nice treat for every now and then. I love that they have some pineapple whip now, as I stopped coming because they had no vegan options except for sorbet, which I hate and its uaully mango anyway. Mangos are so nasty lol. However, a big let down dor me is that Their topping bar could definitely use more vegan options!! They hardly have any vegan toppings. The place was clean and staff was friendly.

The yogurt is amazing. There are plenty of toppings to choose from. The cons are that the employees are laughing, being extremely unprofessional, taking selfies and just being obnoxious. The tables could use a good cleaning.
