I had a new garage door and operator installed, the technician did a great job.

Arrived when expected, repaired my door, replaced both torsion springs and done within an hour. Tech was very nice and let me know when he was finished. Would recommend to everyone.

Would have been nice if they came out when they said they would. But the guy goes on vacaton, and forgets. Instead of sending someone else out, they tell us to just send informaton in. Not professional at all. Extremely disappointed.

I would highly recommend Ben Druck Door Company. I have two roll up doors on my garage. In November they replaced the stretched out overhead extension springs with heavy duty torsion springs, and also replaced the junky Genie door operators with Linear professional grade operators, and also provided me with a remote keypad. The craftsman showed up promptly at the scheduled time, reviewed all work & materials in advance with me prior to doing the installation, completed the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up every little scrap from the floor before leaving. A1+ experience.

You probably shouldn’t be driving erratically in the company vehicle!Whomever was driving the truck with license plate number ZHL-1295 from Dallastown to Hanover from 8:15 to 8:30 tonight needs to be reprimanded. It is extremely unsafe to speeding 20-25 mph over the speed limit and swerving into the other lanes.

Nice, dependable people. I had somewhat of an emergency with my garage door opener. They were here within 2 hours. Very caring and professional. He did his best to solve my problem, and it worked. I would recommend them.

Dont know about their products but safety should be a concern. U watched a truck today swerving back and forth out of his lane, almost hit somebody. Turns out he was speeding down the highway while texting. I wouldnt feel comfortable hiring someone who thinks whatever is on his phone is more important than peoples lives
