GREAT! I wanted a folding chair. Found a whole lot of other deals...no chair. Asked the first staff member I saw. He walked me to the display and asked me if I had one of their cards. Then he asked me if I checked email. Turns out their cards changed so he signed me up for a new one and helped me save 20% with a coupon so I could get two nice folding chairs and a 36 inch table. He even carried the table outside and helped me load my car. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This chair is soooooo uncomfortable. I brought it for my husband, butttt nobody wants to sit in it. If you have BACK PROBLEMS DONT GET THIS CHAIR.

This is a great discount store. Very clean inside with good selection and prices. Great for food, HomeGoods, and furniture. The staff are friendly. Checking out can be a bit of a wait and there is not alot of space at the register. You can barely navigate your cart through the impulse racks. Also bathrooms are questionable not the cleanest and seem to be subject to nefarious activities.

I went to Big Lots with my Mom because she was looking for a love seat. She found one she liked by Broyhill and there was an additional 20% off the sales price. The lady that worked in the furniture department was really nice and answered all of my mothers questions.

Not as clean and organized as a store could be. Staff is somewhat helpful. Their selection would be great if they were well stocked but every time I have gone in they have rows and rows of empty shelves. Good prices but not worth the 25 minute drive

This store was shopped for an item that is advertised in their corporate promotional emails from time to time but was informed from the store that was normally only stocked during their back to school period.

If you can get the employees off their cell phones, they are quite helpful with finding stuff in the store and loading large bulky items into our truck. This store has a lot of empty shelves compared to other Big Lots stores, so you just never know if theyre gonna have something in stock.

Clean well Lit, which is important to me, many things on sale and good selection of items I was searching for. I bought a king sz quilt at good quality and even better price. Very friendly.

Worst customer service in the furniture department. I think the assistant team lead needs to be retrained she got mad at me because I didn’t fill out the leasing application but I sat there waiting for someone for 10 minutes and then she helped three people before me when I was there first my money can go else where.

Great place to shop. Fair discounted prices and great products. Super friendly staff to assist you with your questions. Would recommend to anyone that would like to save money on great products. Also they have a variety of stuff. From food to furniture and tons of stuff in between.

They didnt have much variety and the store is set up in a very odd way. I went in looking for a sharpie and left with no sharpie. From my understanding they dont have an office supplies section for writing utensils and if they do, its not clear enough to find it.

Sometimes they have the items I am looking for. I understand not all inventory is regularly available at this store. But the toy aisle was really disappointing to me and my 10-year old. They used to carry a lot of toys but now it is extremely limited. Otherwise its a decent store with decent prices.

This review and the 5 stars I am leaving are for one amazing employee who has been at this Big Lots for years on the register. Her name is Bonnie . I have spent my life in professional sales and management so I guess you can say I am a little more demanding then the average customer because I know how much effort It take to deliver quality customer service on a consistent basis. For years both my wife and I have been amazed at the never wavering friendly, helpful demeanor of Bonnie. Lets face it in most stores today the cashiers come and go and are hit and miss on helpfulness based on their personal mood. Not so with Bonnie! Weather it is daytime, evening, a holiday, busy or slow if Bonnie is working the register you know you will have some pleasant conversation while she efficiently rings you out and bags your items. All this and she keeps the line moving at a good pace. I hope the folks at this Big Lots are taking care of her and if they havent already offered Bonnie they should consider some sort of role above that of a cashier. If Bonnie could somehow teach her secrets of being positive and consistently 100% to other cashiers at Big Lots then the store would be a true stand out in the market place! We need more people in retail with Bonnies skill set and commitment to old fashioned customer service. Keep up the great work!

So many random deals. I love just walking around looking at everything.

I havent visited a Big Lots in so long but I wasnt impressed. Prices were high. There was a lot of stuff like thrown together everywhere so it was hard to maneuver and there were carts with boxed stuff for stocking the shelves blocking the middle of a bunch of aisles. This was a bit before noon that we went in.

Awesome customer service in furniture. We bought an Avalon cream loveseat on a Sunday for our daughters new small apartment and had no idea how to get it there. They gave us 2 suggestions, local mover or rent a lowes truck. Local guy off Sundays so went to Lowes and rented a pickup for 20 dollars, refilled tank to where it was. Cost us total around $24. So happy. Lady salesperson awesome!

I love Big Lots. All kind of cheap cool stuff. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because I bought a couch for 300. 2 months later its falling apart. Very dissatisfied. I also bought towels and they are falling apart. I bought a bird bath and it broke in less then a month. Not good quality stuff. I should have spent the money and went else were. Cause its not saving if you need to replace it every 2 months.

I was very disappointed today. The trash can that I was going to buy said it was $10 but rang up $24.
